So me and my wife decided to have some dinner on a Saturday night decided to go early, so it wasn't loud and busy. This place was exactly what we were looking for. This is probably the second or third time I've been here it's just as good or better every time it started off with our waiter. Kyle, who was excellent at his craft, very friendly knowledgeable recommended a few different things we end up having the pork chop and asparagus risotto with scallops, outstanding food service impeccable. Nice ambiance. 7 pm on a Friday night the place was about 20% full which is never a good sign. Waitress shows up trys to sell you on exotic bottled waters. My girlfriend orders an ice tea comes in a bottle and her daughter orders a Coke It comes in a bottle. No domestic beers; I guess that's supposed to impress. my girl orders $78 NY strip. No better than Texas Roadhouse but without sides. I ordered a pork chop which had a lot of fat. The kid orders lasagna eats like 2 bites. We end up at $240 before tip. Fancy steakhouse prices without the fancy steakhouse food. Definitely no repeat business for the dining side. One & done. Nice looking bar. Perhaps come for a few drinks at the bar but eat dinner elsewhere. read more

There were seven of us celebrating a birthday. The service was very good and the food was excellent. The only negative with the food was that I had a Caesar salad and it had no anchovies and none were offered. It is not a Caesar salad without anchovies! My only real complaint with this restaurant was that they were playing extremely loud music from the radio and you could not hear any conversations taking place at the table. I asked to see the manager and he told me that he could not control the volume of the music and that we should live with it. There was only one other large group in the restaurant and they were yelling at each other! The manager was arrogant and it ruined the entire meal. This is not a cheap restaurant and our bill for seven people was over $400. You would think The manager would want to please his customers! I certainly will not return to this restaurant! I remember this place years ago as Bad Ragaz (a German restaurant), and now it's a stylish, posh, Italian-style restaurant, lounge, and bar. Being that we had heard they have happy hours on Sunday until 7 pm, we took advantage from where we were enjoying our day and came over. They have $7.77 happy hour specials for both food and drink, which had I not just ate, I would have jumped on the calamari and other items they had. Alas, I settled for the Italian Stallion and Old Fashioned cocktails, which were solid as we chilled the six of us on cushy couches and chairs. Really deluxe, really a lot of fun to enjoy with multiple people. They have a large island bar with a cool dome ceiling with some renaissance-like Italian painting. Parking is easy across the street in the garage without having to look for spaces. Service was smooth and prompt. A good experience for our first go-around. read more

We had a wonderful dinner this evening at Baciami. Upon arrival we were greeted right away. We had a reservation and our table was ready immediately. Our waiter, Johnathan came over to take our drink order and mention the specials for the night. He provided us with excellent service while keeping us entertained as well. The ambiance was pleasant although the music was a little loud making it difficult to hear one another at our table. Everything we ordered was delicious and cooked perfectly. We came for the lobster special normally $59 but the lobsters were really on the small side and they charge $49, served with drawn butter and salad...no potato or corn. The Caesar salad was extremely cheesy. They add an outrageous and B/S 3.5% operational fee which they started after COVID and continue to charge. read more

I'll start by saying I don't love leaving negative reviews and I want places to succeed and win. This was our first time visiting. Music was so loud we were yelling to try and hold a conversation. We kindly asked the management 3 times to lower the music and they said they would. They did not. We were not in the bar area where the music was happening.. we were in a dining room away from the entertainment.. but they insisted on cranking up the music. It would have been nice to be able to hold a conversation, but it was impossible. Our throats hurt from yelling. Restaurant is a bit out of touch and unaware. The servers, although lovely, could barely hear our orders. We would have loved to come back but it seems like the management and restaurant could care less about wanting to create an enjoyable atmosphere for all. read more

I had better sauce in local family pizzerias/restaurants and while they tried to add short rib to it, it failed to save the dish. It was actually a shameful waste of short rib. Service is horribly slow and not enough support staff that our dirty plates were left on the table along with all the crumbs from the bread served when our entrees came. After our entrees were sent back and returned we ordered desert because it was my birthday-Gelato. It arrived to the table half melted but by this point we just wanted to leave because we couldn't find our waiter anyway. I later found out that my husband told the maitre'd that it was my birthday and he told my husband he would take care of it. When we initially sat down the waiters sang to someone when they delivered a piece of cake with a sparkler which my husband assumed they would repeat for me. All we received was a melted desert. Italian I have tried Baciami a few times now, and I am still trying to decide if I like it or not. The place has a nice large bar / lounge area to the right when you walk in. Dining rooms are primarily behind the bar area and to the left. There is piano music at times. The place is nicely appointed; a little on the darker side, it sets a more "romantic" mood for dinner. That being said, you cannot eat the decorations. Once seated the waiter will go through the usual motions: drinks for the table, dinner specials etc. The menu is not as large as it looks, (there are a lot of wine bottles mixed in there for example), but they cover most of the basics. Appetizers are hit or miss. Arancini, Calamari and the cutting board are all good options. Grilled octopus was overcooked and rubbery. The Antipasto "la tavola" while good, is massive and should not be an option for any table less than six. Mains are, in my opinion, good but not great. Normally, not a big deal, but for the prices they charge here, you really should be getting "great". Linguine with white clam sauce was very good - plenty of clams scattered throughout the dish. Bouillabaisse was average at best, and Veal Milanese had so much truffle oil in the greens, that it was almost un-eatable. Desserts are pretty much standard: gelatos and some cakes. We usually just share a gelato and call it a night. They do have a decent wine list. Moving forward I would most likely just hit the bar for a glass of wine and an appetizer. Ok heres the new trick in South Florida. Instead of raising prices they are adding A 3.5% fee. on my 200 dollar bill not much but, it pisses me off. Why not just raise the price 1.00 on a 60.00 steak. Written on the menu so small one cannot read it. Now the restaurant. The decor is very 60'S AND DATED. greens and golds. Dont expect an upscale crowd, most wore tee shirts shorts,and flip flops. The food was a little above average.,not worth the price but ive had worse. everything is ala cart. not even a green bean with my steak. I found it average at best very expensive for ehat we got. This is such a great place for authentic Italian food! All the staff is welcoming and fast with service. They don't forget about you. The ambiance is perfect with a piano player and singer some nights. I really like the decor and elegance. I went last Friday with my family and just had a bunch of appetizers but they were so filling. The fig pizza was very well made with exquisite taste. The meatballs were yummy as were the mushrooms. Everything was so great and had so much flavor. Dessert is always impeccable here and I cannot wait to come back again! read more

The ambience of the restaurant and quality of the food was excellent. What was really disappointing was our waiter Jonathan and being charged a surprisingly fee of $10.00 Operations fee on the bill. The waiter basically had no personality and was rude. When ordering drinks, he brings one glass of wine and walks away before our friends could order anything else to drink. He brought over our dishes of food and never came to check to see how everything was. Jonathan never offered to bring over any water to the table. After we finished our meal and just ordered dessert he brought the bill over before they even took our dirty plates away. Very unprofessional waiter, not looking happy at all to Be serving any table in the restaurant and seemed annoyed when you asked him for anything. My advice to management is to train your wait staff better, have more Professionalism, and much better customer service skills to the people in the restaurant. Okay... 10 out of 10. Where do I start? INCREDIBLE customer service. Alex is my absolute favorite waiter and individual overall. He's kind, swift and always makes the extra effort to make sure my family, friends and I are taken care of. Brennan is probably one of the best bartenders/waiters/managers around town -enigmatic, always smiling and recommending the best on the menu. Jay is so kind! Any waiter you get just shows genuine care. Last but not least is Missy. Gentle, friendly soul consistently checking up on you and your guest. If I could rate this place a 20 I would. Go and enjoy their happy hour.. you will not regret it! I even chose them for my birthday dinner of 15 and they didn't miss a heartbeat even the manager came to show us some love! One word.. They send me emails all the time, trying to lure me in there for some reasons or another. Tonight it was for all you can eat stone crabs. I made the reservation thru the email that was sent. After we got there, and order wine and appetizers, we were told they were out of them. We were not happy, and expressed that sentiment. Instead of comping us some wine or anything, they brought us our bill--basically saying "f&&k you, thanks for coming!" Baciami was a delight and service was honestly 5 star quality. We decided to make reservations and enjoy our anniversary with a nice Italian dinner. The place is very nice, clean, professional friendly and the food was good. Our reservation was honored and our table was reserved which I took notice. It was a wonderful touch and the host took note from my reservation that it was our anniversary and congratulated us. I shared this because the quality are in the small details. Thank you! The service was fantastic! Servers were very personable and knew the menu very well. We ordered Calamari , Chicken Parmesan and Calm Pasta with white wine sauce. For dessert we did the chocolate molted cake and a homemade tiramisu. We fully enjoyed our meal and everything came out fresh. The bread with the toasted garlic on top was divine and probably would have gone into a carb shock just eating that. The sides of pasta that came with the $46 veal chop and chicken parm were pathetically smalll and maybe would equate to 1/2 cup of penne the most. I was so disappointed in this place after a friend recommended it to me...I sat at the bar and it took a little bit to get a drink and to take the order....I ordered the boliginese and pasta and it instantly came out within 4 minutes of ordering. The pasta wasn't home made and was still a little raw, and it seemed or appeared that they had noodles sitting out and just poured the gravy on it to warm it up.. I ordered bread with dinner and it came out 10 minutes later after I finished the pasta. So it took more time to warm the bread then prepare my meal....for the price of 30 for pasta and the quality of it there are other places to go cheaper or better quality for the meal.... great bar and restaurant atmosphere but everything else was sun par... read more

It was date night and we were excited to go to Baciami. Free parking, beautiful restaurant, music on a Saturday night the only thing missing was good food. We started off with a roasted fig and prosciutto salad. The figs were fine the salad was light and tasteless. Bread was served with two different types of olive oil and a homemade ratatouille. Nice. We moved on to delicious wine and our main course. Veal Saltimboca usually a flavorful dish was overly salty. It came with pasta and garlic spinach. The presentation was a bit off. The food was thrown on the plate and looked unappetizing The spinach was the best part. Our other meal was 2lbs of Stone Crabs.... Yum! Sweet, flavorful crab enhanced by a wonderful mustard dipping sauce. However that was all there was; no sides. Our waitress asked how everything was before we started to eat. We said it looked fine and that was the last we saw of her until nearly the end when we complained about the veal, the surcharge on the check due to expenses beyond their control and the fact that we were charged for items we canceled and did not receive. The bill was fixed. But the waitress did not send over a manager to check on us, no desert or coffee was offered for compensation. Our waitress said well I hope you will come back. I Was there on 2/14/23 they had preset menus for valentines days starting at 95$ pp and up. The food came out cold, my cheesecake was hard like it had been sitting for a week prior. We had to ask the staff twice to clear the dirty glasses and dishes off the table. The worst part was my boyfriend almost immediately after leaving started to feel sick and was projectile vomiting all night until the next day clearly food poisoning. When we called the next day to speak to a manager they said no one else had called with any issues but they would look into it. We live in the neighborhood and have many friends that frequent this restaurant, it so unfortunate to be dismissed in such a way. We will never return here again. read more
