I love that u can pick and mix the greens u want, and just check off your choices .... I did chicken, bacon, egg, bleu cheese, avocado, tomato, cuke, croutons and more .. Awesome ... only thing I might have liked was the option for warm chicken, but what I got was delicious ... I can see why my partner loves it here. This is a great little stop for a local lunch! Fresh, flavorful salads and sandwiches with some original combinations, it's not uncommon for my co-workers and I stop here multiple times a week. They also have a great array of drinks and baked good (Their chocolate chip cookies are also fresh baked!) My only complaint about B Muse is that I wish they had more salad size options (I tend to have a small appetite and their one-size, build your own salads, are pretty large for my taste). This is a small but very clean place. I ordered the Tuscan grilled chicken wrap and it was delicious. Not in love with the roasted red peppers but the pesto mayo was so yummy. Lynn was amazing and helped me with a small request. Overall it was very inexpensive and great service and delicious food. Had lunch at B Muse today for the first time. I got a small chicken and rice soup-- super flavorful and chock full of ingredients. I got the Tuscan Style Grilled Chicken sandwich made as a wrap. So delicious. The grilled chicken was well seasoned and all the toppings went well together. I ate there. They have a bar-like counter running the length of the restaurant with high back chairs. Comfortable enough for a quick bite there. It is not really conducive for a large group since you have to sit side-by-side. It was a little unclear where you are supposed to order-- the answer is NOT at the register. I think the staff could be a little more helpful making sure customers know where to go and what to do. Overall, a delicious, fresh, healthy lunch-- not easy to find around here. Definitely a place to be a regular. I love this cafe when I go, now I don't go often because it's kind out of the way for me. I don't live in Wallingford. But when I do go, I love it. You can tell everything is fresh, the staff is very friendly, and the food is very good. I also like the fact that they give you the pads to fill out. I think that's a good idea, in case if allergies or restrictions anyone might have you know? Or maybe someone doesn't like a certain food. My coworker told me about this place the day they opened and I went shortly after and tried the roast beef. It was so good I have been back several times. Although I really wanted to try the roast beef again, my urge to try one of each sandwich was greater. I have almost tried them all and they are all equally delicious! I still really like this place. It's a great option for healthy food and the ladies who work there are so sweet. However twice now I've gotten bread that was cold and hard (inedible) on the edges. I don't know if it's because I went on Saturday by the end of their week that maybe the bread has gotten stale or maybe it's freezer burn? I love BMuse! I've eaten here several times & my friends & I keep coming back. My biggest problem here is deciding what to order because everything I've had so far has been delicious. There is something for everyone on this menu, even my kids love it! The southwestern chicken sandwich is alive with flavor & I love the lentil soup. This place is amazing! We had lunch catered in our office and since I work in a Dr's office, we all try to eat pretty healthy. We got to choose our salads and what we wanted in them and every single salad was perfect. There were no mistakes and everything was super fresh. The salads were huge and filling. They were delicious. We were told that they prices are amazing also. I have been dreaming about another salad from this place. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. When you walk in there are order forms to fill out to pick which items you want in your salad divided into categories (crunchy, fruit, protein, etc.) so it is easy to ensure the salad you create has all the elements that make a great, restaurant quality salad. The ingredients are High quality and fresh so always delicious. Generous portions make this salad not only the best tasting, but best value too. That's a combo worth going out of your way for and I do. If I am in Wallingford, I go out of my way to get lunch here (or dinner on the days they are open later). I have never had the soup, but have met a few people here (because of the friendly atmosphere they create) who rave about them and similarly go out of their way for the soups. They have wraps too. They mark their items gluten free and vegetarian to make life easy for those with dietary restrictions or preferences. Love building my own salad! Always fresh veggies! They even have small prepackaged sides that you can grab. One thing that is probably bad luck but I always get stuck in the middle of a large call in order or my box gets lost in the shuffle. We also tried the chicken noodle soup because we heard the soups were made fresh on the premises and it rivaled grandma's home made! I travel extensively which requires eating out frequently and I have to say this place far outshines most. I took the opportunity to complement the manager (who happens to be the owner) and found that the cafe is just the beginning, there is another layer to this place.
