Extremely "1" star. I came to buy a phone and was greeted with "I'm closed, I'm in a meeting" slamming the door in my face and locking the door. Sign on the door says open, web page says open, maps says open. I called earlier and they said they were open but when I get here this is how I'm greeted. Very rude and disrespectful when someone drives over an hour to visit your store. STAY AWAY FROM HERE YOU WILL ONLY GET LIED TO. I have always taken my phones here for years to get the screens replaced! Always fast and good!

Gave them a phone with a cracked screen and they quoted me $79 to fix it. When returned, they added another $20 saying the home button wasn't functional which it was at the time of drop off. Phone would barely work after pickup. Would reboot after 20 seconds constantly and the home button wouldn't work. I called to say it wasn't working and he asked me to come back in and he'd fix it and make it right. Upon arrival he told me "the home buttons on these third party repairs only work like 80% of the time", I asked him why he replace a button that was working fine and he said "well when we take these apart sometimes other things get damaged and this is what you are left with". Now phone will not even turn on. This fella's business is going downhill and he'll nickel and dime you for everything and give you crap service. Skip this place and call a reputable shop. read more

The single WORST customer service experience that I have ever had. I was going to buy a phone and what could have been handled in a professional manner quickly elevated into an actual verbal fight between the the owners and myself. Instead of apologizing the owner went on the offensive. While she was literally yelling at me the husband was telling me that "we have a lot of Blackberries to choose from." And I was actually looking at them! But the wife just couldn't stop. Even as I was leaving the wife was still trying to antagonize me in only a way that a person caught in a lie could do. Her husband actually had to tell her to get back in the store and let me leave. i am not the kind of guy to get into arguments in a store but this woman has the rare talent to elevate any situation. I imagine it will be difficult to stay in business with such a tough location, and such an unattractive store but their amazing people skills should pull them through. read more

Let's be real here, the store is a mess and not very appealing. But the techs are awesome!!! These guys know what they are talking about and better yet they can fix anything! Ive taken Phones to be unlocked, I've gotten my Phones and tablets fixed here too, and have paid my cell phone bill here too. Their old tech Jon was a genius! Their new Tech Kevin is really cool and very diligent with his work. I truly feel that these guys are the best in town despite he lack of presentation. They have been in business in the tech industry for over 30 years and that doesn't happen by accident. read more

NO customer service, Manager used excessive foul language at customers, told an elderly couple "get the F out of my store"! They had purchased a phone the day before and it didn't work, so he said we don't give refunds, which is why I was there. No signs posted, not printed on receipt and not spoken when I made the purchase. I am only out $20, but this couple got screwed. Manager even called the police because the would not leave. I would not go here to get a cracked iPhone screen fixed. Very poor quality. They used the wrong glass to fix the screen so was much darker and it cracked almost instantly again. No wonder they really try and push for the screen protecter. read more

Called so many other stores to unlock my sprint phone to work on metro and they said it can't be done I stopped in hour later its working on metro grate. Price was good they can do what so many shops say couldn't be done! read more

This business uses old and recycled parts they collect money up front and do the bare minimum to resolve your issues.

Bought a phone from them, originally gave me a price of 140 for the whole thing, then ended up 160.. he said it was because the charger wasn't included with the original price.? Then about three months later the screen stopped turning on. Went to Quick Fix Cellular (AWESOME repair store) and they said there was water damage..? But the water damage sticker was white. I'm guessing he changed it. Total scam, and didn't tell me of the water damage issue. Don't waste money on their phones!! read more

This place is a total scam. Anyone going into this "business" (and I use that term loosely) will notice a bunch of red flags. The business complex is run down and shady. The owner is also running some kind of taxi cab operation out of the store (which I highly doubt is approved by Tempe zoning), and the person behind the counter will do anything to get you to leave your phone with them for repair. I desperately wanted to find someone to repair my old Samsung slide phone (the cable had started to separate), so even though Tmobile and every other reputable shop told me that my phone could not be repaired, when AZcellphones told me they could do it, I blindly believed them. So I left them my phone and a $20.00 deposit which they told me was for "parts." A few days later I got a call from them. They told me that they could not fix my phone. I was disappointed, but figured I'd at least get my phone back as well as my $20.00. Upon returning to the store, the owner gave me my phone back but refused to refund my $20.00. He now told me that the $20.00 was non refundable for diagnosis. Ridiculous! Of course now I understand why the store employees and their website make it seem like they can fix anything. They just want you to leave your phone with them so they can "attempt" to fix it. If they can't actually fix your phone, they take your money anyway. The icing on the cake is that my phone was returned in worse shape then when I brought it in. They obviously attempted some kind of surgery on my phone, failed miserably, and refused to refund my $20.00 repair charge. Avoid these scam artists at all costs. I plan to seek revenge by looking into their taxi cab business and letting the city know about the likely non approved zoning location. read more

Brought in a broken iPhone to have fixed. The owner and technician came across the counter and stood on both sides of me while I showed them the problem with my phone. As I was explaining my issue they both began to slightly rub their fingers and hands up my legs!! As a male, I am not used to being groped. I backed up and shrugged it off as an accident but the kept advancing towards me. I told them I wasn't interested and they started offering me free cell phone work in exchange for sexual favors. Worst customer service ever. I went to this location in need of a replacement phone for Metro PCS. The owner asked me what my budget was so I told him and he showed me a phone that worked for the price that I told him, however, luckily I asked him to use his phone to call Metro PCS to activate the phone. I paid him for the phone, only to discover that the phone that he was selling me didn't come with a SIM card. When I pointed it out, he spoke in a condescening manner by saying 'Oh, they stole your phone with the SIM card and all?' Really? Did he think the thief would steal the phone but leave the SIM card behind for me? He then tried to upsell me by telling me that for a card it would be an additional $15. I have had to buy a few replacement phones in the past at Pawn shops in the area and they always include a SIM card. When i pointed this out, he rudely offered to give me my money back, while one of his employees jumped in by saying that Pawn Shops don't sell cellphones anymore. Needless to say, i got my money back and ended up getting the new phone at Tempe Pawn on Rural instead. I will be taking any future business to Super Pawn, which also carries cellphones or Tempe Pawn. Wouldn't do business here in the future under any circumstance. read more

Worst repair facility in Arizona. Brought them a working Iphone 5s with a broken screen. Had to pay in advance $100 for the repair. When I came back to pick up the phone, it no longer worked and I was told that this was a result of having it fixed before (a year ago with no issues), I was given my phone that now was no longer working, and my money back. All I was trying to do was pickup a phone I left for repair. When I tried to get his attention again he yelled at me and told me to "get the F out". A HORRIBLE experience. Not only did Jay NOT fix my phone but he then tried to charge me double to attempt to "fix" it again. When I addressed the fact that I had already spent $120 to be given back a broken phone, he told me that I had already made him "lose $100" by accomodating me in the first place. I paid full price for each of the services he provided, with the exception of a discount of $30 on one of the services. I even offered to pay an additional $55 to re-replace the LCD screen that I had already paid $75 to replace the first time. read more

I took my girlfriends IPhone here to get fixed and they quoted me the least expensive price I could find and they had it fixed within two days.
