The staff here are incredibly kind, the salon is very clean & the pedicures always come out fabulous. We brought my diabetic mother here & requested special servicing for her feet since she has sensitivity & they totally took that into consideration. Unfortunately, they were experiencing staffing issues & our appointments were delayed, but they went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of & our patience was acknowledged. As soon as I arrived, Kevin took me right away before my appointment time. Everything looked good until I started noticing a couple days later that my acrylic nails started lifting from my nail bed. I didn't think anything of it until I saw day by day, the acrylic kept lifting more and more. Just about a week after getting them done on July 1st, I can see I badly needed a fill! The acrylic is almost coming off. I have been getting acrylic white tips for over ten years and have never had this happen so quick. Do not go here if you need acrylic nails done. Later: about two hours from writing this review, one after another popped off. Do not go here if you get acrylic tips.

It has been a while since I have gone to a nail salon to get my nails done because I have short…read morenails, but we are heading to a wedding the following weekend and I wanted to have pretty nails so I went in to get acrylics. I made an appointment and arrived. It was a husband and wife team working and the wife was the one that did my nails. Since I'm not very familiar with acrylics, she was asking me if I wanted to put just tips or the whole nail. I was confused and so she was showing me the difference. Since I just wanted a French manicure, I told her I just wanted the tips then. She then proceeded to tell her husband in Vietnamese that she shouldn't have given me the option because I ended up choosing the less expensive of the two. Now let me preface that I am Asian, Vietnamese to be exact. So I can understand everything that she was saying. I don't know why she didn't think that I could possibly understand what they were saying, but whatever reason she clearly did not think that I was Vietnamese. Was I super happy with my nails at the end of the day? It was just all right. I feel like the powder she put on made my nails look super thick and very fat and wide at the ends. Aside from not being too excited about my nails, the one star was because of the fact that her and her husband talked crap about every person in that salon and the people who were calling in to make appointments. I hate when they do this. They even complained about me, when they did my pedicure. They complained about the two ladies who left while I was there and how they were cheap and did not tip very well and scoffed at them about it. They complained about the older lady who finished her manicure and pedicure, and asked if she could get her eyebrows done saying that lady was needy and they will just get it done real fast just to get more money. And Nicole? If you are the Nicole that called in asking if you could come in on that Saturday for a manicure anytime after 10 AM and after putting you on hold for about five minutes and coming back and letting you know that they could do 11 AM or 2 PM and you chose the 2 PM. They proceeded to complain about you too about why you didn't choose the 11 AM if that option was there considering you said it needed to be after 10 AM. They said you could've saved them a lot of time if you just said you could come in at 2 PM instead of saying anytime after 10 AM because then they wouldn't have to figure out their schedule and figure a proper time that they could fit you in. Also, while she was doing my nails, it was very clear that her and her husband were playing some kind of video game on their cell phones, which involved farming or something because you gather stuff to get coins. She would literally do my nails with one hand and go feed her cows or whatever before the time ran out and she wouldn't get her coins. It got to the point where she would tell her husband to get on her phone and farm for her. He also was on his phone doing his own farming so they would argue about not helping each other out. Anyhow, any salon can do the most beautiful nails, but I would never come back knowing that all they do is talk crap about their customers in Vietnamese. If you frequent this place and think you're a favorite customer, I would think again. There were ladies walking out that they knew them by name. and would say see you next time and the minute they walked out would say something negative.

I was actually pleased at how easy it was to find what I needed and service was great. She explained some services they offer if I was a frequent shopper. I am seriously picky when it comes to my nails. I have very long nails and always have. I have used many of his nail techs but Dylan is my favorite. In my opinion, it's best to stick to one person... That way it's consistent and they learn exactly how you like them done. It's best to always make appointments and not just walk in. The quality of my nails are superb, I receive many compliments on them and I don't mind paying for that. This is a great salon with quality products and terrific customer service. Never have I had them lift or peel. Find somebody you like and stick with them.

When you walk in there are two tablets on stands to check-in electronically. I have a favorite nail technician, Thoa, who is amazing and has been there for many years. I always trust him to make my nails perfect and the color I am looking for. My only challenge...I won't call it a complaint is...that many of their nail samples are so old that they have faded and when you try to select a new nail color from the sample it is often MUCH darker than the sample. I have spent a lot of time having the nail technician help me try to find the color I had in mind. If they would just update the nail samples it would save time during the appointment.
