To top it off, the food was incorrect: the mini Cuban sandwiches were turkey instead of the pork advertised on the menu. Why an automatic gratuity charge was added to a pickup order was already surprising, but I could have possibly overlooked that had the service not been so unpleasant and the food had been true to what was advertised on the menu.
