AWFUL customer service. I called around 11 AM on a weekday to place a pickup order and was met with unnecessarily curt and rude service on the phone. We ordered five wraps and a sandwich, but were informed that an 18% gratuity would automatically be added due to the "large order." This was actually two separate orders placed together for convenience--should we have just called twice instead? Regardless, we agreed to the charge. When I arrived to pick up the order, it took twice as long as the time we were told on the phone, resulting in a lot of waiting. The in-person service was also brusque and unfriendly. To top it off, the food was incorrect: the mini Cuban sandwiches were turkey instead of the pork advertised on the menu. Why an automatic gratuity charge was added to a pickup order was already surprising, but I could have possibly overlooked that had the service not been so unpleasant and the food had been true to what was advertised on the menu. Sadly, I can't recommend this place and won't be returning, not even for pickup. It felt like they were annoyed to have any orders at all. With the service they exhibited, I'm honestly shocked they're still in business. read more

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Absolutely amazing place for healthier quick items. They have wraps and sandwiches and smoothies and just about anything you could want at a very reasonable price! I got the raspberry smoothie with a buffalo chicken press with avocado, and I am thoroughly satisfied! They have daily specials, and an array of items for you to choose from! Skip the fast food drive-through and go across the street to this amazing place read more

From the beginning, we met Olga and she continued to be the light of the place. They welcomed our dog. They were the nicest people everybody was smiling and the food came out and it was steamy hot and I love steamy hot food all around I wanna say it was very comfortable. The service was impeccable and in the end, Olga was the queen gave us both to go cups with coffee and tea, and a big huge smile. read more

We stopped and had lunch and everything was excellent and came out fast for our order of 5 people.

YUMMY!!! The avocado chicken press was stuffed and every single item just complimented each other. All ingredients tasted fresh. The wraps/sandwiches come with a side of pasta salad.. it's good, but I'm not a fan of pasta salad. My boyfriend swears by it, and eats there at least once a week. As good as the avocado chicken press was, I think I'd try everything on the menu until I found something I didn't like (if possible!) Reasonable prices for a filling meal, especially for a restaurant in the keys. Only 1 table with 4 seats, and I believe 1 table outside. read more

Great smoothies. Employees understand vegan needs and provide a few options. Sandwiches get made very quickly. Would go back to try different smoothie flavors and other vegan options. I got the organic tofu wrap with spicy Thai sauce. The side was a cucumber salad, which the chef made sure was vegan. Sauce was not very spicy but the texture of the tofu was greAt!! read more

In Key Largo the #vegan choices are minimal but this place offered of few great options. I had a pecan veggie wrap. It's mostly a take out joint; I took my food someplace with a view. The wraps & pitas come with a side of macaroni salad and the lady running the place was astute enough to realize that if I was ordering a vegan sandwich I would want a vegan side dish and she switched it for me and then told me about it after, which was absolutely perfect and I thank her. She was swamped and juggling tasks but the details still mattered. I may be back on my way back north:) read more

We stopped in yesterday to grab some lunch while we were driving from Key West to Miami. What a hidden gem! It's right off the highway and easy to get in and out of. We both had the vegan pecan, avocado wrap with a raspberry vinaigrette. Very tasty! They were even wrapped well enough that they were easy to eat in the car and each wrap came with a cup of pasta salad. They don't have a public restroom but it was a quick walk two doors down to the staples . Making sure I remember where this is, it's a perfect stop for vegan tasties on the long drive to and from Key West. read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch driving from Miami to Marathon with family. We wanted something quick and relatively healthy. This place delivered on both! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were all very satisfied with our meals. Good portion sizes, tasted great, and made to order. We all agreed that we would stop here again on our next trip. read more

Holy hell this was delicious! The black bean soup is rich with flavor and has the most amazing kick...its the perfect amount of spicy ..I added avocado and bacon to the chicken ceaser salad. I ran a little late picking up my order but it was STILL so fresh! They don't have the soup everyday so you have to call ahead but man it's worth the wait. read more

Their gyros are the best I've had and their brownies are awesome feel good good food and it tastes great must try

I wish I could rate this place the 5 stars it deserves, but unfortunately the staff ruined this experience for me. I ordered two sandwiches for pick up. When I went to pick up my sandwiches, I decided not to add a tip since it was a pick up order & tips OPTIONAL, & the last behind the register said to me, "wow! You're not gonna leave a tip??" I was APALLED. I'm a college student on a budget, & usually if I don't have an actual waiter I don't usually tip. She made me feel so bad, & it ruined what would have been delicious sandwiches. No one should ever question the tip amount as it is OPTIONAL. This restaurant should really work on their customer service. read more

Needing a quick bit for our dive, we dropped in for a quick sandwich. Its a small place with only one table inside and one or two outside - great for takeout though. A decent lunch sandwich selection with daily specials. We had the curry chicken pita and Waldorf chicken salad pita wraps. Both were delicious. I'd grab another sandwich from here again. The owners were courteous and helpful. read more

First time and loved it! Recently moved to KL and was out looking for a good lunch spot (I also like mermaid cafe) near my work. I initially intended to go to Key Thai & Sushi right next door but just saw this place and decided to switch it up. So good - I ordered the tofu pita with Thai peanut sauce and my friend ordered the medium spicy chipotle chicken wrap. Both were delicious and the side of pasta salad was awesome! 10/10 will return read more

I've lived in Key Largo for three years and have yet to see inconsistency at Eco Eats! They always have the freshest food, quick service, affordable, and the friendliest owners. My go to favorites are the Tofu Pita and Thai Chicken Wrap. Their spicy thai peanut sauce is SO good! There are other "healthy" restaurants out there and no disrespect to them, but Eco Eats always ranks #1 in my book! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

A must go to in Key Largo! High quality food for a great price... and it's DELICIOUS! They have classic sandwiches to crazy pitas. It's small in there and there's not too many workers, so it can take a little time, but no more than 10 minutes. Usually the owner is working so the food you're getting is perfect. Give this place a try!! read more

Eco Eats - The Sunny Isles Turkey: the perfect turkey sandwich! - New American Near Me - Key Largo, Florida

Great little spot to pick up a wrap. Had the thai chicken wrap and it was yummy and fresh ingredients. Didn't care for the tiny dry pasta salad side that came with it. I'll try it again another day. read more

Surprised that this place is rated so low. I love that they bring healthier options to Key Largo. Came here today with my boyfriend originally for a smoothie and ended up with a whole meal. We both shared a peach pear apricot smoothie which was delicious. I had the Cayo Largo Wrap & wished it wasn't overdressed by the mojo dressing. It took away the taste of the other ingredients. Theres much potential for this wrap with improvement. The split pea was decent & enjoyed its earthiness. The pasta salad was delicious! My boyfriend had the Curry Chicken Pita & he liked that it tasted fresh. Good contrast of texture with the apples, grapes & the alfalfa sprouts. Curry flavor was a bit strong & could be toned down. Overall, we would come again. read more

Stopped through on a weekend getaway in the Keys. After a few days with paltry vegan/vegetarian options, I was pleasantly surprised to find Eco Eats! I was even more excited to know all their soups are vegan. I ordered the lentil soup and the stir-fried tofu pita as a wrap. They were happy to accommodate substitutions which always makes for a more enjoyable customer experience. The food was delicious and service friendly. I will definitely be back when I visit the Keys! read more

Decent lunch options for vegetarians/vegans. The lentil soup was flavorful. Will be back when visiting the Keys.

My family ranges from vegetarian to "antipotarian" (hates potatoes) and everything I'm between. But typically we skew towards fresher is better, and that has been hard to find. So imagine our surprise to find an amazingly friendly guy serving amazingly healthy and delicious foods. Don't be put off by the strip mall surroundings--grab your food and head south to Old Settlers Park for a nice shaded picnic lunch. read more

Nice little sandwich shop with healthier options in the plaza with divers direct. There isn't slot of seating, but it looks like they do a good amount of take out. I had an egg salad sandwich on multigrain bread. My wife had the Thai chicken wrap with a spicy sauce. They have options without the spice too. Both items were fresh tasting and delicious. We also ordered a beef barley soup that we both found to be bland. Overall a nice little lunch spot. read more

Arabian sandwich = yummy. Strongly recommend Eco Eats (two doors down from Family Dollar)

I love the owners, they are always happy to talk about your day and there hasn't been a single time that they haven't been there when I have gone in for lunch. I usually order the Thai Chicken Wrap with a mixture of sauce. The side of pasta salad is homemade and awesome. I don't really care for some of the extra stuff, like sprouts and kale, but I just ask for it to not be put on the sandwich. I also don't care for the smoothies and I am still hoping eventually the smoothies will get better. read more

Eco Eats is an excellent place to eat. I just discovered it this past week and now we eat there all the time for lunch and absolutely love it! The quality of the food is really good, and we're so glad to have a place like this here in the keys. I work nearby at a large resort and it would be AMAZING to add delivery service (hint, hint lol) ;) Keep up the good work, Eco Eats... we'll continue to give you our business :) read more
