It is with deep regret I must report dissatisfaction with a delivery order from them. Asked for a fresh mozzarella large pie with paper plates & napkins. The plates & napkins arrived fine, but the pie came very "bruised up" you might say. I will provide photos with this posting. Called to explain what happened & was told the solution was to not use as much tomato sauce in replacement pie. I agreed & waited for my replacement delivery. Sadly, that replacement pie proved itself to have just too dry a crust. So, lesson learned; if I want a fresh mozzarella pie in future, I should go get it myself & not have it delivered! Had to try this place out once I saw they had a Big Mac slice. It piqued my interest as I am a fan of Big Mac's so how could I not try this in pizza format lol. I also happen to be a fan of beef pepperoni as well. Was happy to see they had that as an option. I randomly saw this place on Google and decided to give it a try after seeing a Big Mac Pizza. I did have to wait a while for it to be made Now for the pie, it was very crispy, tasted like a Big Mac and super filling. Look at this beauty. On my way home from the Salt Marsh I was looking for a slice..I was starving after walking through the Marsh. Unfortunately there wasn't a place to park at any pizzeria I passed. Down at the other end of avenue U was this pizzeria and 2 people vacating spots! I lucked out! I was never here before. The fresh mozz slice looked fantastic so I got that. They had Stewart's black cherry so I had to get that! I was pleasantly surprised. The crust was thin but not too thin. The sauce was good rich tomato taste. The cheese wasn't a thin layer of fresh mozzarella it had a nice pull to it and there was plenty. I took a menu so we can try their other offerings. When this used to be called N&D everything was good, pizza was great. Live in the neighborhood so my husband and I would go there once a week to sit and enjoy good food. Good regular classic brooklyn pizza. When weather allows, it's a good spot to enjoy a pie in the outside seating area. Service is good.

Ate here yesterday with a friend and we tried multiple types of slices. To put it short and sweet, the staff was wonderful and very friendly but the pizza was just absolutely awful. It seems like all the pizzerias in Brooklyn as of late, with the exception of the specialty places have really sunk to new lows in the taste and the quality of their food due to inflation. The first time I had pizza here I thought "im starving so that's why this pizza is good." But the second and third time I had to admit the pizza really is delicious. The sauce to cheese ratio is perfect and the toppings go generously to the edge of the crust. The pizza doesn't flop from how heavy the ingredients are which is a big plus and its not greasy at all. The crust itself is perfectly crispy and gives a satisfying crunch without making me feel like I'm going to break my teeth. The prices are reasonable ($17 for a large pie). The outdoor seating is pleasant and an added bonus. The staff are friendly and kind. They took great care of us and even cut up my son's slice into small pieces. The italian ices aren't the best but if you're looking for a really great slice, this is the place for you. They also have a lot of variety so I'm looking forward to trying their different pies. read more

I did a pick up for my order: their signature AvenUe Pie (Creamy buffalo chicken) and Sicilian pie. I was 20 min late for the pick up, but came home to my surprise it was still hot. Their AvenUe Pie was amazingly tasty. It is how I would expect a creamy buffalo pizza to be. Sicilian pie was delightful. It was fairly thick and has the right amount of cheese and sauce. They are well staffed and their pies displayed makes me want to try them all. I'm more than happy to call this my new pizzeria even if it is 15 blocks out of the way. read more
