And I get a new vehicle with my current bankruptcy law firm that they work with a nice dealership out of Scottsdale and I get to keep my current car from Auto now financial payment free for 90 days Don't do business with this company All they do is lie lie lie lie try to harass you and threaten you well they got the right one this time.... And then they told me they're going to garnish my wages jokes on them again I'm a 1099 and they can't do it because of my chapter 7 bankruptcy and just in case they think they are my vehicle is chained to a pole and if the tow truck company cuts my lock or my chain that's breach of peace and then the financial company is on the hook and they have to dismiss any late charges or past due balances look up the law... Calling into this place is with all these aggressive employees. They have attitudes talking to customers as if you did something wrong. They never get things right they're quick to put stuff on the bill but slow to take it off when you show them your insurance policy. Alexis was the worst so nasty and rude. Daniel could never answer your questions correctly. He was always messing things up. The retention department you try to explain what's going on. They treat you like crap. They seem to prey on individuals with lower credit scores who are simply trying to obtain reliable transportation. From my experience, they show little regard for the quality of the vehicles they sell or the wellbeing of their customers.My problems began with Cactus Jack's, where I was sold a vehicle that turned out to be a lemon. It broke down on the side of the freeway in the middle of July while I had my 10-month-old with me.After that incident, they replaced the car with a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I accepted the replacement out of desperation, as i needed a working vehicle. Since then, I've had nothing but trouble. The Jeep has been in and out of TrueFix multiple times--at least three--and each time, the issue has not been resolved. I even filed a BBB complaint specifically against TrueFix due to their poor customer service and failure to properly repair the vehicle.This current complaint, is for Auto Now Financial. I have clearly communicated with both their customer service and financial departments that the vehicle stopped functioning again just weeks after the last visit to TrueFix. It has now been sitting at their shop for over a week, and I still have no update. Wow I guess I should've checked the ratings before buying a car here bc it's not a lie what everyone has said. This company sucks so much. How is it still in business??? I purchased a car here. I should've known from the beginning it was a bad choice. When we were trying to test drive the vehicle, one of the tires was completely flat and the sales guy was telling us to go down the street to fill it up FOR OUR TEST DRIVE! Also it was completely empty in gas. I would not make it home if I didn't stop for gas. This isn't the worst of it. A couple days in, the car stopped working. It wouldn't turn on and I got a flat tire. We had to take it into the mechanic that they have but don't offer a rental. We were without a car for over 2 weeks. They never notified when our payments were due. They had placed us in biweekly Payments when we had asked for monthly. They already contacted us we are late although we had no notice was due and that they were going to repossess the vehicle. Again... we didn't even have a vehicle for over 2 weeks and haven't owned the vehicle for even 2 months. Yesterday, My husband managed to speak to a manager and working out an arrangement to pay next week, after speaking to very rude person on the phone that purposely hung up on him 2 times. Well today I walk out to go to my husbands football game along w my 2 kids. And It's gone. Now I'm on hold waiting to find if it was either stolen or Repossessed. I cannot understand why businesses and people are so cruel and careless for families who depend on these cars. But clearly that's what this type of company is. I'm completely distraught. My father just sold one of his houses for 1.4 million and was going to pay off the new car with auto now financial. I called to get a payoff amount and was told I had to pay the Entire balance ($13K) including the financing for a 2 1/2 year loan even though I would be paying it off after Only having it for 4 mnths. My father sent Auto Now Financial a check for 13,189.00 and was told they will not deposit/cash it and sent it in the mail back to my father on 5/22/25 and was told they need a cashier's check, still no return check has been received yet. Woke up this morning and they Re-Possessed my car... Let me get this right.... Cactus Jack's auto center sold me a 2018 Kia soul that I have had nothing but one mechanical issue after another with and they never explained to me how the extended warranty I paid for works which has also turned out to be a big rip off. Auto now financial is also a rip off because they agreed to give me a payment deferral but never told me that it was going to cost me $81.06 for that deferral so now they are harassing me to pay theme the $81.06 today when they agreed to let me pay that this coming Friday 9-27-2024. I am irate with this company, the dealership I purchased from and their horrible customer service reps out their giving CS Reps a bad name! Car purchased July 25th, first repair August 19th taken in as check engine light is on and car shuts off. I get the car back in two days. September 12th service seatbelt light come on, September 28th check engine light back on and every time car is started within 1min of running shuts off. My time line as proof that this suv has more problems than enough. First within 30 days of owning this car I requested a refund as I work to hard to be running back and forth to a repair shop that is over 20 miles from me...one way. They offer NO rental, NO courtesy shuttle, NO tow truck and NO waiting area. They conveniently found a location that is just over 4 miles for the first repair back in September. I ask the mechanic what is the business name and was told..."my apologies this location unfortunately does not have a business name." Here I am now as of late September early October I call and spoke to a Danielle who not only becomes rude and unprofessional for asking questions about what they CAN DO I asked for the call to be escalated but this CS Rep disconnects the call. I called right back and after waiting a few minutes Danielle calls me back with "I don't know what happen" after a few moments of silence I realize I am on hold. No announcement to say, may I place you on hold. She comes back and reports "the manager is not in until 0900" Only to be told Addie would follow up with me. No call ever received. I call them October 5th and speak. with Tony and MOD and was told I need to take the car into the designated service shop in Phoenix to get a better answer on what is going on so they can determine if the car should be exchanged or needs repairs. Now why should a person need to go through if you are selling quality vehicles over having quantity! We need our vehicles to get us to point A-B and NOT looking to default on these biweekly note behind running up the street to get the car fix and NOT go to work! It's been over 30 days that my vehicle has been in the shop for insurance claim repairs. I have no estimated date of completion. Continuously get told, "next week it will be done." With no official date of completion. The shop never answers when I call for an update. I have physically drove down there twice for an update due to no answer on the phones. I have received zero communication from Auto Now Financial until I mentioned hiring a lawyer. They then responded immediately however, still provided no update or estimated completion date. The technicians state the insurance company won't approve an outside shop to do the work and that they do NOT know how to work on my vehicle because it is a BMW. In the meantime I've paid the insurance deductible, still make my 350 dollar payments bi weekly on time and now have over 1200 dollars in car rental fees with no sign of progress on my vehicle. I drove the vehicle to the shop and now the vehicle isn't even drivable. Parts have all been ordered and received, technicians state they are having trouble completing the work and can't seem to get the parts working do to them not knowing how to program the parts ordered. This has been an un organized, non communicative process. I will be contacting a lawyer and handing over all documented conversations if this is not resolved. With my vehicle down payment, insurance deductible and bi weekly payments I'm out a vehicle and $5000. when will my vehicle be completed? has the computer come in? was it installed? was it programmed? does it work? why not if not? what work still needs to be done? what work has been done? is the steering motor/ rack and pinion installed? I've already paid off 2 vehicles with them in the past with no issues so I tried again with a third vehicle. Unfortunately I fell behind on my payments due to an emergency surgery I had to pay for. Timothy Tennon was who I spoke to and he made it VERY clear that he doesn't care about ANYONE but himself and his numbers. I called in with a partial payment just so I could start chipping away at the amount and Tim told me that unless I have the full payment, my call was "pointless" and to not call back until I have the full amount to pay in full. This obviously was done so they could continue to collect late fees that were piling up and is also a flat out LIE as I have absolutely paid late before without issue even if it was a partial pay. Timothy thinks it's real cute having photos and videos of himself on his fb sitting in the Auto Now call center with his Auto Now shirt on making TikTok's at work where he makes light of how he treats the customers of Auto Now. Bought a car through a third-party dealership and use this place to get a loan and I had the car for only three months and I sent in my $700 payment every two weeks that I owe and the mail man from USPS was delayed due to so much mail being processed and my car payment was due on a Friday and the mail came on a Saturday morning, so technically was only one day late but it wasn't my fault. That is the males fault and I woke up Saturday morning and my vehicle was gone. I completely thought someone stole it. I was freaking out I was so broke I called they were so mean to me telling me that it's my fault which it's not my fault that's the mails fault. I not only lost my vehicle, but they told me that I couldn't get any of my daughters belongings in the car unless I pay $1000 for the car back and$ 500 for all the items which why would I pay $500 when they are my items in my vehicle I was so hysterical and so sad and so stressed.
