Long and overdue review. However I wanted to leave it now based previous reviews I read ( some are pretty nasty) on my experience during our purchase with Ruben. He went out of his way of his way to help me purchase the vehicle I have now. Not only did com in on a Sunday, but it was also Father's Day. Test drove several cars that I was interested in. I never felt pressured to pick a particular car he wanted to sell. It was my decision. Got approved and drove out within 2 hours. Now on my vehicle, i have been very content with (Kia Sportage). Have not had any issues with it, everything is working great mechanically! I have absolutely no complaints about anything. I would definitely recommend purchasing here . Fast Trac Auto Sales sold me a illegal vehicle 2015 Nissan Quest on 3-24-23 the vehicle failed emissions! I requested my money back and Fast Trac refused to refund my $2500. I Reported this suspicious activity to ADOT Enforcement and compliance Division on 5-24-23. They investigated and issued several criminal Citations including emissions violations, changing Vin numbers, Dealer plates Record keeping, Misstatements of Facts etc. I Fast Trac Auto Sales the owner Roberto Guerrero and Ruben Guerrero to court and Won! My husband is in the car business and is shocked with how terrible these guys have treated their customers and one of them being my brother!!! He had issues as soon as he got home and they flat out refused to help him! I had been turned down everywhere having had physical injuries from my accident that prevented me from working and they said YES! Customer services: literally called me a pain in the a** Do not step foot on this lot Found a Nissan online for $3,999. Came in to look at in person and was told it was 10,000 to buy. The car was filthy on the inside and had multiple pieces broken inside. I asked if they provide a carfax report and was told they offer something similar. I overheard a conversation with a man inquiring about picking up his keys. He said he just came in and paid $150 the day before and over $500 during the weekend. The finance guy and receptionist argued with him stating he didn't ever come in. I politely asked if they provide copies of receipts for payments and if they had software that keeps track of invoices for the customer and their records. Initially, the manager told me that that man was crazy and was losing it. Then... The manager responded with "Why are you asking me about him? You know what, I don't want to deal with you. You seem like a real pain in the a**. It's no wonder you haven't found a car in four weeks." Before writing my review I looked at their personal website and found they posted the same vehicle as a 2002 and a 2010 on their site. They do not have a 2002 vehicle that looks that nice at their location. They took different angles of the car and refrained from listing additional information such as the upholstery type etc. He knew I was skeptical and was not going to purchase from him. read more

It doesnt give me the option to put less than one star so i rate it a 0 so ignore the star.It's a piece of shit car lot they scam your for your money and information so they can get more money out of you. And they rush you out for everything on the paperwork and on their verbal contract they do not tell you any of their hidden fees you don't get to discover the hidden fees until you receive the black and white paperwork. Also every car they have is a lemon you can drive it for two or three days but there's something hidden that's wrong with it and then it just break them and they want it back and expect you to get it back to them on the time that they give you which sometimes is not available cuz I work out in Mesa and they call us and they want the car back by 10 a.m. but we start work by 10 supposedly they have a GPS in the vehicles which they do not most car lots have GPS on their vehicles to where they can track the car if it is stolen off a car lot and help the cops find it but as soon as you buy a car that has a GPS in it is deactivated and they do not know where the hell you aren't this guy on the other hand keeps it activated and tracks you or every you go. They're very pushy when itbcomes to payment. Also they expect you to finance instead of buy out right. read more

This is an outstanding car dealer. I recently bought a 04 GMC Sierra club cab 4x4 from Anthony Guerrero who has a winning attitude and knows how to sell cars and trucks. He is not one of these high-pressure guys but one who takes an active interest in whatever your needs are. There are so many used car dealerships in Phoenix that you could easily spend all day browsing. I met Anthony one night and then returned the next day. Why? Because I like the man. This is a family-owned business and they have everything they need to provide excellent customer service. They are recognized by the Better Business Bureau. I was so impressed with this dealership that when I heard from a friend he was looking for a vehicle there was no doubt where to take him. EZ Valley Auto Sales came through for my friend just like they did for me. If you're looking for a car give them a try. Ask for Anthony or Ruben and tell 'em John sent you! Came to give hem document they need to get me finance company from another but they end up taking the car back because they couldn't finance the 2004 Infiniti g35 because they didn't get the right paperwork done. Which is their job and not mine. They end up keeping the vehicle and even block me in from all ways to prevent me from leaving. Place also didn't give me my $1,500 down payment back!
