The entire sales process was easy, convenient, and straightforward. No gimmicks. I had read other reviews on Google shortly before we arrived regarding One Stop Auto Mall and those were very positive, which was one of the reasons we stopped in. As a female buyer of a large van/bus that is to be used for commercial purposes, I was nervous about being talked down to or "mansplained." Allen did neither. He was professional and showed interest in not just the sale, but about me/my business as well. I wish more men in this industry would realize that their heavy, overbearing presence, "advice" and pushiness is a huge turn-off to women. I was very grateful for Allen's respect and fair prices. Should I need a vehicle again, I wouldn't hesitate to return to One Stop Auto Mall and do business with Allen (or his brother, Mike). Both were wonderful people.

The light came back on and they said to bring it back, they said it needed another part but had to order it. We have tried for a year now to get them to fix this issue and now they are out of business and the phone is disconnected. What a total scam and the car needs a transmission which is roughly 6k. No wonder they didn't want to fix it and just kept clearing the code making it seem like they were fixing it. We have filed a report with the BBB and the AZCC.

Wtf. Total round trip to my house is only 46 miles. I made several calls to them, and texting/calling with the owner, Calvin. Everyone Very good at giving me the run around, but making me feel like they would take care of things ASAP... I'm still waiting. NO ONE WILL GIVE ME ANSWERS /the help I need! Staff said it was because they had to take to emissions test= 2 miles away! For a total of 50 miles. But 200 miles and 3/4 tank, the check engine light off, but the Gave me a BOGUS emissions copy. Not from ADOT emissions company, incorrect info on the form, refusing to honor the agreements made upon purchase, refusing to refund for gas used while in their possession, refusing that anything is wrong with the car /fix the sound and SMELL, not giving me extended warranty info, refusing to respond to my emails, refusing to call me back when I leave a message, stated the 2015 tires on the car are safe in AZ heat... After leaving there on 1/14, I took to a reputable, professional mechanic who reported something is loose in the engine = the squealing sound I hear-would have to take the engine apart to find the noise= $$, and the smell is from the ENGINE BURNING OIL! Which is a HHHUUGGGEEE deal and expensive fix $$$$$$. I'm upset that you put your faith and trust into a company and they sell you something that could potentially kill you. Driving an unsafe vehicle can lead to an accident, leading to injuries /death. So this issue is more than me getting DUPED and LIED TO... It's about principles, ethic, morals and values. With what this world has been through the past 2 years with Covid, it somehow makes this hurt even more. I work in a hospital... Around Covid. Working extra shifts setting Covid patients... Save up $ to buy a car outright and I get sold an unsafe, not passing emissions, beautiful LEMON! That should not be my karma! Just be warned before buying. I love it and they did not do anything dishonest. I got the car that I wanted. They were not dishonest about anything with the sale of this BMW. I did have a few things I had to fix but buying a used car is as is if you don't do your due diligence, then it's your own fault but I am very happy with the BMW X5. I would recommend them buying a car from them because they help people that have bad credit but I'm not sure their service department is any good but that could be any business. Thanks.

After we initially spoke, he said he would call me back later that day with the extra information I was requesting. I did not receive a call back that day. I texted and called and left a voicemail the next day and received no reply to either one. I finally called in the afternoon of the 3rd day and spoke with him on the phone and he still had not looked into the issues we had spoke about 3 days earlier. He did finally look at it while we were in the phone and said his car repair guy was coming over to look at the car and he would call me back shortly that day. Again, I never received a call back. It was not until late the next day that | finally received a call back. Not calling me back (twice) shortly when he said he would, ignoring my voicemail and text messages twice made me decide to not do business with him/Prestige Auto. He he would not apologize for what happened but took full responsibility. What??!.. Do business this Dealer/Broker at your own risk.

Salesmen constantly pushing you to spend way too much money on a car that's in terrible condition, tacking on all these dealership fees as if i don't pay attention to that. Prestige auto was a breath of fresh air in the car market, and took so much stress off my shoulders. You're welcome. There are a lot of moving parts when making a car purchase. Will you deal with pushy salespeople? Will you *really* get a good price? Will the trade in be a hassle? Will the finance department mess you over? All of these are things we dread about car shopping. Which is where Another Time has offered a refreshing difference each time we've been there. As parents, and consumers with plenty of car purchases under our belts (for better or worse), we had worries about our young adult's first independent car purchases. And TWICE now, Another Time has exceeded our expectations. First, a few years ago, with the purchase of an older Camry. A great deal, friendly but NOT pushy sales support, and straightforward pricing with no hidden charges at the contract signing. As for the car itself, we had eyes wide open on what to reasonably expect from a 14 year old used car for $3,000, and so should you. No matter what you buy, from ANYONE, it will need something. So we had no surprises. Second, and most noteworthy was our experience today. Our son was financing a car for the first time on his own. We have been looking all over town in what has proven to be a very difficult car market. We had been on this lot previously and not found anything he liked. Last night the car he has been dreaming of was posted at a very fair price. Knowing how quickly cars move on this lot, we were there today at 8 a.m. Our son checked the Carfax, test drove and decided it was all systems go on the purchase. We then moved on to the trade in, where we negotiated a fair offer given the condition of the car. Everything was moving quickly, next we were headed to finance (this is the part where things often go south). He had taken our advice of being preapproved by a neutral 3rd party bank before shopping at the dealerships. We shared the preapproved rate with Robert in finance, and he started the process of seeing how he could beat it. Here's the thing. When someone both ENJOYS and is GOOD at what they do, it's evident in how hard they work to help, and how genuine they are in the transaction. Robert pulled off what we thought NO ONE could. He dropped that rate, for a young first time car buyer, from 11% to 6.49%! His excitement for my son was genuine and he truly made the transaction as easy as possible with his patience and knowledge. Everything was transparent, there were no hidden surprises. Polar opposite of what we've experienced at the big box dealerships. My son drove home today in an AWESOME Toyota at what seems to be a great deal all the way around. We are confident he won't be upside down in his loan, and will have a car that lasts several years. The check engine light came on the same day I brought it home, and the vehicle was shaking. I was able to bring it back, and I was told the issue had been fixed. Unfortunately, as soon as my 30-day warranty was up, the check engine light came back on, and from there it was one problem after another. I have spent over $5,000 trying to repair this Jeep, and every time one issue was fixed, another problem seemed to appear. At this point, multiple mechanics have told me the same thing: get rid of this vehicle ASAP. I haven't even owned it for a year, and I've already had to purchase another vehicle because I could no longer rely on this one. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I purchased this Jeep while I was 8 months pregnant. I specifically told the dealership that I needed a reliable SUV, and they sold me a vehicle that turned out to be anything but reliable. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but having major problems almost immediately after purchase, continuing to spend thousands of dollars on repairs, and still not having a dependable vehicle is completely unacceptable. I feel like I was sold a lemon, a vehicle that should never have been sold to someone looking for a reliable family SUV. I trusted the dealership to be honest about what I was purchasing, and unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Absolutely heartbreaking and incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience and based on all of these terrible reviews.
