It seems as though there are some yelpers out there that dont care for auto junction. I have had nothing but great experiences with Alex and the team. When I first entered the lot I was amazed at the quantity of premium vehicles. I was greeted by Christian who was very non nonchalant about the entire process. He was more interested in my interests and likes/ dislikes rather than trying to push anything on me. After a few test drives and some further discussion, he found me the perfect car. I was instantly in love. It was more than I anticipated spending, but I met with Alex to make things work out. He spent hours and hours playing with the numbers and contacting different banks just to make sure I was happy with the outcome and that he felt I wan't getting ripped off. Alex is the MAN! We have bought cars for my daughter, my son and myself from Alex. We stumbled on Auto Junction by accident and we are very happy that we did. Recently in the market to replace my 5 series BMW and was shopping 650 Gran Coupes and MB CLS 550s. I stopped in to Auto Junction to look at a CLS 550 they had online and took it for a test drive with a rep. It was nice enough, but as a long time BMW owner, I wanted to drive the Grand Coupe that was available at another dealer up the road as well. No pressure from Auto Junction, they said go and check it out. I told them I may be back in a half hour. Well, I did test drive a (the one I was after had already been sold; yeah, ok) Grand Coupe and did like it very much. However, it was overpriced, the dealer wouldn't negotiate the price, and they were crazy low on my trade in. I left and was tired after having worked most of the day and so went back home rather than back to Auto Junction like I had said I would. I went back today (two days later) and asked if I could drive the car again. This time they just handed me the keys, told me to have fun, and bring it back when I was ready. I took it for a nice spin and decided to pull the trigger on it. After telling Alex my story re the other place and the bad trade offer, he gave me almost twice what the other dealer was offering. Offered extended warranty and gap coverage, but no pressure at all when I declined. I didn't haggle the asking price because I had done my homework and I already knew he had priced the car more than fairly. For several years I've been looking for a particular car, doing my research and scouring the classifieds. I wanted a certain Porsche 996 Carrera. They are not that hard to find, but a nice one is, with low miles, the right ownership and a good service history since they are about 15 years old now. One morning I saw this car on Cars.com and went to give it a look. I wasn't planning on buying it that day. Alex introduced himself and after some time I did buy it. My search was over. I'll say if it wasn't for Alex's considerate help I would have not bought that day. He made it very easy, he recognized my efforts and appreciated my earnest work in years of hunting. I bought a Porsche Cayenne S from Hadi in 2017. The car was honestly advertised and there was no sales pressure - very easy and straightforward transaction. Three years and a move to the East coast later, the car has performed beautifully and is a daily joy to drive. Recently, I was trying to get the car registered in MA and noticed my title was missing...a bit of a problem while everyone was under COVID restrictions. However: one text message to Hadi and he took it upon himself to obtain a replacement title in AZ for me - and would not even accept payment for any fees or his time. He said it was a pleasure to help a customer and the title arrived on the East coast a week later. Ask yourself what other car dealer (new or used) would stand behind a deal three years later and come out of pocket for a customer who now lives three time zones away? That would have to be a very short list. I think that speaks volumes about Hadi's integrity and business ethics. Everyone said that I was stupid for driving it home and trusting a car dealer to make it right and that I was stuck in the smokers car. Surprise!! Auto Junction - My New Mercedes GL450 - What a class act! I can say out of all my auto buying experiences Auto Junction is awesome! No Hassel No Pressure All Professional. Not once did a salesman come running out in an attempt to push the sale of the vehicle. After a quick copy of my driver's license they handed me the keys. "You guys take it out for a spin and don't forget the test it on the freeway." It was so relaxing to take the vehicle out on a test drive without a sales person tagging along. This allowed us to openly discuss the vehicle itself. Upon returning I inspected a few more things on the vehicle and at no time did anyone come out to approach me. My wife and I flew from Maine on 4/26/18 to pick up a 2007 Shelby GT500 that I had purchased via the internet and telephone with Alex. We were picked up at the airport, no taxi needed. The car was all that the photos showed and verbal description described. Alex, Angie, and Christian were great people to work with. Love the car, we had a great drive across the country back to Maine. Part way thru through the trip It did develop a vibration in the rear drive train that required a repair after I got home. This was not an issue that Alex and the crew had any knowledge of when I purchased the car. I bought the car clearly labeled "as is" with no warranty. I sent an e mail to Alex with a copy of the repair bill and photos of what was done. Even though there was no warranty Alex sent a check for a substantial amount of the repair. Great car buying experience! I will absolutely buy from Alex again. I can see what some reviewers might view as "pushy" but that is not what I experienced. I experienced someone who was willing to deal and get things done quickly. No waiting around for the sales person to "meet with the manager" on my behalf to try to get me a deal, then more waiting and negotiating... just to end up with a finance guy trying to upsell on the alarm system, etc. Alex puts it all on the table, says yes or no regarding what he can do, doesn't waste your time. I found the car I wanted on-line, called to ask some questions, had specific payment questions and Alex took the call and answered them. I test drove the car and took it for a pre-purchase inspection - which he was fine with. Once I decided, the deal was done in a matter of minutes, not hours. We found this car online and negotiated the terms over the internet. It felt a little weird to buy a car unseen, but Alex was very accommodating - he had it delivered to Mercedes for a pre-inspection, and he fixed the few minor things that came up on the report. He delivered the car to us earlier than we expected it, and was very responsive and efficient in his communications throughout the process. When I sent Alex an email to let him know the financing company he had chosen (TD Auto Finance) was probably not the best choice for future customers, he called them on our behalf and promised to follow up with us if they didn't fulfill their promises (I didn't blame him for their issues, just wanted him to know there were some).
