He was in search of a luxury brand car and heard good things about this place so he thought we should check it out since it was close by. Extremely pleasant car buying experience. I've never purchased a used car before. Up until this point, I've only ever purchased new. I have always associated used car salesmen with the old Hollywood stereotype of being greasy, pushy and dishonest. My experience here was surprisingly good. The guys are all really friendly, informative, and not super pushy. They have lots of options and gets you in and out relatively quickly. Buying a car under an hour, from start to finish, seems unheard of, but actually happened. The process was super simple, like super simple. After scanning the market for a new or a newer SUV for a week or so, I found what I wanted on the web and decided to give this dealership a try - even though I hate second car dealerships with a passion... To my surprise the car was as advertised, the team was welcoming, I took the car for a test drive and sat to talk with the owner who is, as was described in other reviews, genuine and trustworthy (oxymoron when it comes to car dealers... isn't it?). Anyway, in under an hour I was out of there with the car I wanted... this says it all. I hope that there will not be any skeletons in the closet but it seems like a solid buy. Beware scam scam scam Didnt pay the money for delivery

I have purchased two cars from Auto Junction this year. The first was a 2007 convertible beetle and the second a 2009 Chevy Malibu for my daughter. The pros of this dealer: Both cars were in outwardly great condition. The prices were great, low miles and Alex was able to get us financed when other dealerships could not, through reputable finance company (Wells Fargo for both). The cons: both cars had mechanical issues. The VW has a problem with the fuel pump and the Malibu had a problem with the catalytic converter. The VW was a $700 repair at the VW dealership. As for the Malibu, it was discovered within 30 but not covered by Auto Junctions 30 engine/transmission warranty. Alex agreed to have his mechanic fix it at a discount. Overall I am pleased with our experience. I love my Beetle and my daughter loves her Malibu. read more

One of the many used car dealerships I browsed while shopping for a car recently, I really like this one. On my first visit, I stopped by the office and requested a test drive on a few of the cars. They asked me for a copy of my drivers license. Once they made a copy, they handed me dealer plates and asked me which cars I wanted to test drive. I identified them and then they had a runner bring them out for me to drive....by myself! Yes, I put the dealer plate on the dashboard, jumped behind the wheel and took off by myself to test drive the cars....keep in mind, these were not cheap cars...LOL I couldn't believe it! They trusted me....I was actually very nervous and was more careful than normal. Although I didn't buy a car from this dealership, it was a relaxing, no pressure car shopping experience. I'm very late in posting this review but it's important enough that I figured "better late than never." My review has nothing to do with buying a car from this business, but with something much more important - their incredible act of kindness!! Some weeks ago, my car ran out of gas right in front of their driveway, on a very busy day. I ran across to their office to ask if someone could help me push my (very large SUV) into their parking lot so it wouldn't be impeding traffic on Scottsdale Road. They agreed to help . . . but to a greater extent than I could have imagined. A very nice young employee drove me (in a very nice BMW) to a gas station up the road and filled a portable gas can from their store. He then drove me back to my car and filled the tank with the gas. It was enough to get me safely to the next gas station. I've driven both a Benz and a Beemer (I now drive a Cadillac) but if I ever go back to one of those fabulous vehicles, I will FOR SURE go back to Auto Junction for my purchase! Thank you again! I don't leave a lot of reviews, but this is well worth it. Buying a car at any price point can be tedious. All those big flashy showrooms and numerous employees with different jobs who all want to just sell you something it seems....its a tough process. Auto Junction deals with anyone at any level on any car. It's a small place with an enormous amount of knowledge. And almost everything is digital. Not once did I see the old daisy wheel printer or get asked if I want to sit in the customer lounge and eat a donut and have a cup of coffee. A simple deal or a complex deal, this team KNOWS their stuff and with only a few employees, they each all do the process end to end so there are no wild handoffs that take half a day. And while it doesn't look flashy, they are in the business for you, not about what their next 25k square foot customer lounge will look like. They do NOT waste time and it shows. High end and want to be discrete, they value your time and privacy. Lower end and just need a credit deal that isn't thru the roof, they will help you. Amazing experience top to bottom and they treat everyone the exact same way with the exact same integrity. So, update car still has paper work and they didn't smog car which is illegal ......so my advice...is question and read everything take an atty with you to go over contract or recorded conversation. The Sales contract , is incorrect they lied about me personally saying I was drinking Which is liable and said we flew in I didn't even buy the car . no we drove 7 hours . So here's how you deal with this dealership .. 1 sit there and watch them do the DMV paper work. 2 make sure they smog it which is their responsibility. 3 tell them your recording conversation and record it. 4 when you pay for shipping make sure they understand that means your having car shipped to your house and when they tell you to be home in two days that means because they are going to ship it ... They have lied....they have done no paper work on car . I was not the buyer of car I gave down payment as a father's day present and they ruin it for him . Oh and check better business bureau. Recently bought a car from Alex. I previously wrote a glowing review, that was before I found all the things that were not disclosed like evidence of a front end collision, bent brackets under the front of the car etc. After $5000 worth of work, all I have to worry about is the engine and trans, I think. Buyer beware!!! Be careful if you buy any car over at Autojunction Benz & Beemers. Was in the market for an Aston Martin and they claimed that they had a nice one, one owner, 10900 miles, all service up to date perfect car. However the car had 3 owners, 11200 miles, service record were not up to date, the tires had dry rot etc. When I did the pre-purchase inspection it came out that this Aston would need about 12,000.00 dollar in repairs as services, tires, strut worn, oil leak in the transmission. read more

My hubby and I had the most pleasantly memorable experience at this dealership. Alex and his staff provided us with humane and excellent service. We were visiting from California and got stranded due to our car breaking down. We ultimately "ventured" into Auto Junction Benz to enquire about a rental car. Alex was bemused and "scolded" my hubby for taking me through the scorching Arizona heat/humidity on foot! Then Alex asked us to sit which I really needed as my high-heeled feet were aching! Secondly, he offered us a refreshing glass of cold water. Finally, he provided us with one of his very posh and luxury Benz sport car and a staff to chauffeur us to the car rental office about 1.5 miles (driving!) away. That location was closed and the good chap drove us to another car rental place. Alex is a quintessential gentleman. We were strangers to him, and of no economic value to his dealership. Bought a 2007 Jaguar with a broken convertible top. They claimed it was $900 to fix and part was on order. Took car to Jaguar repair after purchase. Top needed $8,500 plus in parts. Rear brakes were worn and tires cracked.When confronted they would not stand by the car they sold at full retail. So I stopped payment on a $4,000.00 check Instead of fixing the car they attempted to sue me. They have posted on the internet that I am a criminal and a fraudster. All slanderous lies. They are posting lies on Real Estate sites. I am a licensed Broker in California. They attempted to get a default judgement without serving me. The Court has thrown that out.
