She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. Let me start by stating that Tara out of the Provo office was outstanding from the time we had email exchanges to the time I arrived and took care of my car. My SUV required calibration and it wasn't that unique yet they took weeks and blamed it on the insurance. I had full glass coverage so never saw the price. Later I found out they charged my insurance company over $4600 for a new windshield. Which eventually looked negatively on my insurance history and my rates went up. Maybe that is the price but for that amount I should have had white glove service and it was a huge pain with extra difficulty due to lack of communication. Will not go back there.

He arrived in the time frame stated, he was professional and courteous. He knew exactly what needed done to replace this window in the parking lot where I work. He completed the job in a timely manner. I was out to watch him work towards the end of his task to replace my window. He pointed out a rusted metal bracket that is inside my door frame. He stated it was slightly rusted but would continue to rust if not taken care of. He then cleaned the rust off of it and placed it back where it belonged. This was an exceptional example of care that David gave while working to replace my window. After the window was replaced he checked to see that it rolled up and down properly. He then cleaned it and my front windshield. He gave me the work order and the number for the window tint company so I could schedule that part of my repair. When the technician was leaving he informed me the cover for the little box next to my rearview mirror mount was broken and he would return and replace. I didn't hear from him again so when I received an email asking for a rating, that's what I pointed out. The technician's service was great, I just wanted that part back. I received a responding email informing me everything was set up and to click the button to schedule an appt which I did. While doing so, I printed the work order and after reviewing it, had questions. I called 4 different phone numbers and each time got hung up on! Because they tied the call to my phone #, the only thing the recording said to me was ask if I needed to reschedule or needed help w/ the appt. No matter what I answered w/, the recording each time would say all appointments have to be done on-line. There wasn't even a menu offered to choose anything else! Each local location had the same 844- # and no other numbers were offered! This is 100% BS! I finally had to call my insurance company and then was transferred to 2 different Safelite personnel.
