Simply awesome! Genesis dealer gave me the name of a company to replace my sunroof on a GV 80, so I called K&B Auto Glass Works and from the first call, they were just great. Tamara gave me a quote on the phone, meanwhile Safelite never called me back. I called back and talked with Cynthia who then called my insurance company and we got the appt scheduled at my house. Anthony called the morning of the appt and then called 15 mins before he arrived. Ian was with him and 10 minutes later they finished the job. I can't believe it was this easy. Recommended by our Subaru dealer because of the electronics behind the windshield. Hit by a stone on Sunday, called Monday, everything totally replaced on Wednesday. Fast, efficient, wonderful service. Three great techs handled it all, replacing the glass and completing the calibration for the Subaru system. Went to see K&B cuz both Earnhardt Hyundai-North Scottsdale and Horne Hyundai- Apache Junction argued since June 19, 2024 which dealership would repair a faulty black, plastic box covering cables behind the rearview mirror that fell off. I finally had enough of their BS! Talked to Tamara of K&B today, August 30, 2024. Said if I brought the piece(s) in, the techs would look at them to see what the problem is. Cynthia referred me to Doug. He took care of it-seemed like a Hyundai manufacturer issue along with rearview mirror being loose. He reinstalled the same cosmetic box and tightened the mirror in 10 minutes time. NO CHARGE! Thank you everyone that helped me at K&B Auto Glass! Well our AZ highways bit my car! My BMW is only a few weeks old and a rock hit the windshield and sent a crack right down the center of my view 10+ inches long. Thank heavens Chandler BMW recommended K & B Auto Glass- Doug Koester was out to us in less than 48 hours, and the job was quoted to take 2 hours to complete. He was done in exactly 2 hours. Phenomenal service, and even saved me a trip back to BMW by re-calibrating my system- heads up display, lane-change assist, everything fully re-calibrated! I would give Zero stars but that is not an option. I scheduled this company to come replace my windshield on Wednesday 6/12/24 for replacement today 6/17/24. They gave me a time frame of 1-5pm. So today 6/17/24 I called at 1pm to confirm what the time frame was and was told again 1-5pm and that they would call me when they were on their way. I gave them a call at 4:30pm as no one had called. They then said that my appointment isnt until tomorrow 6/18/24 for that time frame. This is pretty shoddy customer service considering I called earlier and no one said anything. Instead I now have 2 days of work I have to rearrange because of this companies inability to communicate even when you contact them. I recommend you take your business elsewhere if your time is valuable to you. read more

Called today and windshield was never ordered and would take another 3-5 days to get it ordered and delivered. Called another company and getting windshield this week from them. They installed a windshield 6 weeks ago on a 2016 Corvette that I own. To say the quality of the glass was worse than sub standard doesn't do that statement justice. It is awful. I called and explained that the visibility was awful and at night the headlights and taillights from other cars look like we are seeing double. I can put my head out the window and everything is clear as a bell. Even my wife while driving it said this is god awful and certainly can't be safe!!  Sad part is the Manager could care less and didn't even bother to get on the phone to talk to me. If you are looking for cheap glass that isn't clear or SAFE to see with, especially at night, this is your place......If you want a company whos Manager can't even tell person themselves they aren't interested in correcting the problem, instead has the front desk tell them...Then this is your place..... It's been less than 2 months since they did the work and they won't stand behind their product. However, if you are looking for a glass company who cares more about ones safety, the quality glass they use, standing behind their product, and who care more about doing the RIGHT thing, and less about their "bottom line"? Then you should look elsewhere and find someone else!! We stand behind all of our work and would have been more than happy to replace the windshield for the customer that we installed the windshield for. We have lifetime workmanship warranty in place for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. Once the vehicle is sold it does void the warranty. I explained to you that we would not have knowingly installed a distorted windshield as you cannot see distortion until the glass is in the vehicle. Me...... I NEVER SPOKE with you! That is a flat out lie! I spoke with some lady who ran back to "Her Supervisor" 2 different times, and you told her what to say to me! You don't stand behind your work at all!! You just put that windshield in less than 2 months ago!! You look for ways not to stand behind your crap glass you installed... If you knew anything about it, you would know he didn't complain about the glass because he traded in the car right after you put it in!! You don't notice how bad it is or how UNSAFE it is until you try driving it at night! You can see in the picture the HUD with double vision!! Try driving at night with double vision and lights reflecting all over! The RIGHT thing to do would to be replace it and not give me some crap about being out of warranty because some other person had you put it in for them. Its less than 2 months old and its crap YOU installed!! Bottom line is you're your more concerned about your bottom dollar than the safety of someone driving with your double vision windshield! Every auto manufacturer has guidelines for safety. That is why they have recalls! I don't see how a glass company can hide behind a "voided warranty " even though it's been in the car less than 2 months. I will report this to BBB and maybe even ADOT may have some interest in a company that doesn't have a problem putting in low grade glass! I had my windshield replaced in 2019 due to a crack. I am not sure what type of glass they used but, I am going on 5 years with no cracks. My husband and I joke it's bullet proof glass. I drive on the highway everyday and rocks seem to always find me. I am Very disappointed in the service I'm currently getting. Subaru referred me to them to get my windshield fixed and have it recalibrated. Its been almost 3 weeks. I called them with all of my insurance info including a claim number. They said they'd call back in 2 days. I finally called them after a week and a half. I would not send my worst enemy here. They replaced the glass on my 2018 BMW and completely botched the install and missed parts. 1) The installer came and said he has over 20 years experience and he will "take care of my baby" 2) the install was nothing like factory. The glass sat proud of the body (i could touch the edge of the glass), installer said not a big deal and it should settle 3) It never "settled" and i noticed they forgot the foam piece at the base of the glass and i could see the black glue inside the car The owner and Doug called me and promised to make it right yet after 2 visits and poking and prodding at my other bmw which had a factory installed windshield I had enough. They claimed the parts i needed were not available and don't exist for ordering (total BS). Found the best glass guy in AZ who indeed found parts because you can buy every single part from the dealer and fixed their terrible hack job. I will never ever use K&B and suggest you dont either. They missed parts, did a dangerous install by seating it improperly and never did a camera calibration, damaged some of the rubber seals and never fixed their botched work. Shame on them, stay far away if you care about your car. read more

Thank you, Toy!!! Toy helped me with my windshield replacement for my 2023 GV80 - she was kind, responsive, and patient. We had supply issues (out of their control) but Toy was upfront and transparent about it, so I knew what to expect. Surprisingly- the glass came in sooner than anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. There were some issues with scheduling the calibration with the dealership- but Toy was able to take care of it for me and coordinate on my behalf. I really appreciated her help! I purchased a late model used vehicle from a dealership and when I got it home I noticed a horrible road noise coming from the windshield. The dealer sent K&B out to repair another shop's bad work. K&B was amazing!! John Q. went well above and beyond to make sure the work was done right and the car was returned when it was promised. Because of an issue with the safety tech discovered after windshield installation, that was not related to any work K&B did, they had to take the car to a dealership and made sure things were sorted. John even called me and said he would just take an Uber back to the shop as the dealership was closer to my house. I will never use another glass shop, K&B has earned my loyalty. read more

K and B Auto Glass did a great job in replacing my windshield. Yes, it did take a few weeks to become available but with the supply chain being backed up it didn't surprise me. The lady (Alexa?) that helped me also coordinated with the dealership to calibrate the windshield. I don't know the reason behind the negative reviews but IMO, they're a stellar business. One week after getting the windshield replaced, a rock made a crack in my windshield AGAIN! Jimmy filled the crack and I was done in 20 minutes. I definitely recommend K and B. read more

Sadly, I cannot comment on their actual product because their customer service is horrible. Went through my insurance company who referred me to K&B. I contacted them, gave them vehicle info and the rep said she would call me back same day with availability of my windshield and service date. A week later I called to check on the status. I called twice, each time being placed on hold for 10 minutes, only to then be directed to an answering service. I left a message the second time. It has been two weekdays since leaving the message and still no call. It sounds like their business is good, so they won't miss mine. Sheesh...what a colossal waste of time. UPDATE: They finally returned my call only tell me the delay was my fault as they had "problems" authorizing the repair with my insurance claim. Though I was never informed of any problem, the rep said they assumed I was working with my insurance. What a load of BS. I know this is BS because while the rep and I were talking, one of her colleagues said the insurance referral number I initially provided just came through. This tells me they never ran it and likely just forgot about it. Again, horrible customer service. Blaming the customer for your screw up. Keep it classy K&B....sheesh. read more
