Actually the 2nd day I had the vehicle it started to leak. And the vehicle wasn't even cleaned up had a lot of dog hair. I had an awful experience with this company. And they won't even return my deposit. Or provide a better vehicle. Which I had asked when I first went there that I needed a reliable vehicle but he sold me a vehicle that was garbage. If I could give negative stars I would: I was highly debating posting this but I want to save yall from this scam of a place. About a year ago I got a car from them, stated that I needed a reliable car since I have a toddler. Well wound up getting a crappy car. First car is sold as is... there was garbage in the car, cigarette burns in the seat and it smelled like smoke but then the real fun was happening. We were sold a car that we had to get 4 brand new tires for as the ones on the car were SPLITTING. $500 later we hoped it was fine now. The battery kept dying so a new battery later hoping it'd be fine. Then the car would start having electrical issues such as randomly locking and unlocking, the horn just blaring etc. the horn even honked when breaking the car. Well took it back to be inspected and was told it was nothing. The car would overheat, honk and breakdown/not start. Had a feeling it was the transmission. Took it to a car dealership to have an inspection done and sure enough a lot was wrong. Main issue was a blown/warped head gasket. It was filled/filling with fluid. And some other issues that the dealership deemed it unsafe to drive. So we had it towed back to auto Europa and they refused to help with replacing the car or compensating for money lost.... Oh yeah also making a $280 BI- Weekly is ridiculous for a used car especially in that condition from what I've realized. So we handed them the keys and returned it after about 90 days of communicating our car issues, bringing it back, it was just too much. When we brought the dealership inspection paperwork as well they tried to claim the dealership was lying and that their mechanic saw no signs of any of those issues. Also come to find out they leased the car (never actually sold) the papaerwork will tell you a lot. there are a certain amount of miles it states can be put on it in a year, there's a tracker, and you pay the payments for a year but then the rest of the lease is owed to keep the car. Pls read your contracts people! Well a year later (they resold the care to someone else btw) they are now sending a letter to get the thousands of dollars left on the car. It was returned. It was resold. And in that whole year I've never received a letter about payments/ owing the car amount. It's not even showing up on my credit report so whatever is going on save yourself the headache. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

My brother bought his car from here and less than a month it left him stranded on the freeway a few times in and out of the shop multiple times and they have told him " oh it's run fine now we fixed this and we've fixed that" and now they want him to pay 200 plus dollars just to fix a fan on the car that he shouldn't have to fix like . And on top of all the stress of that they didn't even offer him a loaner car or try to help him get to point a to b know that he does have any other transportation to get back and forth to work and yet they want him to still pay his car payments I don't recommend them at all and my brother deserves at least half his money back !!!!! Only reason they treat him and other like them like this is because they have a good heart and won't sue their asses!!!and he ONLY 60 dollars past due which they should wipe clean considering the at he had to Uber back and forth to work when the car stopped on the freeway read more

Recently purchased a car here. Thought it would be decent, due to average reviews and featured on an app I downloaded for recommended dealers. By far not the best experience. They will tell you what you want to hear during the dealing process, and then make all sorts of excuses not to follow through with promises. Have had issues with the car, drivers window quit working, so they told us to let the guy who was replacing the windshield know. We did, the guy fixed it, we were on our way. Came time to make our first payment, which they told us wasn't due for another two weeks, and then a few days later was supposedly due and late, and informed us that we owe them now for the drivers side window. And since we were late, it "threw up red flags" for them. Really?! So not coming through on your cheap little 500 mile warranty didn't throw up "red flags" for us as consumers? Whatever. These people are very shady. Do not let the initial welcoming manner fool you. They are money sharks and will not help you whatsoever in good faith. Shop around and stay away from them. The only reason we didn't give the car back is the 1000 dollars we had already paid. We are just going to go to our regular mechanic now, and deal with them as less as possible. To add fuel to the fire, the car blew a head gasket a month after we bought it. They want $2600 to fix it, and will not do anything in good faith. Waste of a lot of money $1700 to be exact (down payment, first month worth of payments and all the towing)... Words of advise...STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. There are way better dealers in the valley that will help you. We now have to save up for another down payment for a different car. They can eat s**t. read more

Still waiting to hear from the owner after having my isuzu's engine blow. Still no word from him. Was told if anything happened they would get me a new vehicle, no problem. So what I was told was sure you can have another vehicle, with another deposit, and still owe 500-1000 from the vehicle that blew up added to the new loan.... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I went here about a year ago while my husband was away to get myself a Nissan titan for me and my kids I put $3000 down they told me nothing was majorly wrong with the truck. literally the first day I took it off the lot the differential broke so I called them they took it back and fixed it. then a few weeks later I found out the front end was all messed up. When my husband came home who is a welder and a mechanic put the truck on a lift and looked underneath it found out that the driver side a-arm was ripped off and welded back on crooked with worst welds he's ever seen .which made the whole front end crooked we also found out the frame was bent .we have documents from brake masters stating the vehicle was in an accident and is not safe for the road.the headlights didn't work only high beams ,the clocking system in the steering column never worked ,all catalaytic converters were bad so they cleared the check engine light .it came on a couple days after having it .we Called them notified them about the problems .they told us to come in and they would get us in something safe .we are in Colorado currently we told them we would need a few days so we could get down to Arizona and when we got there the guy that runs the place laughed in our face told us it's not his problem then tried to sale us another lemon for a thousand down lol ! .the worst part is they knew there were kids gonna be riding in the vehicle .ill be posting pics of the welds and the documentation of the vehicle being in an accident .I would not recommend these guys to ANYONE not even my worst enemy!!!!!!!! If you purchase a vehicle threw them make sure you bring a certified mechanic and they have a nice lift in the back so the real mechanic you bring can check it out.I'd honestly ride the bus or walk before riding in any vehicle off this lot ..p.s i had to finance a safe vehicle in order to get back home to Colorado from Cactus Jacks in Avondale .for a thousand down I got really nice 2015 Dodge Dart with 74000 miles on it. It's in immaculate condition. I would recommend going to Cactus Jacks they have great service and it was so easy to walk out with a great vehicle. I had to self surrender the truck tell them I'm not paying another dime on it and they are trying to hold me responsible for the vehicle so now i had to get a lawyer to straighten this mess out . read more

Took my car into the dealership for warranty work and found out I needed new front brakes and rotors. The cost? $800. No thanks! So I shopped around for a service shop that works on German cars and found Auto Europa. They offered the best price (half of what my dealership wanted), and the service was great! The staff was super nice and didn't treat me like a "dumb woman." Instead, they explained everything that was to be done to my car and I felt comfortable with the work they did. The only downside is they don't offer shuttle service like some of the other places I called, but since they weren't too far from my office I didn't mind. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. One of the used car salesman hit me with one of their cars. After being cited by Phoenix PD, he proceeded to lie about who owned the car and what insurance was responsible. Later, after finding out that Auto-Europa actually owned the car and was responsible I tried calling to get insurance information. I spoke with Jason who was rude and dismissive and refused to give me any info so now I have to hire an attorney to file a civil suit. And when I had a BMW the guys at Auto Europa were my best friends :) (to put it in perspective, I was in a first name basis with the owner!!). You had a car accident with one of our contractors and YOU did not have insurance, This is your 3rd accident without insurance and you still manage to maintain a legal drivers license( amazing). You then decide to take legal action against the person you hit. You are one of the reasons that the legal system is filled with frivolous lawsuits. I was driving on the 51 freeway today and my car make a weird noise, so I exited Indian school and my steering wheel started to lock up and I turned at the first right I could, which was 19th St. To my left was a car dealership, but I saw the service bays and figured I would ask if they could help me. Ricardo immediately came and looked at my car. He showed me that a belt broke and then told me the reason my steering wheel locked up was cause my pulley broke as well. He was able to get the parts and fix my car in under an hour and charged me less than any other shop would have. I am definitely coming back next time I need repairs! read more

They repossesd my vehical when i was told by owner joe himself to turn car in the next day at closing..... They repossessed the vehicle while my sister was sending me money to help cover some funeral things we had left to do. Mind me im out of state for the funeral..... I get a call from joe earlier in afternoon the call dropped . no service where im at..... But i email him stated im gonna pay vehicle off on monday when i return.... I am 6 days past due on the payment thats my fault. But joe emailed me default .... Turn car in by end of day tomarrow being april 28th by 6pm. I already arranged for that to happen..... But no it got repoed at 910 at night at a pls check cashing place where my sister was wireing the money......... Her purse was in vehicle . with her medication she needs... I reached out to joe to see where vehicle is no responce..... My sister is now in er. And joe wont say where personal property can be retrived. I bought my 2001 Ford Focus Wagon with 142.000 miles on it from these guys over 2 years ago and although I was very hesitant to buy from a used car dealer on the side of the road like this since Iv'e always driven new or almost new, I was pleasantly surprised in the end. Took me a little over a year and a half to pay off the car I drove it 5 days a week to and from work 12.5 miles one way and short trips around town it never broke down on me...Oh the typical like all 4 power windows quit within days and weeks (not covered under warranty) as the ac about 2 months later (not covered by warranty) but literally the car itself never has had an issue breaking down so I can't drive it and am still using it to this day, sure I have now spent a lot of $ at My regular Mechanic maintaining it and fixing it up (because I have special plans for it) but as far as running it has been a champ especially for being 17 yrs old and american made. Some of these reviews make me wonder if people are looking to purchase perfect vehicles at these prices? I'm sorry but with the miles and age on some of them if that's what you expect you need to go to a big dealer!..... So yes I would definitely use this dealer if I am ever in a Jam or needed just another vehicle....They have always been very upfront with me and I appreciate that very much....Thankyou A-n-J read more

The purchase process was fast and easy. In Feb 2013 I bought a 2005 Ford Focus for a smokin deal. Had a small issue with wheel nuts, but other than that it has been a reliable car. I am not the biggest fan of the payment method, wish there was a way to pay online instead of having to call in. I took my BMW here because the dealership I purchased it from (used) took it here to have an oil leak repaired. First off, the oil leak was "repaired" only to find out later that it really wasn't. Turns out there was a slit (cut) in the valve cover gasket, which either occurred when this shop put the part in, or they purchased it with the defect, but either way, the problem was missed on their part, which tells me they do not pay attention to detail. So, when we noticed the leak was still an issue, it was under warranty through this shop for the original work, so I took it back. I spent a few hours waiting since I live in the far east valley, they did repair it, however later that day my "service engine" light came on, then went off. A few days later, I parked my car, turned it off, and went to start it again after picking up my mail, and the car would not start. Thankfully, my husband is a mechanic (the only reason he did not fix the oil leak the 2nd time around was because it was under warranty), we towed my vehicle back to my house, which was only down the road, but it was dead. Come to find out, the cam positioning sensor had not been plugged back into the vehicle all the way, which is what tripped my "service engine" light a couple of days before, and once it became looser over the course of driving the vehicle, the vehicle finally wouldn't start. My husband plugged this in completely (like it should have been doen at the shop after fixing the oil leak), and there have been zero issues since. Now, I'm not sure if this shop did this on purpose, or if they just do not pay attention to detail very well. But, given that something as simple as an oil leak required TWO visits due to a part that they either didn't notice was defective or they messed up themselves, and then they did not finish putting the vehicle back together when they were finished, I am not very happy. On top of it, I had to have my vehicle towed (thank goodness for towing on my insurance!), and had to deal with a dead vehicle when my school aged son, and I were both sick at the time. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone, I will never ever go back, and I also intend on notifying the dealership I purchased my vehicle from of the issues in the hopes that they choose another BMW shop in the future to service any used BMW's that come onto their lot. my experience with this company was horrible. they have had to trade out our vehicle 4 times now because they were all junkers. now the vehicle i have now i have had to put in $1,400 dollars into and i haven"t even had my truck a year yet. i do believe this is the worst experience i have ever had with a car company and i tell everyone i know to NEVER go there ever! read more
