Pool is left unclean, the baskets don't get emptied, and when I complained to Ken, he didn't say anything besides I'll take care of it. What does "I'll take care of it mean?" He didn't send the tech back out, didn't apologize but still charged me full price. I had to clean my own pool and bring back ph and chlorine levels to where they should be. This wasn't the first time it has happen where pool isn't properly cleaned, but I let it go a here and there, but had to say something eventually. Anyway, things happen and I know you can't control what your employees do, but you can control what you do as the owner. No apology, no remedy, but no issue charging full price.

When we first moved here we were told by one company that we needed a 'New Heater'. We wanted a Second Opinion and called Ken and he sent out his 'guy, Steve'. He inspected the Heater and found that the 'Mother Board' had not been installed correctly and with a little adjustment, bam, it worked !!! Saved us money for sure !! Tropical Scapes recently found our pool filled with algae (when we were out of town). Ken called us and 'Shocked' it back to normal. Meanwhile, an associate at Leslie's suggested using a chlorine tablet and wire brush. We followed Leslie's advice and in 2 hours, the algae problem we had was gone. We did not hear back from High Tide Pools until we received an email out of the blue thinking it was the promised quote only to see a $92 invoice for labor plus tax plus fuel. I would not mind paying for services rendered if it was discussed before hand and the promised quote was given. I like these guys and we had used their service when we first moved to our home with pool and we had a great experience. The only reason I am writing a review is I asked an equitable bill to reflect on the current request and they did not reconsider or provide promised quote for future reference in case the dreaded algae returns.

We have a saltwater pool and as you know, does not play well with the metal rebar. Both times they have come out fast, with no fuss and fixed it. The spots they have fixed have not been any issue afterwards. Our pool Project Manager was knowlegable and straight to the point, which I appreciate. Joe the owner is friendly and has always answered my questions, and believe me when I say I've had many.
