They also did a great demo on the wall of our baby pool, to convert it into a sun shelf. We tried to contact them for "warranty" work but they never would respond or come out. We had Delgado Elite Pools come out and confirm no barrier was placed under the tiles, concrete was put over materials it shouldn't be, our "waterfalls" were not built correctly causing water to flow unevenly and leave stains. All of it needs redone now and the thousands and thousands of dollars we paid PAY LESS POOLs was a waste. Do NOT use this company unless you plan having the work redone correctly by a reputable company in a very short time. ZERO stars. Let's stop fraudulent businesses with their poor workmanship.
