Ashley, the store manager is most knowledgeable & helpful with the products I need to keep my pool in top shape. There is one thing that really upsets me! When a biased rude person speaks to a valued employee as if they were inferior is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! We just got a new pool and no nothing about maintaining it. Ashley has been amazing! She has tested our water twice now and gave us all kinds of advice. We needed dry acid and she got it off the shelf for me saving me from having to look for it. I am not much of a review writer but this location has amazing service in a world where its hard to get any service without people acting like your bothering them. As a new pool owner, I was excited to take a trip to this store. I wanted to ask some questions that I had, however, the woman working the counter was less than friendly. When she went to get my product, I asked her if there it came in different percentages, and she replied "no" while her back was turned to me as she was walking away. Definitely no warm and fuzzies here. She sounded monotone and seemed rather annoyed that she had to go grab this product from the back. What a great trip and a fun learning experience at Leslie's Pool and Spa this morning. You normally don't think about a trip to your pool place as fun but with Ashley as the new Assistant Manager this store is the place to go. Ashley is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in all facets of treating the water and enjoying our pool. She helped us with the different chemicals we needed and how and when to use them. We were also trying to find some swim goggles to fit our two year old grand daughter and she took the time to explain different types and to open several packages until we found the right set!! Ashley in Kyle is great!!! She is very knowledgeable and will never sell you something you dont need. She helped me extend the life of my filters and not spend a ton of $$$. Everyone I have worked with at this Leslie's has been wonderful. Ashley and everyone there really cares about their customers and wants to ensure you have the best pool care and experience with them. I have never been more disrespected in my life. I went in with my water test and a few questions, but as soon as I walk in no one was in the store I walked around for about 5 minutes and headed to the back of the store and saw the manager and another female employee (Mexican), outside smoking on a vape. I waited until they were finished and the employee, I think her name was lily I don't remember, but she was acting like I was a burden that I came in their store. And as I asked my questions every answer she gave was like 30 min long. I was in the store for more than an hour. And as she was testing my water she didn't even test a few things. She just put in random numbers. I really love Leslies products and it's a drag that every time I go into the Kyle location I get treated badly. read more
