See the before waterfall. I knew the filter needed cleaning. After three trips, and was told filter was cleaned, they said we should part ways. Didn't have time to troubleshoot. Troubleshoot this, get employees you can trust to do what they say, especially when you bill people. And you tell customers based on what you were told and what you were told was not true. read more

They showed up when they said they would and were always accessible by phone and either picked up my phone calls or responded via text and turned my swamp of a pool into a crystal clear blue haven. I guess Michael gets credit for showing up to try and diagnose the problem with my hot tub. He said I needed a new motor/pump and would order but he does it when he feels like it so you get left hanging. Then he got annoyed when I was wanting update or why he hadn't shown up or kept me updated. Customer service is not a priority. Arrogant too. These hot tub service people in Austin know they are scarce so they can blow you off if you don't feed their ego. I can't vouch for his work skills because he blew me off after I held him accountable. Obviously doesn't need the work. read more
