What I'm unfortunately just now finding out is that the fix was nothing more than a temporary patch that's now causing other problems. They coated the inside of the skimmer including joint between the skimmer and pipe with epoxy, which also filled in all the threads that are used to screw in a standpipe or other equipment that is used to facilitate other types of pool maintenance and repair. Which brings me to today. I have a leak somewhere underground between my skimmer & my pump. The repairman I had out would like to simply to simply screw his equipment into the skimmer to pressurize it -- so he can then find the leak by listening with something like a fancy stethoscope. The problem is that because of the amateur repair job done years ago he cannot screw anything into the skimmer, nor he can any of his bladders seal because the epoxy job is all uneven and irregular. He has a plan B but it's not as easy and will cost more. Live and learn.

We used Aquaman for about 3 months and the last month the pool has been unusable. Right off the bat there where minor instructions that were not followed, but Jim the owner came right out and we went over the issues and he said he would address them with our pool guy. I easily overlooked the issues and was impressed that Jim came right out. The next couple of visits were fine and the pools condition was great. The next visit our pool guy arrived, opened the gate and then left. I. Called the office later the next day as I thought he might come back. I had to call a second time the next week because my original vm was not returned. We could not use the pool that weekend because it needed cleaning. Once I did get a call back I was told or pool guy had been left go and Jim was handling all the service calls. The next week we a random pool guy showed up to clean the pool saying he was filling in and had no idea of any instructions. After he left the pool was still dirty. So I called the office yet again and the next day Jim cleaned the pool. The same random guy came the following week and left the pool dirty and green. This meant we spent father's day using a dirty, green pool, Yuck. Once again Jim came back out to clean the pool. Another issue is they do not leave door hangers so there is very little communication. It has been another two weeks and the pool is still green. Jim has been by several times the last two weeks and had a plan to clear up the pool. It is his hard work that allowed me to give 3 stars instead of 2.
