Why Dimension? We talked to many of the well-known Pool companies in the area and got a handful of competitive bids. The design that the Dimension team came up with rivaled any other we had seen, and did a great job combining the key elements we wanted in our project. Dimension's price was very competitive, and as a newer company it was clear that Joe and Blake would be hands on throughout the process to ensure everything went well. After hearing glowing reviews from several existing customers, our decision to use Dimension was an easy one. The Process: From contract signing to pool fill, Joe and Blake handled everything and kept in constant communication on what was happening and next steps. Any major construction project is likely to have some unexpected items come up, but good companies can be measured in how they handle those surprises. In the end, we were fully satisfied with how Dimension handled each step of the process, the final cost was as expected, and in just 70 days after digging our pool was filled and ready!

This is my first pool, so I came into this pretty uneducated and Shane was very patient with me during the entire project, explaining the process and what to expect. He is an extremely experienced pool builder and beyond professional and responsive. He makes you feel like you're the only customer he has and follows through even after the pool build is finished. If you want a high-quality gorgeous pool, you must hire this company. Builder Selection Shane and his staff were extremely patient as I tried to align the very differing proposals, breaking costs down as I requested. His proposal was easy to understand and was straightforward, not hiding costs in various categories as most of the other builders did. I felt I got a very fair estimate. While their proposal was not the lowest, I chose them because I felt very comfortable with Shane, his knowledge and he's just an overall really nice guy. Another reason I chose them was because he was the only builder to submit the design to our HOA without my even asking! He kept me informed as the process with them progressed. Design I already had a pool design done by another builder but wanted to get estimates from other builders. I called five and Shane was the first to to respond. We met that week and I was very impressed by his professionalism. He looked at our design, asked really good questions about the pool and how we thought we would use it. He also made some suggestions that had to do with the actual usability of the pool. He took the paper based plans and some screen shots and recreated the design using his own pool design software. We had several design meetings either at his office or at my home. He patiently tweaked the details as well as the bigger things until we were satisfied with the design and the materials. Build Shane managed this project like clockwork and the only time the progress slowed down was due to weather. He kept me informed of who was coming when and what was expected to be accomplished in that given time. His contractors were very skilled, polite and was respectful of our property. The project wasn't trouble free by any means but at each step, Shane oversaw the work being done, making changes either at my request or because he wasn't satisfied. None of which were charged to us. Shane and his staff were so responsive to all of my questions, concerns and me calling him and telling him that one of the pool walls wasn't being done to design, he stopped the work and redid it to design. There's so much more to write but that would make this review too long to want to read. Our pool is amazing and we're extremely happy with the result. Also I didn't feel that once the pool was finished Shane would disappear. In fact, he's still very responsive when we have a question or trouble with the equipment. I would highly recommend Capital! Shane and his staff are honest, knowledgeable, demand high quality from the contractors and I can't say enough about their responsiveness.

This past week Paradise Pool Plastering resurfaced our 30 year-old pool and we couldn't be more…read morehappy with what is a total transformation! The pool is beautiful. Our pool had been your basic white plaster surface but over time had become discolored and was delaminating in places and looked rough. Not only that, its condition made it difficult to maintain. Kyle, our primary point of contact for the project, was a real pleasure to work with. Whenever you start a project like this, you want to know that you can trust and have confidence in management and the skilled trades people who actually do the work. Fortunately, the Paradise Pool team is very experienced with one of the leads having almost 30 years experience. Instead of plaster, we decided to go with a tahoe blue quartz surface which is more durable. The first step was for the prep team to ready the surface by chiseling off the plaster down to the concrete as needed. Much to my surprise, they discovered that water had been getting behind the plaster in some areas which resulted in large areas of plaster coming off. This process took two days and the team was very careful to remove and haul out the debris leaving behind a clean deck area. The next step was for the finishing team to apply the new quartz surface. They too were very careful to protect our wooden deck on 3 sides and the cool deck surface on the other side by taping off the entire perimeter of the pool. The whole finishing process is pretty amazing. The Paradise team worked quickly and efficiently with each team member performing specific tasks. The new blue surface came out flawless and is really striking. If a new pool surface is in your future, I highly recommend Paradise Pool Plastering. Their team and finished product is excellent. Great investment and good value. I encourage you to check them out.

We've used our Texas Tiny Pool for 5 months and we love it so far! It's a small pool--13 X 25--and…read moreI'm delighted to share that it hasn't gotten too hot even after many, many weeks of 100+ degree heat. If the design + planning process was as great as the construction/final product, we'd offer 5-star review. In short: If you're executing an exceedingly simple project, maybe this company is fine for you. After all, the construction went well and we love our pool so far! If you care about a stellar & rigorous design process with great mockups, and fast, thorough communication--then find a company that offers a dedicated design/planning project manager for Pre-construction (not just a Construction-Phase project manager). We had multiple generous onsite visits up front, so that we could ask lots of questions. After we signed a contract, the process worsened. Instead of being supported by a dedicated Project Manager for the massive pre-construction/design phase, we were communicating directly with one of the company's super-busy owners. No hard feelings and we wish everyone at TTP well! Their operation needs more support for planning, design, communication, and pre-construction phases. Here's where we struggled with our project: 1) Communication: When we first contacted the company, they told us they couldn't offer a built-in hot tub. At an onsite visit months later (5/22) they said the same--and suggested we just buy a heater and heat the entire pool. We declined. Weeks later, we signed a contract, and right after that, we randomly saw on their social media a project with a built-in hot tub. Which required a re-design process. 2) Planning and pricing info: * In July, we agreed to a final pool + deck design. In August, we asked if we could make the pool 1 foot longer, and 1 foot deeper--and asked how that would impact the project. In all the communications during August, no one responded with a cost or cost-estimate. Three months passed. No mention of an estimate. * Months later, in mid November--right before construction and in a hurry to begin--they revealed that the size change increased the price by more than $9,000 dollars :/ * Simultaneously, the deck portion of our project was canceled. Because during that same week--just before construction--we luckily met with a random landscaper that had worked with Texas Tiny Pools. We showed the landscaper the plans and they flagged that the deck would conflict with a key walkway on our property. * When we expressed worry and concern about the late-game communication on pricing, enlarged overall cost, and problematic deck plan--Texas Tiny Pools offered a short apology, a lengthy defense, and said that they'd waive their design-change fee and allow us to cancel the deck without a fee. It helped bring the cost back down, but the sliding deck was literally the only reason we worked with them to begin with, so that was disappointing. 3) Design details: The third and last issue was just a minor design disappointment. We paid extra for a tiled accent wall. The installers did a nice job laying all the tile... but when we asked how they planned to conceal the less-finished looking edges of the accent tile--they said they had no plan of concealing those edges, because we didn't buy the special "edging pieces." As customers who've never built or designed a hot tub, I can't imagine why we'd be expected to know that a special finishing/edging type of tile should have been included in the tile order. TTP should develop some design "intake forms" to catch details like that.
