Fast service. Good quality and customer service nice people to work with. I've used them many times

Always friendly and courteous and diligent at getting the issue corrected quickly. We had our disposal replaced. The new one is better than the old one ever was. We will always use Adept. read more

I've used Adept Plumbing twice now, and I'm very happy with their work and professionalism. They are upfront about pricing and provided advice before coming out to potentially save time and money. read more

If you have a plumbing issue call Adept! They helped us right before Christmas - and Christmas company - to fix bathroom issues. He's been out again to help us with our outdoor spicots and other issues. He's been a great help finding the cause of problems and getting them fixed. Excellent and highly recommended! read more

Christian has done jobs for us that other plumbers outright refused to do - replacing a hose bib that required tearing apart a wall, fixing a dog shower that again required digging into the wall, rebuilding a backflow pressure zone assembly. (Yes, we have had plumbers show up, charge for a visit, and then refuse to do the work!) Christian and his wife are a great team - it seems like there is no plumbing job they won't take on and can't successfully complete. read more

Very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and even gave me some tips for keeping my water flowing full force in the future. I would not hesitate to call him again if I needed to. read more

I'm so happy I called Christian at Adept. He responded quickly and was very helpful in getting things set up for a quick repair. I will refer to him as "old school" because he knew what he was doing and provided excellent service. He helped me by fixing things instead of replacing things saving me a lot of money. He also informed me that my Pfister faucets had lifetime warranties and by calling company I could get free replacement parts saving me more money. To top it off he prepped the area where new part would go and took a video so that I could easily replace it. This meant I wouldn't have to call him back and would save more money. He is a Master Plumber which means he truly knows his business. I feel so blessed to have had him come out and help me. read more

In June 2021, a PVC nipple connecting our water meter to our main water line separated and we lost about 15,000 gallons of water. Because of our prior experiences with Adept Plumbing, I contacted Christian to schedule a visit to repair the line. As usual, Christian came out to our home quickly and assessed the problem. He concluded that the overall connection to our water meter needed to be replaced. He carefully considered how to perform the job and completed it successfully at a reasonable price. It is clear that the new piping configuration is much better than the original installation and we won't have to worry about this problem recurring. We have used Adept Plumbing for several other jobs over the years and Christian always does a great job at reasonable cost. If we need plumbing assistance in the future, we will certainly contact Christian once again. read more

Called Christian out to fix a kitchen sink leak and to repair a broken clean-out in the yard. He was able to fit us into his schedule same-day; arrived on-time; and completed the work accurately and quickly. His costs were reasonable and we're happy to have hired him. Would definitely recommend him. read more

Quick response, clear terms, and easy to work with. They installed a new kitchen faucet. I will use them again if I need additional plumbing work in the future. read more

Awesome and trustworthy All I wanted to say but yelp needs more words Excellent job read more

By far the best around! Christian and his wife are amazing honest hard workers! They do the job right! We have had them do numerous repairs in our home in Dripping Springs! I highly recommend them! They do not do emergencies and I totally respect that. They are very responsive. read more

Highly recommend Christian. He and his wife literally got me out of a serious bind when my water pipe froze and broke this week. If I ever need a plumber, he's now on my speed dial! Thank you, thank you. read more

There is a lot to like about this one-man operation. Answers his phone. Shows up on time. But before that he asks good questions on the phone to make sure you don't arrange for services you don't need. Does another test upon arrival to ensure you need the big repair. Knows his stuff. Improves on previous plumber's work. Builds in measures so if it needs a repair in future- parts are more accessible. You get a sense of Christian's honesty throughout. Note: his quote was not the lowest, and it wasn't the highest either. But you could deduce from his questions and thorough explanations that you were getting a much better service than many might provide. He says he stays one man now in order to be totally accountable. Makes sense. Complete recommendation here. read more

Hands down the best experience I have ever had. Showed up 30min early ! For my appointment and did an excellent job clearing my drain. Really incredible service. 100% recommend to everyone; I will never use anyone else. read more

I don't ever leave reviews but I feel like we should since we received excellent service. Christian and his wife came out to fix our shower handle and to replace our pressure regulator valve. Typically my husband fixes everything but I didn't know the brand of our shower fixtures. And upon my sending him a picture, he knew the brand right away and he ordered a cartridge. He was at our house within a couple of days. We were not having an emergency. This was not an easy job and they knocked it out in an hour. They cleaned up and left everything very tidy. Everything works as it should. read more

Highly recommend. Quick responses, and timely service. Friendly and fair. He was able to recommend to me what to have available so we didn't have to have more than one service call. read more

Great service from Christian! Happy to find quality plumber who works efficiently and does not try sell services like membership clubs or other nonsense. Other plumbing companies flat rate charge based on a book to boost profits- for example, installing a toilet rebuild kit is $350 and two toilets is $700 even though the time it took was 90 minutes. Christian charges time and materials, so for most jobs he is much cheaper, while providing the same or better repair. Highly recommended read more

Christian and his wife were recommended to me by some friends of mine. They were great. Called last night, and they came out this morning. Fixed my kitchen sink, which had been backing up horribly, and showed me what to do to help maintain it so it (fingers crossed) doesn't happen again. I felt their price was fair, and the work was completed pretty quickly. Also, because this is important in the times of COVID -- they put on fresh masks and gloves before they got out of their truck, kept them on the whole time they were in the house, were easy about maintaining social distance, and even used some cleaner I had out to wipe down any surfaces they had touched. read more

I called Monday morning at 8 am and Christian got back to me within 30 minutes with commitment for this afternoon. He was professional, knowledgable, provided some great information to avoid this issue in the future. This is the second time we have used Adept Plumbing and highly recommend them. I personally appreciate that he was able to diagnose the issue and resolve within one hour. Thank you! read more

Adept are fantastic! Christian and his wife are really warm, and patient, and you can tell they know exactly what they are doing, and what they are talking about. I found the price really fair, and better than some competitors. Very happy with the job, call Adept if you need plumbing done! read more

Christian is knowledgeable and honest. We needed emergency service due to a blockage in our septic line and he came out within a few hours. He also texted multiple times to update on his ETA and I was able to see his location on Waze when en route, which was very convenient! He took the time to explain everything, and the price was fair. He and his wife are truly wonderful people- we will use them for all our future plumbing needs. read more

If I could give 10 stars to Christian at Adept Plumbing, I would! He goes above and beyond and doesn't ever try to up-sell. He guarantees all his work, and he's honest and fair with his pricing. He is the only plumber I will call! read more

Christian is amazing! I had a gas line in need of repair in my fireplace and I'm so thankful I found him. He was prompt, courteous, fair and he didn't mind my dogs wanted to give him kisses while he was working. Such a nice man and excellent plumber. His wife was with him helping as she was equally as wonderful and so incredibly sweet. Don't hesitate to call him for any plumbing needs! read more

I am so happy I found Christian. He fixed a leak in my kitchen faucet and replaced a sensor valve on my hot water recirculating pump. He's a super nice guy, does excellent and fast work, and very fair hourly price. I initially called a larger company but they quoted me a much higher fixed price. Christian has been doing this for around 30 years. He's super knowledgable, and he took 20 minutes of his time on an initial phone call to diagnose the problem and make sure that he had the necessary parts when he showed up at my house. He'll be my go-to guy for all future plumbing issues! read more

Christian called me back with 15 minutes of me leaving a message about my clogged toilet and was over at my house an hour and a half after that. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and really wanted to show me how everything worked. He gave me options and didn't push the upsell. His visit lasted about a half hour total. I had a hard time understanding some of what he said, but overall he was very charming. I wish I had known that he doesn't take credit or debit cards before I called him though, as I don't have checks or keep that much cash on hand. I would call him again or recommend him to a friend. read more

On Monday morning we were scrambling to find a plumber who could help with a gas leak AND a leaking toilet (happy Monday!!) and all the plumbers were of course dealing with very busy schedules. But Christian called me back, moved his schedule around and came to address the gas leak!!!! Bless him!!! He showed up 5 minutes after we talked and solved my problem, thoroughly checking all of the gas lines in our house. By the time he left we were able to go back in and breathe!! He also fixed our toilet and gave us all sorts of solutions and tips. Christian is my new favorite plumber and I totally recommend him! read more

Christian saved my Thanksgiving!!! My kitchen sink backed up the day before Thanksgiving. Of course, I was cooking for both my family & my boyfriend's family. So I needed a working kitchen sink fast. In a panic, I called 10 plumbing companies that either weren't working that day or couldn't send anyone out to help me before I finally called Adept Plumbing. Christian worked me into his schedule and came out the same day -- the day before Thanksgiving! He figured out the problem, installed a new disposal & taught me how to use it properly so I wouldn't have problems in the future. I had lots of questions, & he genuinely didn't mind that I was watching & learning over his shoulder. I really appreciate the level of customer service that he provided. I won't be calling 10 other plumbers when I have a plumbing problem in the future -- I'll just be calling Adept Plumbing. read more

We are extremely pleased with Christian at Adept Plumbing. Very competent, trustworthy, no BS service, and very reasonable prices. Arrived promptly. Had all the parts that were needed in the truck, and the prices for those parts were at or below Home Depot. Explained everything that was needed in clear terms and fixed everything well. Can't ask for more. Definitely will use Christian's services in the future. Highly recommend. read more

Had a pair of sun glasses get flushed down the toilet. Called them and they schedule for the next day even though it was not an emergency and were in and out within and hour! Great job and reasonably price. Thank you! read more

Christian and Beatrice arrived just a few hours after we called them about a leaky garbage disposal. Their good humor was evident even through the masks they wore, and Christian got the job done efficiently while Beatrice fetched parts and performed quality control. I enjoyed having them in my house and recommend Adept Plumbing far above all others. Absolutely first class. read more

I had Christian out yet again last week. This time for a septic line full of roots. I had actually had a few other plumbers give their opinion on what needed to be done and after telling Christian their view he set me straight. Rather than dig down and patch the broken piece of pipe we needed to dig up and expose the entire pipe to determine where the stress which originally cracked the pipe was, replace/repair the pipe and then make adjustments in the pipe to elevate the stress that caused the break in the first place. Christian and his crew showed up early. His helpers spent all day digging up my yard and Christian spend many hours working his magic speaking a combination of English, French and Spanish. He's quiet the interesting man. All said and done they were there all day, roots were removed, pipes were repaired, sand was put in to surround the pipe and salt was packed around it as well as plastic to keep future roots away. And for piece of mind we ran the camera through the pipe one more time so that I could see everything was good. The best part: Christian's initial quote was cheap. As much as some of the other plumbers ballpark estimates for patching. When the bill arrived it came out to 30% less than the quote. Not bad for having work done 8 hours. Hopefully I won't need to call on Christian again anytime soon but any plumbing need I or any of my friends may need will get his number. read more

I've used Christian for many years. Once again, today he came to the rescue. Always quick, prepared -(don't waste time like a lot of plumbers). Hands down, the best!!! read more

I gave Christian a call and he was at our house less than 24 hours later! He not only fixed a few things that needed fixing but he even showed me how next time I could probably fix a few of the things myself! He was reasonably priced and he was a super nice guy too. That's always a bonus! read more

I called Christian and asked if he could come over and take a look at somethings in the house. Nothing wrong just want to make sure all is ok. Wow, what an honest guy. He told me how to do the checks so he wouldn't have to charge me because it was so simple. Major thumbs up for him! You don't find many people who would do that. 10 Stars PLUS! read more

Just had Christian save the day here! Such a pleasure. At 5:00 PM at my business, we discovered that our toilet was clogged. We only have one bathroom and patients and staff need to clearly have access to a working restroom. In a panic, I began trying to phone businesses from YELP to try to get a plumber out to fix the issue prior to my first patient today. I must have called 15 places and left messages. Thankfully, Christian called me back and was able to fit me in first thing this morning before his other jobs. He was wonderful. Very professional, friendly, fixed the issue. He was also very informative, explaining everything (he had to access the drain line also). Totally recommend him and will be using him in the future in the event that I ever have any plumbing issues! read more

Christian and his wife were knowledgeable, professional, and fairly priced. It was a true pleasure to have met them even if the reason wasn't great. They went the extra mile and found an issue I did not know existed and fixed it promptly and properly. Whenever I do have plumbing needs, I look forward to working with Christian and his wife again as it is a great feeling to have a trustworthy plumber. Highly recommend. read more

I've used Adept 4 different times over 10 years and Christian always provides an excellent level of service at a fair price. My experience with other plumbing firms has been very negative with outrageous estimates and overstated issues. I will never use anyone but Adept. Christian is a perfectionist, honest and extremely hard working. He even tutored me on how to fix my bathroom faucet so I could save a few bucks. read more

Highly recommended! Christian is very knowledgeable and thorough as well as reasonably priced. I hired him in the past to replace the leaky hose bibs (spigots) on the outside of my house and he made it look easy. Recently I tried to install a garage sink and failed... water was leaking everywhere! I made an appointment with Christian and he not only quickly solved the problem but anchored the sink to the wall and made it sturdy. Very much appreciated! read more
