We called…read moreour regular plumber, Blue Dragon (Gilbert Jimenez, who is amazingly nice and good at what he does, btw) and he was so busy, he recommended Fabian Ramirez at Jessi's Plumbers. We called on a Sunday evening, and even though they too were super busy, they made time for us, and spent time on the phone with us to help figure out what the issue might be before they even got here. Sure enough, what they'd guessed was the issue. Also- they recommended some folks to come in and fix the drywall/insulation issue for when they'd finished the initial repair. And best of all, they coordinated with the drywall repair folks so that when Fabian was finished, the drywall repair folks stepped right in- same day, full repair Aaron's Home Repair Services, also really good at what they do!). Fabian took care to cover the area beneath the leak just in case something unexpected happened. He fixed the issue, pointed out some items we might want to fix sooner or later- not because he was drumming up more business for himself, but rather he was showing us what should be next on our home repair list in that bathroom so we could avoid future extra drywall etc repairs. Very thoughtful. He was clear and concise with the suggestions he made, his rates are fantastic for the work that he did, and the fact that he went the extra mile coordinating without my having to be the go-between really made me feel respected and taken care-of as a client. We will DEFINITELY hire him again!

We replaced our gas stove with an electric; however, there was no gas shut off behind the stove. We called several different plumbers to get a price to put in a gas shut off valve; however, no plumbing company that we called would give us a price over the phone. They all wanted to send a plumber out charging a service fee. Then we called Jessi's Plumbers, and Fabien told us that we should haver a gas shut off valve and to look in the cabinets. We looked in the cabinets and found the gas shut off. The next time I need a plumber, I am calling Jessi's plumbing.

My neighbor called to tell me that water was bubbling out near the sidewalk around 3p. WTCPUA emergency was out within 10 minutes of the call to turn off the water. From reading reviews on Timmon's both here and Nextdoor, we called around 4p. At 6:30 the next morning, he had a crew at our door. They didn't start for about an hour, not sure why, but they were helpful and kind. Within a few hours, they repaired the problem and another call to WTCPUA got the water back on shortly after. I couldn't tell you from comparison what the value was, but we felt that the quality and timeliness was with what we paid. I would absolutely call them when we need plumbing assistance.

We had a drain that began to slow coming from our kitchen sink and we called a number of plumbers. Frank Haston was the one who was able to come out quickly and so we used him. He answered his phone immediately and updated us as he fit us into his schedule. He arrived exactly when he estimated he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he could get the water flowing but he could not fix it correctly. After he got the water flowing again, he said we require hydrojetting which requires special equipment and special training. He recommended a few companies that do this and told us the key is the training more than the equipment. With older homes this process can damage your plumbing. He then gave us a lesson on preventative maintenance for our system that will keep the plumber away. He charged us so little, that we wrote a check for more than his bill. Funny, since our first question when we started looking for a plumber was twofold. What is it going to cost to fix this and how much will he charge? You'd think this would be one number, but sadly we have all had the experience to know that these numbers can be quite different. We have 100% confidence in Frank, his integrity and his skills that come from training and years of experience. If you need a plumber in his area (Kyle, Texas) call Frank at Trio and relax. You will be in good hands.

What I appreciated about Tony is that he said he would try easier fixes and escalate as necessary to fix the problem. A few other plumbers I talked to wanted to start knocking holes in the walls to address the leak. Tony was able to address the leak through the spout opening in the shower area, thus preventing wall damage. He also treated the wet area for mold and installed a small vent in the wall which is hardly noticeable. The whole ordeal cost me $175. I do not have much history with plumbing repair costs, but I believe that is a pretty good deal.
