This company is the best! Called them to flush my water heater, repair a toilet issue and an issue with the kitchen sink - Justin came out and repaired it all. Prices were reasonable and he stands on honesty, transparency and integrity. I highly recommend this company! I also want to say the woman I spoke to to book was so kind and helpful and I appreciated her as well! Thank you!!!! read more

Cody Pineda & Bill Robinson just completed a major plumbing job at our house. Both men were very professional and polite. I really appreciated how Cody explained everything! They were excellent. Please call them for any of your plumbing needs. They deliver. And their price was very fair. Bill & Kim Whitbeck read more

This is a terrific company. Its personnel are knowledgeable, fair, courteous and professional. They are very transparent concerning their fees. We had a drain problem. The plumber who helped us, Cody, is thorough, very aware of keeping the area where he worked clean and dry, and definitely knows what he's doing. I highly recommend Come and Plumb It. read more

Justine does an amazing job. I have had home come out several times and will continue to do business with him.

Outstanding and timely performance at a fair price. Cody Pineda made his recommendation for toilet repair that saved me time and money when I mistakenly thought the problem was worse than it actually was. This pleasant surprise made my day and solved my problem! read more

I needed a shower valve replaced. I called a number of places but Come and Plumb it were the fastest to respond and they were consistently quick to respond at each step of the way. I felt confident that Bill was completely honest and transparent with me. He patiently explained my options and gave me a lot of great advice along the way. We did run into an issue near the end but it all got sorted out. Recommended. read more

It is rare that I have a home repair project that doesn't result in me pulling my hair out, while drinking wine and contemplating life choices. But, today, I had a great experience. I had two ancient water heaters and a previous owner DIY situation to fight through. Previous quotes were astronomical, and seemed less than positive it could be done well. Come and Plumb it to the rescue. I now have one, working water heater, two less broken water heaters and and piping that actual follow physics. Plus....I can still afford that bottle of wine. Celebratory, not mandatory this time. Highly recommend! read more

I got a little over my head replacing a shower valve that was in the wall. Bill from Come and Plumb It showed up early and did the job in maybe 45 minutes including having to leave to get parts. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend these guys. It was a little more than I expected to pay but well worth it. Like my wife keeps telling me "it's not the 70s anymore." read more

Top notch service and honest. I'm glad I booked with them--Zach came out the next business day, and clearly explained repairs and pricing. He didn't charge me for a simple drain fix and a couple of other inspection requests. I trust them and I'll be scheduling a kitchen sink install with them. Updates soon. read more

I am so happy I chose Come and Plumb It to handle an underground link between the city water line and my house. I was actually out of the country at the time and Cody and his team worked with me to get the job done quickly despite being away and a very economical price. I have found my plumber in San Marcos. Thank you Cody, so appreciate it! read more

I cant recommend these guys enough. Come and Plumb it is FANTASTIC. We've been loyal customers for roughly five years and they will continue to have us for life... they're that good. Reasonable pricing, quick to respond to your needs, friendly and knowledgeable staff... I have zero complaints. They really are the best in town. read more

Looking for an incredible plumber in San Marcos, Texas? There's a lot of plumbers, some not so good, some good, some real good, and then there's Justin Biersdorfer of "Come and Plumb It." Justin is extremely courteous, reliable, pays close attention to what you want him to do, pricing is great and the work done is incredible. This is the guy, the Cadillac of plumbing. I watched him turn an entire mess of pipes going every which way (created by a good but not so good plumber) into a work of art, that is if you can see plumbing work as art. I think some people can find art in plumbing and if you are one of them then Justin is your Michelangelo. read more

5 STARS isn't enough to give this incredible business. We had our toilets back up on us with nasty consequences. In a panic, I started looking for plumbers in our area with five star reviews. We needed someone ASAP. Come And Plumb It was the second number I called. Justin answered and right off the bat, he walked me through doing some troubleshooting on my own and let me know up front the after hours fee. He called back within a half hour, stating he was able to rearrange his schedule to get to us before the after hours fee kicked in. As soon as Justin arrived, he got right to work troubleshooting our issue. He was very personable yet professional. Let us know what the cost would be up front, then worked his plumber magic to unclog our line. After unclogging, he ran his camera through the line to make sure there was nothing else obstructing the flow. In the meantime, we mentioned one of our toilets was hard to flush and he fixed it too. read more

The handle on my kitchen faucet has been falling off for months and it was time to change the whole thing. I thought I was handy enough to replace it myself, but of course, I ran into issues right away. My house is older and the shut-off valves were not budging. I called Come and Plumb it and got an appointment right away. I had a new faucet and new shut-off valves the next day. Corey came out and was great! Super kind and clean, and everything was installed so meticulously. Great service, as always. I don't think I'll ever have any other company do plumbing work for me. Come and Plumb It is where it's at! read more

Justin and Zach took great care of us! We saw their Instagram post PSA a couple weeks ago about not using wet wipes and low and behold we had that issue with our main line! Zach was courteous, price was fair and we are happy. These guys are a truly local smtx business and are stretched thin, continue to use their services and understand they're top notch in service! read more

It's ridiculous to get so excited about a plumbing company, but it's hard to find a good plumber! Justin gave a detailed and complete bid for the work. Price was good. They replaced all of the plumbing in a 1926 stucco house with no crawl space. It was hard. For example, Justin went the extra mile by telling me that he would be sure that the exhaust pipes out the roof would be parallel for better aesthetics - something that never occurred to me. That type of attention means a lot. This was a BIG project that went on for a while especially since it wouldn't stop raining last winter. As another person said, if you are a repeat costomer, they will make every effort to squeeze you into the schedule if you need be. Justin has now worked on a few investment properties now. I'm very pleased with their work. read more

And performed the work flawlessly. He met the inspector the next day, passed and we are ready to enjoy our fire pit. Thanks Justin you are the best read more

Bill just replaced the water valve in our front yard after we had a leak that flooded the area near the street. (Repair was not covered by utility company). He was suuuper nice, professional and gave me an amazing price for all the work he did. I really, really appreciate it all. In fact, I texted a bunch of friends and family after he left to immediately recommend 'Come & Plumb' It if they ever have any plumbing issues. I have used this company a few times now and I'm very happy with them and trust them. Highly recommend! read more

My opinion is that $372.06 is way too much to charge me to replace a cartridge on a single lever moen shower faucet that takes about twenty minutes . I emailed them twice to see if this was normal and have not received an answer. read more

Had a great experience with Come And Plumb It this morning. I came home Thursday to hear water leaking from the pipes of my water softener, which has been unplugged for at least two years. I know nothing about these things and was concerned I had a leak somewhere, maybe between the walls. I had an appointment for 8a this morning. Bill, the plumber, got to my residence about 6 minutes early. He took a look at my water softener and immediately stopped the water leaking/ draining and showed us what he did. He suggested what we should do and charged nothing and informed me they do free quotes. Now the point of my post is, Bill was on time, extremely professional, courteous and honest. He could have easily told me, a female that knows nothing about plumbing and water softeners, about the work that needed to be done to stop the water draining from the water softener. Yet he explained how the water softener worked and a solution for my problem. I began my morning thinking I was going to be paying at least $150 for him coming out and looking at it, since it was technically an emergency service call. I decided to contact this company because I saw their truck here in Buda right before I got home and discovered the leaking noise. It was a sign! Bill explained although the company is located in San Marcos, they assign their service calls according to where their employees live so that their customers get faster service and the employees are closer to home, especially on those long days. Sounds like this company cares about their employees. When you have happy employees, you get great customer service, as I experienced this morning. After Bill left, I was able to fall back asleep with no problem. I recommend this company! read more

Justin (the owner) is real professional and great to work with. Jeremy our plumber took real good care of us, once with a gas leak and another with frozen pipes. This company hasn't let me down, I highly recommend them! Give them a call! read more

These plumbers are honest kind and trustworthy. This is the third time I've used them and Jeremy was super honest about all my options and the cost for each plan. When I didn't have the money to do it today, he helped me make a quick fix to limp along a bit longer while I get the money. Even left me his tool and wouldn't let me pay him for it. I also referred a patient of mine to them and she got 2 quotes. One was for 10000 dollars and they wanted to rip out their entire concrete patio. Come and Plumb it said they could do a work around, not remove the entire patio and it was like 100 bucks. Compared to 10 grand from the other guys. You can trust them. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Come and Plumb It. Paige was in contact with me almost immediately then was contacted by Courtney who was just as sweet as she could be and very informative about the job. Cameron arrived way ahead of the scheduled time which was ok'd by me. He was very helpful and made some simple changes that will aid either me or someone else later in life. Cameron was very quick and did a very professional job. I highly recommend this company for anyone. The price was also very inline with the job especially considering that it was on a holiday and weekend. Thanks guys I'll be in touch about some other work in the future. read more

Justin and his guys are the best around, the best of central Texas right here. Always on time, never any b.s. stories. Just honest hard working folks. Doing a dang good job too. I really must commend y'all for staying late and getting it done, in the darn rain too. Y'all are truly committed to putting out a good service and getting things done. I must also commend you for the value too, never any surprises at the end . You have earned a customer for life. If you need a good plumber, look no further. They are the ones to call. Really impressed with Come And Plumb It. They were so kind and helpful on the phone and with getting an appointment set up, on time for the appointment and installation was great. I really appreciate the communication, explaining the issue and even explained what to do for typical issues (how to resolve a jam) and I even asked a few other questions and he gladly helped explain things. Super helpful, super happy with the experience and service. I've saved them in my phone contact for my go-to plumbing needs! Thank you! read more

I was needing a gas line run to my back porch for an outdoor kitchen. Several other local plumbers came and made promises but then backed out or wanted ridiculous amounts of money. I was told the work was too complicated. Justin came out next day, told me it was a fairly simple project and went right to work. I was really impressed with the quality and complete-ness of the work and the price was more than fair.
