Wimberley Plumbing - Fixture install for new walk-in shower. They also installed a new toilet (Not pictured.. ha!) - Plumbing Near Me

Have used Wimberley Plumbing for many years for many plumbing issues in 3 homes. Always professional and thorough.

Wimberley Plumbing consistently impresses with their fast response times and affordable service calls. I wrote a review about their reinstalling a hose bib for me that didn't last a year, but recently I heard my grinder pump running in my septic tank. They asked me to turn the breaker off and they would be out asap to check it out. They were at my house within 48hrs (because it wasn't an emergency) and found debris keeping the float engaged. Cleaned it up and $117 got me back in action. Thanks Wimberley Plumbing!!! A+++ Greatest Plumber in Wimberley!! read more

Wimberley plumbing is usually prompt, polite, and efficient. I had an outside leak which they had fixed in no time.

Have a shower leaking in a bathroom. Wasting a lot of water. Took it apart but could not solve the problem. Had to cut the water off to the house. First time caller to this company. Went to voicemail. Received a reply via text. Message said that they could fix it but a week from this Wednesday. Nice to see a company with this much business. I am positive that they are a good business, but not my style. I am doing a re-model and will require all new plumbing but will not be getting a quote from this company. Been in Wimberley for 50 years, boy has it changed. read more

We needed some help with disconnecting an RO system to get rid of it, and Davina got us in the loop immediately! Then she got Chris to come by on his way home! He was amazing! We had a plumber (not Wimberley Plumbing) show up this morning for installation of a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal hookup after having new countertops installed. We were shocked to hear their price of over $1,000! We politely declined and called Wimberley Plumbing. Jimmy was here within the hour and did the installation very quickly , professionally and was friendly. Their price was 1/4 of what we were quoted by the other company. We now know who to call in the future!! read more

I've used Wimberley Plumbing well over a decade. Their staff is excellent and calling in may result in leaving a msg, but they quickly get back to you. I've had them fix a toilet mount, fix a mix of hot/cold in a shower, install two new hot water heaters, and today fix a kludged refrigerator water connection that my kitchen redo crew messed up and was suddenly leaking water. Good people! I know enough plumbing to do the basics and when I concede, I call Wimberley Plumbing. read more

We've had Jimmy with Wimberley Plumbing out on several occasions and he always does great work!

JD and his crew are my preferred plumbers in the Wimberley area. Fair prices and excellent service. They have saved us many times during freezes or emergency. I can't say enough about JD and Chris. They are pros. Great service and excellent quality of work. I worked for 15 years building houses and these guys are at the top of my list for best plumbers ever.... Use them for any of your needs. Satisfaction is guaranteed! read more

We woke up to a small flood from our water heater. I called 4 different plumbers and never heard back. I reached out to "Next Door" chat forum and asked for a plumber. Wimberley plumbers came highly recommended. I called and followed with a text and received a text that said "we can help and will be there in just over an hour" I was at work and came home half believing they would show up... but 2 min after I got home... I received a text saying they were 15 min away. They gave me a very fair price and were quick and clean working. Chris had my new tank installed within 2 hours of initial contact! read more

These guys are great. JD returned my call promptly & Chris showed up within the hour. He explained what he was doing and was in & out in a short amount of time. So nice to have a plumber that I can count on. I definitely recommend Wimberley Plumbing. read more

We had a few issues with plumbing backing up and some water pressure/sputtering only in certain fixtures. Chris came out and identified all of the issues quickly and suggested ways to fix the problems permanently (we have had the issues reoccur a few times before). Very pleased with the service, knowledge and professionalism of everyone at this company, and special thanks to Chris today! read more

I love these guys! They are the best. Great pricing, awesome solutions, super friendly. They really know their shit.

Wimberley Plumbing came to our rescue with multiple Plbg issues and out of town company on the way. They went above and beyond. Thank you Wimberley Plumbing! read more

Be very careful using them. If they do a gas line job, and once you paid them, and there is a leak from their work, they won't come back it fix it. Even though they know they did the job wrong. I do not recommend this company. I have worked with many contractors, subs, and this is the most shadiest company. The other reviews are faked. read more

These guys are great! They're very responsive, good at updating you on their visits, excellent at what they do, and my favorite... AFFORDABLE. I've used them several times and have had consistently positive experiences. read more

Called Wimberley Plumbing today because my kitchen sink was clogged due to garbage disposal problems. They quickly came out same day and accommodated my daughter's nap schedule. We had a leak in our wall since last Friday. After a week of fighting with our home warranty company, they finally agreed to let us find a plumber and they'd reimburse us. I called JD, he came out, diagnosed the problem, sent it to the company. They said a cracked pipe was not normal wear and tear.... Anyway, JD got it fixed in no time and welcomed us to our new home. Thanks JD for all your help! read more

J.D. and his team are such reliable, high-quality plumbers! They have done multiple jobs at both my house and my dad's house, and every job has been done correctly. Highly recommend! read more

Wimberley Plumbing is wonderful! Same day service. Jimmy was efficient, polite and professional!

After asking around we got a LOT of recommendations for Wimberley Plumbing. They were not wrong. They came out and replaced our grinder last week very quickly. While that's not something I wish anyone to have to have done, if you do, call these guys. Great services, very fast. Thanks! read more

So grateful to Chris who helped me get my Delta parts and replacement new faucet, installed the new faucet and I love it!

JD is the best! He always makes time and gets the job done. Friendly, professional and thorough!

My previous review was not that great (see below), BUT lately I have found out that they are just super busy. They have been working with us on a bathroom remodel and other work items. JD and Chris are both busy BUT they are keeping in touch with us often to help us out (and figure out what we needed, what works best, etc...). At no time has JD or Chris (and his crew) done bad work! They always do top notch work! THEY ARE Fast and quick and KNOW what they are doing! Its very hard to find excellent workers / experienced plumbers! PREVIOUS REVIEW.... Just like a previous review, the rates for current work has gone UP rather steeply! We had Chris out (like always) and he did great work but 400 dollars to install a water heater? seriously? we got the water heater to the house, he moved it in, connected the wires and water pipes in under an hour. It was a bit pricey. We have also called them a number of times (left messages) about more work that we need done and no call back. I guess they are super busy and dont need the work. Thats too bad because they have done great work for us in the past, but the price has gotten crazy high lately read more

I've used Wimberley Plumbing for the past ten years, and have never been disappointed. They're responsive (typically the same day), and have always diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it! read more

Awesome company with excellent employees and great customer service. Every other plumbing company in town had excuses or couldn't help for 2 weeks. Wimberley plumbing came out immediately! Jimmy was polite, courteous, and fast. Had the job done in 15 minutes. 5 stars highly recommend read more

Very nice and helpful. Serve call charge 125 a but diff especially for a local outfit but service person was very considerate and helpful.

JD lives in the modern world and can quickly be reached by text, which is amazing. Kitchen sink backed up and toilet repair needed. Immediately texted back someone would be at my house within an hour. One hour. UNHEARD OF. Plumber arrived in the time frame I was given. Problem quickly solved, money saved, reliable and honest. I felt like the price matched the work and was totally fair. Best experience I've had in Wimberley in the nine years I've been here. read more

I have used JD on many occasions and have been very happy. I had a sewer stoppage in the same spot as before. The guy he sent out wasn't sure what he was doing, wouldn't listen to where I told his the stoppage was at and waisted over an hour just looking. When said and done he charged me $453.75 when the same job never cost more than &129.00. On top of that he got grease all over the wall and outside of the tub. Instead of moving a small rug, he got grease on it and ruined it. When I made JD aware of this, he never replied, pretty sad. Sent him a bill for painting and a new rug and got a reply or phone call. If you use them, be cautious. He will treat you fairly and then, BOOM, screw you read more

To set the stage: we had a surprise slab leak on a Friday morning. Called 6 plumbers who were all booked out for weeks if not months. Wimberley plumbing was similarly busy, but they figured out a way to get someone out that same day! Chris was thorough, honest, and laid out all the options. In the end he was able to take a little extra time on our repair that caused more work for him, but would end up requiring less holes cut in our sheet rock to feed the new pipe through the attic. Which, would have cost us more to repair after the fact than the additional time it took him to do it right. He was able to get us water in the house that same day, and complete the entire project first thing the following week. Overall, I'm blown away by this type of service which is rare these days. Oh, and the fees were shockingly reasonable and fair! Do yourself a favor and look no further if you're needing an experienced group of plumbers to take care of you. read more

I really like this Plumbing company. They are very prompt and do exactly what they say they will. This is the second time that I contacted them for my own "emergency" and they showed up as fast as I could hope for. They did the work, got extra supplies and all within what I thought it should cost. I will definitely go to them again any time I need some help. read more

Not sure of their plumbing skills but their customer service skills are TERRIBLE! Left a message 3 days ago inquiring about a plumbing job and never received a call back. Needless to say, we won't ever try to use them again. I'll take my business elsewhere! read more

We had a very bad experience with our first plumber and we were left with a huge job poorly done and unfinished. We contacted Wimberley Plumbing and Chris came by right away. After evaluating what needed to be done and listening to our requirements, he gave us a realistic quote on the spot. Within a day or two, Chris came by and did a fantastic job not only to finish what was left half done but also doing it right the first time. Doing a good job is so rare nowadays that finding a plumber who loves what they do and are willing to do it right is such a joy and blessing. We are so happy with Chris and JD for their help, patience and professionalism. We highly recommended Wimberley Plumbing and will use them again without hesitation. Thank you. read more
