I was too cheap to pay for shipping, so I went back over the course of a few weeks checking stock. While they have an excellent selection of other floats (pizza, swans, flamingos, Millenium Falcons, etc.), mine was a little popular and the warehouse was behind on shipping as I was told. Maybe they sensed my desperation, but they were friendly enough to advise me when their shipments came in, checked stores in the other areas and even called for me to confirm. By the last day I needed my float, I came in and Nacho remembered me. He told me one had come in that was on hold for over a week, but the person hadn't come to pick up the float despite their contact attempts. He ordered that person another one for free and gave me the one that had been sitting in their warehouse. I was super impressed and this place made my day. Excellent customer service. I don't have a pool but I will certainly be back here if I ever do!

Jacuzzi Pool Filter assembly failed and Leslie's refused to handle the warranty within my 2 yr…read morewindow. I had purchased an extended warranty as well. I had to contact WaterWay directly and wait two weeks for the new filter housing. They manager at Leslie's wasn't nice about it. He just shrugged his shoulders and said that's how it is. Jacuzzi has since sold to WaterWay Plastics. Already frustrated with having to do the work my service provider (Leslie's) should be doing, I was then presented with a $300 invoice for labor after install. I refused to pay for service I had already paid for up front with the extended warranty. The service techs were both very nice but I got the feeling they were not going to get paid by Leslie's for the work. Needless to say, I will never order anything from Leslie's again. A local small contractor will likely provide a better experience.

Of all the things we did to our house during our renovation, building the pool was the easiest because Brighten was so buttoned up. The whole process from start to finish was 10 weeks. It would have been 8, but we lost 2 weeks to the freeze. Whenever an issue arose which is always the case on a big project they handled it quickly and efficiently. They also took care of all the permits with the city! Brian the owner, and Douglas our project manager are great guys. Highly recommend!

I truly wish I could give them 5 stars for that alone, but unfortunately the execution, communication, and timelines fell short. The first issue arose when the pool was drained and some of the water flooded into my neighbor's yard. We gave Brighten Pool 6-7 months to complete the work, but at every stage we had to push to keep the project moving. The pool was eventually finished about three months later than promised, in December. While delays are not uncommon in the pool industry, the real problems started after completion. Almost immediately, the pool began losing more than an inch of water per day. I raised this concern with Brian multiple times, but he insisted it was "normal" due to weather conditions and largely dismissed my concerns. Over several months, my water bills climbed to more than $400 a month. Out of frustration, I hired an independent leak detection company (despite Brian cautioning that they would "just take my money"). The company found two leaks--one in the main drain (which Brighten's team had supposedly repaired to meet code) and another in the return line. They also identified gaps around the skimmer, decking, and coping. Throughout this process, Brian's responses shifted from "this is normal" to "leak detection companies are a rip-off" to ultimately "this isn't my problem, it must be your irrigation." What I was looking for wasn't monetary compensation--I simply expected accountability, an explanation of what went wrong, and a genuine attempt to propose a solution. Unfortunately, that never happened.

This tub has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I had a lot of ideas for exactly what I wanted. Owner Jim Callaway, who has been making these tubs for decades, helped me avoid so many mistakes and also helped design something that is better than I could have hoped for. His partner Trever did the install and is a true professional -- superb communicator, deep technical knowledge, and obsessed with making things perfect. If you've been looking for a tub like this, you might have run across Cedartubs.com and Snorkel -- or RH Tubs on the high end. Skip those and buy local. Custom Leisure's product is superior to RH Tubs, thousands of dollars less expensive, and without the lead time. I also *highly* recommend having Customer Leisure install it: While i think anyone handy (maybe extra-super handy) could spend a long weekend getting it set up, you'll save yourself many headaches. 10 stars if I could....Thank you Jim & Trevor. We have enjoyed this tub immensely every single night since you installed it.

I called as soon as they opened Monday. Austen had a crew in the area and in 45 minutes, these guys were on it. 25 minutes later it was on the pad and Austen even gave me a few pointers as I was a new owner. Obviously, this quick of a response was partial perfect timing, but these guys were professional in both their service, knowledge & skill. I've saved the number for when I need another move or storage in the future.

Over the course of the two weeks leading up to my spa being delivered I never received one call back from The Spa Movers and only spoke to someone (Austin) on the off chance that he picked up when I called. It took numerous calls and voicemails before I actually spoke with Austin to receive a quote for the move. We discussed the price and how we would wait till I had a definite window that our delivery truck would be dropping the spa off at our house. We were given a delivery day/time by our delivery truck and again I called Austin multiple times before reaching him to schedule the move. He scheduled his move with us for Friday afternoon and then just completely no showed/no called us. We had literally talked to him just a couple hours before his scheduled time to make sure he had my husbands number since I had to be at work. It has now been 5 days and he has not returned a single call, voicemail, text or email. I don't know how a business can run so unprofessionally. Not only did it suck that we had a giant hot tub living in our driveway until we found someone else to move it for us but we're building a deck around this tub that all had to come to a complete halt as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
