Nate has a degree in civil engineering from A&M and is able to explain the physics of why we might not want to do something we think we want to do. I made it very clear during the sales process that these were non-negotiable for me. In fact, I was already prepared to purchase a Bullfrog spa from another dealer but decided to stop here before making my final decision. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!  Unfortunately, I now know the salesperson misrepresented key facts in order to close the sale. After working with the service department six times over the past year, it has become clear that Dimension One has severe reliability issues (and has for a long time) and is no longer a viable brand. I've since learned the company is bankrupt and widely regarded as one of the worst options in the industry for the very criteria I emphasized during my purchase, and was known by the salesman.  I have owned this spa for over a year, and for the last six months it has not functioned properly at all. This is not a reflection of the service department, who have been professional and responsive. The issue is that I was sold a defunct product by a salesperson who knew the true condition of the brand. I regret trusting the information I was given and feel misled or defrauded into purchasing a product that does not align with what was promised. I strongly encourage potential buyers to do extensive research and proceed with caution before purchasing from this business.

When our spa cover, which we'd purchased new along with the spa, needed replacement after being damaged in a hailstorm, we ordered a replacement cover, but the salesman wrote incorrect instructions on the order form, resulting in a cover that didn't fit our spa. My wife spoke with the manager Chris, who said he would speak with the manufacturer and look for solutions. When we hadn't heard back from A-Tex for a week and a half, we decided to order a replacement cover from another vendor. Just before we were about to place the order, Chris phoned informing us that our "new cover" was in and ready for delivery, and asked us to pay half the cost. We told A-Tex that as long as they'd had the cover fabricated we would accept it, but would not pay for the new cover since it was fully covered by our insurance company. A-Tex agreed to this as long as we would pay a $75 delivery charge in cash. When the replacement cover was delivered, the first thing A-Tex's delivery people did was cut the old spa cover in half. The new cover turned out to be only half as thick and heavy as the first cover. Since the original cover was destroyed, we had no choice but to pay the $75 delivery fee and accept the replacement. When my wife spoke with our salesman and with Chris about these issues, Chris was extremely rude and said, "You've already taken enough of my time and I'm not talking to you any more" and hung up on her. Every step of the way, A-Tex's staff has been unresponsive, careless, deceptive and rude with us. We eventually brought the matter to the attention of our credit card company, disputing the charges on the basis of fraud.

The gift that keeps on giving. When they remodeled my pool a while back, they cracked one of my…read moreskimmers -- which they acknowledge was their fault. They "fixed" it at their cost. What I'm unfortunately just now finding out is that the fix was nothing more than a temporary patch that's now causing other problems. They coated the inside of the skimmer including joint between the skimmer and pipe with epoxy, which also filled in all the threads that are used to screw in a standpipe or other equipment that is used to facilitate other types of pool maintenance and repair. Which brings me to today. I have a leak somewhere underground between my skimmer & my pump. The repairman I had out would like to simply to simply screw his equipment into the skimmer to pressurize it -- so he can then find the leak by listening with something like a fancy stethoscope. The problem is that because of the amateur repair job done years ago he cannot screw anything into the skimmer, nor he can any of his bladders seal because the epoxy job is all uneven and irregular. He has a plan B but it's not as easy and will cost more. Live and learn.

Addie was great and even came to our install personally to make sure everything went right. Other notes -Fits 4-5 comfortably but we usually have closer to 8 hanging out on/in/around. We love the bar add on. -Minimal maintenance, about 5mins / week -Cover, cushions, and rattan are high quality and we aren't seeing wear. I'd be careful with light colored cushions if you have lots of tree debris.

Posh Flooring After…read moremoving into a new home and our 4 dogs destroying the carpet in our master bedroom, I was ready for change. I went for a drive and randomly arrived at Posh Flooring. Without a appointment, I walked in and was greeted in a professional and friendly manner. I had a sample of the hardwood flooring with me. Robert Cisneros was more than willing to help me match the color and find a suitable flooring for my situation. Feeling confident with Robert's knowledge and immediate attention to scheduling a time and date to look at my flooring at home. I was happy. Finally, some hope to get the carpets pulled so the dogs would no longer soil the floors and I would be shampooing them for hours. Mr. Cisneros contacted me that day and was at our house on a Monday. This initial meeting was on Friday. He came out to our house first thing in the morning. Right on time. Was very polite and informative of what an be done for our floors and loose tiles. We had our beautiful new hardwood flooring within 3 weeks from when I first walked into Posh Flooring. The two men that installed the floors where always on time, communicated with both my husband and I clearly. Cleaned up everything before they left for the day. We went out out of town for 3 days and had several family members with children coming and going. They worked around the constant distractions. We are so pleased with the way our floors look. And that we actually had contractors working on time and went far and beyond the scope of the installation.
