I debated about whether to leave 1, 2, or 3 stars. On the plus side, they responded quickly to my follow-up inquiries, and they did issue me a refund when I eventually demanded it. On the negative side, they did not send me any proactive updates on the order, and of course, I never got what I wanted. Looking back, I suspect that this business is legit, but is just a drop shipper, placing orders from somewhere upstream perhaps in Asia. It may work out some of the time, but if you can get what you want via Amazon or whatever, that is probably preferable.

Recently I bought an Echo chainsaw, and the sale price was better than the big box stores, and they offer a free service within 30 days to tune the motor. I also bought a hard case for the chainsaw, and the price was surprisingly good. It wasn't in stock but they ordered it for me to pick up the next day, and here we are. Carburetor rebuild like I told them in the first place was all it took, cost me $25, cost them a longtime customer and valuable reference. Horrible Customer Service…read more My family and I have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture with this company and you would think they would be happy and quick to address any concerns we have. I purchased a King sized bed and when I took my bed home to put it together I noticed one of the slacks were shorter than the others and couldn't reach the hole on the other side of the bed. I called multiple times and it took them over 2 months to get me a replacement slack. When I picked up the new slack, it was the same as the slack that was too short. So I called back to get help and they are asking me to take pictures up close and far away of the slacks and email them as if I'm asking them for an entirely new bed. I'm asking for just 1 slack to be replaced and they are making me jump through hoops to get that. I will honestly say they have good prices on their furniture, but their service is terrible.
