In full transparency, I did not know what the durability or longevity of furniture would be purchased at outlet. For clothing at an outlet, the hem could be off, button missing or another small imperfection. One would expect furniture to be durable and long lasting. Four Hands Outlet carries medium grade furniture. It appears to be foundational type furniture. There were a number of tables, chairs and sofa to peruse in the store. I will likely pop by when the tent is fully stocked. It is important to note that Four Hands Outlet has earned a number of Yelp awards. The sales representative shared her knowledge of what was going to be included in the sale, although her knowledge was limited. The furniture ranges from low to medium price range.

I requested a refund for the installation and haul away. They did not Respond. Sara is the admin person who handled this. I won't do business with them again.

Our contact Harrison always makes sure we are taken care of and he's so responsive to our concerns. The crew who planted the trees was amazing and friendly and professional. Recently we were having issues with one of our trees and Harrison had Zack P and Nick D come out to take a look as soon as possible. They were knowledgeable and helpful and set us up on a course to correct the problem. They truly go above and beyond and it adds to the value of the overall experience. In a world where it's hard to get anyone to respond to anything, their customer service is exceptional. Since we are neurotics, it means a lot to us that they clearly care about the tress as much as we do--even after they leave their nursery. They were so good we just got another tree!

We had just come from the big-box garden center, so walking into a nursery with **SHADE**, beautiful healthy plants, reasonable prices, and people who actually care about what they're selling felt downright luxurious. The staff was attentive, kind, and genuinely knowledgeable--and, most importantly to us, they clearly give a darn about native plants and the ecosystem they're going into. They had **actual native milkweeds for our monarchs**, including Asclepias tuberosa, and I was thrilled to see that they **do not sell tropical milkweed**. That alone tells me this is a nursery paying attention rather than just stocking whatever will sell. And the whole place just feels *loved*. There are thoughtful little details everywhere to enhance the experience. At one point, classical music was playing (seriously) while we wandered around freely (and finally not sweating) on a summer Saturday, looking at gorgeously curated plants, and I thought, "Well, I guess this is where we buy things now?" Grateful to Green Planet for saving us the gas money we used to spend driving down to Natural Gardener. Compared to the big boxes: Cooler, cheaper, kinder, more chill, more knowledgeable, more beautiful--and you're supporting a local place that actually seems to care about what grows well here.
