If you've been looking for a tub like this, you might have run across Cedartubs.com and Snorkel -- or RH Tubs on the high end. Skip those and buy local. Custom Leisure's product is superior to RH Tubs, thousands of dollars less expensive, and without the lead time. After only 3 months, 3 light covers have broken off & caused the tub to lose about 50 gallons a day. It's a known issue per the service department & apparently happens often. I'm 96 miles from the store & the mileage fee costs me about $230, which is absolutely infuriating. For a $9000ish hot tub to be so rinky dink is cause for raising my voice. I won't stop here. Dimension needs to be accountable for this poor design flaw. Buy another brand from ATEX. Again, my frustration is with Dimension - not Atex. They're helping me out, but what's to keep these things from falling apart again?

I had to contact WaterWay directly and wait two weeks for the new filter housing. They manager at Leslie's wasn't nice about it. He just shrugged his shoulders and said that's how it is. Jacuzzi has since sold to WaterWay Plastics. Already frustrated with having to do the work my service provider (Leslie's) should be doing, I was then presented with a $300 invoice for labor after install. I refused to pay for service I had already paid for up front with the extended warranty. The service techs were both very nice but I got the feeling they were not going to get paid by Leslie's for the work. Needless to say, I will never order anything from Leslie's again. A local small contractor will likely provide a better experience.
