My pool originally had approximately 70% flagstone coping, while the remaining 30% had the existing concrete deck extending all the way to the edge of the pool. Over time, the concrete deck had moved and developed cracks, many of the grout lines between the flagstone coping had either cracked or was gone and the area where there was no coping had developed major cracks between the concrete cantilever and the tile line. Those cracks were allowing water to get behind the pool. KINGZ Pool Services recommended cutting back the concrete and installing Oklahoma flagstone coping around the remaining 30% of the pool and to regroup everything. I'll be honest -- I was scared to death to have someone cut into my existing pool deck! But it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. The transformation is incredible. They matched the new Oklahoma flagstone to the existing coping so well that, unless you knew there had originally been no coping in that area, you would never know it wasn't there from the beginning. They also expertly repaired the cracks in the existing concrete deck and paint-matched the repairs to the surrounding area. The result is incredibly seamless. They removed all of the old, deteriorated grout between the existing coping stones and along the tile line and re-grouted everything. They also properly cut back a line between the coping and deck so they could install mastic where it belongs. Previously, there was no mastic between the flagstone and the deck -- just grout that had worn away in many places. The entire job was completed in less than two days, and their attention to detail was outstanding. They were courteous, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning up when they were finished. They covered the pool during the work, and although there was understandably some dust left in the water, they actually got into the pool and removed the larger pieces that had fallen in. My filter and pool cleaner will take care of the remaining fine dust over the next couple of days. The quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail, the excellent color and stone matching, and the overall finished product exceeded my expectations. And they did it at a great price. If you need pool coping, deck repairs, grout or mastic work, or any of the other services they provide, I would absolutely recommend KINGZ Pool Services. I am extremely happy with the finished product and would use them again without hesitation!

About 3 1/2 years later (still under warranty), it developed what was initially a relatively minor leak. That was the beginning of what has now become a six-month ordeal. Since February, I've endured multiple paid service visits, repeated repair attempts, months of downtime, and countless emails and phone calls coordinating repairs with both Big Star Backyards and Wellis. Despite all of that, the leak has progressively worsened rather than improved. The most frustrating part is that what began as a slow leak has now become a spa that can lose nearly all of its water within approximately 24 hours after being refilled. Throughout this process, I've done everything asked of me. I've coordinated appointments, rearranged travel, filled the spa when requested, taken videos documenting the leaks for the technician, and remained patient while waiting weeks for parts to arrive. Unfortunately, despite all of those efforts, I still do not have a functioning hot tub. Rather than taking ownership of why repeated repairs have failed, the conversation has increasingly shifted toward my water chemistry--even though the spa is still under warranty, the water was balanced immediately after repairs, there were no guests using the spa, and it leaked nearly empty immediately after being refilled. I'm 96 miles from the store & the mileage fee costs me about $230, which is absolutely infuriating. For a $9000ish hot tub to be so rinky dink is cause for raising my voice. I won't stop here. Dimension needs to be accountable for this poor design flaw. Buy another brand from ATEX. Again, my frustration is with Dimension - not Atex. They're helping me out, but what's to keep these things from falling apart again?

I had to contact WaterWay directly and wait two weeks for the new filter housing. They manager at Leslie's wasn't nice about it. He just shrugged his shoulders and said that's how it is. Jacuzzi has since sold to WaterWay Plastics. Already frustrated with having to do the work my service provider (Leslie's) should be doing, I was then presented with a $300 invoice for labor after install. I refused to pay for service I had already paid for up front with the extended warranty. The service techs were both very nice but I got the feeling they were not going to get paid by Leslie's for the work. Needless to say, I will never order anything from Leslie's again. A local small contractor will likely provide a better experience.
