Bobby is straight forward, efficient, welcomes questions, explains things and if you tell him something isn't quite right, he resolves it. Communication is terrific from Patriot. Sure, you get a standard readout of the service, but there will also be notes from the team answering your question, recommendations, etc. Sure, I'm new, only 2 months with them, but so far, stellar service.

They left after repair with it not functioning correctly (air in the system which can damage unit) They came today for cleaning and left or just the same. I assume this whole thing was to damage the new holler and blame us so they think they can charge us for yet another replacement whole unit next week.
