Once i got to the store Louis was the one that attended me. As soon as i got to the store he started being rude and unhelpful as well. This is not the first time they are rude and unhelpful. An inviting store, great customer service and various discount options has made this store my go to…read morepaint shop. I came in about 20 minutes before they closed and i needed a paint matched for the ceiling, a gallon of paint and some other painting supplies. The employee told me that the paint match could take 30 minutes, but he was able to complete it in 15 minutes!! It looked pretty identical to the one I had brought in so this was great to see. In addition he help me with my other paint requests and supplies. When I was paying he informed me that they had a coupon for $10 off when you spent $50 (That's a 20% discount) so I used the $10 off coupon and the 30% off which really saved me a good amount. Overall I had a great experience and was pleased to see that the employee here really wanted to make sure I left with everything I needed to complete my project and to do so at a great price. I'll definitely be coming back when I re-paint the kitchen.

Painted Tree is unique in that there are local artisans, craft makers, and vintage items you will find here at super affordable prices. Parking is never an issue when I come here to buy a unique piece for a friend or family gift. There are a lot of Austin-centric and often handcrafted pieces here. I have seen original artwork, candles, quilts, glassware, and a ton of stickers and even kids-related and appropriate finds. I recommend coming during the week but often times on the weekends the management will run specials and give a percentage off for shoppers. I would consider checking their social handles for events. I have seen several themed events that last from open to close such as summer events, mother's day, and even recently a Halloween (or holiday) themed promotion to get you inside and browsing. No need to remember vendors or take down names or booth numbers. All you have to do is grab what you like and when you check out the staff will scan and utilize their system to get you through your purchase. The staff have always been helpful and friendly.

He tried "calling another store" to see if they had it but by how short the phone call was, I'm very suspicious he even really called them. Really poor experience all around. Won't be back

They've always been discounted even if it's just 10% plus it doesn't matter if we get dirt and soil in our car. Even though the bags were wrapped in plastic, and had been clearly opened or torn, she refused to honour this saying not enough of the soil had come out for her to honour it.! Her treatment of us was rude and inconsiderate.
