Sure wish the people were friendlier and cared more about helping the customer. Oh well that's kind of the way the world is these days! This return didn't work in my favor, turns out the customer is not as important as that extra dollar even if you are the one inconvenienced. Great Service from Taylor Starnes!…read more My fiance Allyssa and I decided to check out some mattresses today and went to the South Park Meadows Location to do so. Prior to arriving we were honestly dreading the typical sales person approaching, lingering, and pushing products on us -- This was not the case at all. On arrival we were immediately greeted by Taylor and we expressed our interest in the "Purple" brand mattress. Taylor kindly showed us over to the 3 models they had and gave us a good in depth description of them. Taylor gave us space to lay down, feel it out, and see how we liked each model. Taylor re-approached and asked if we have ever tried out the adjustable bed base. We had not and were interested to see how it worked. Taylor walked us through all the different features and was able to provide great information on how this product reduces pressure points, improves circulation, is good for respiratory issues, and acid reflux. Allyssa and I laid there for a few minutes until he brought the bed back to the horizontal position stating, "you never know what you have until it gets taken away".. and boy was he right! The adjustable base is the bee's knees for sure (we ended up getting one). After we finished with the Purple products I asked to see what other mattresses were on the floor. Taylor happily showed us around and again provided great knowledge about each product we were interested in. At this point it was time for Allyssa and I to make a decision. Taylor dismissed himself at this time and allowed Allyssa and I to walk around the show room, try out all the products, and have discussion about what we wanted to do. Taylor remained to be attentive from a far, ensuring no questions went unanswered. Taylor came back and said he could offer us the adjustable base at half price if we wanted to choose a mattress today. Again, not being pushy, just a kind offer to sweeten the deal that we were already sold on. Allyssa and I grabbed his business card and told him we would go get some lunch and have further discussion. Taylor fully supported this decision, walked us out and held the door for us on exiting. ----- Later that evening I went back by myself to make the purchase. Again Taylor greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Taylor walked me through each part of the buying process and was very transparent on all the fee's and how everything would unfold from delivery to warranty. When the process was all said and done we received half off the adjustable bed frame, free delivery, a free fit bit (promotional offer), and free bed sheets (promotional offer) for a total savings of over $1,000.00. Taylor was uncertain about how to redeem the bed sheets as this was a promotional offer made by "Purple" offered on their website. Taylor promised he would call his manager as soon as I left to find out how to redeem this offer. Not but 5 minutes later my phone rings and it's Taylor telling me he sent me an email with the link to claim the free sheets. Needless to say Taylor Starnes did an outstanding job from start to finish. I'm not the type to leave reviews but I know good customer service when I see it and felt he needed to be recognized for a job well done. I am permanently relocating out of the country to an area where Spectrum does not provide service, and I canceled my account with 16 days remaining in my billing cycle. Despite no longer being able to use the service, I was charged for the entire month with no prorated adjustment. What made this especially frustrating is that Spectrum indicated the account could have been transferred to the new homeowners if they chose to activate service, yet there was still no flexibility regarding the final bill. I understand companies have policies, but charging customers for weeks of service they cannot use leaves a poor final impression. It's unfortunate because the quality of the service itself deserved a higher rating.

They accused my non-existant child of ordering TV services on my non-existant Roku. When I asked who authorized any added services and why they wouldn't bother to send a notice, alert, email (literally anything) that this was added on, they said, "Oh, we had the wrong account pulled up." Shady and clearly disorganized company. Ridiculous.
