Brooks came, evaluated the situation, researched and found replacements that looked just about the same for a substantial amount lower. I ended up purchasing the 3 blinds for that room and additional blinds for other rooms in the house. A total of 13 blinds in all. She was very clear about the payment structure, the time needed to order and the measurement of EACH window to be sure each one would fit properly. There were no surprises, I was informed of all aspects of what I was signing up for. The blinds came in, in the time expected (3 months) and Ritchie came to my house to install. Ritchie was clearly well versed in his trade. He was meticulous and proficient ; he took pride in doing a good job and making sure I was pleased. When finished we went to each shade to be sure they operated efficiently. He was polite, friendly and professional. Its not enough to have good product which Budget Blinds has - its just as important to take pride and time to deliver the product as planned and expected.
