JL assured me that their experienced installers could remove my granite without any damage to my backsplash. But not only that, their price was the best of all four well known Austin companies. In fact, since I was getting Taj Reale from Stratus I saw that several companies marked up the price for the same slab that they all were getting from the same slab yard. In short, JL Cabinets did a fantastic job. The price was great and the demo and installation were top notch. I highly recommend Keyla and all the crew at JL. Abbie set up a measurement appointment within a few days. Chad came out to measure our kitchen countertops to get an accurate estimate. We received the estimate later that same day, and it was very reasonable. I went into the shop to choose my granite and met Rebecca and Amanda. After choosing my granite and free sink, our installation was scheduled. From start to finish the whole process took about a week. Edgar and his crew installed our countertops and even came back to address a concern I had with shims( I keep my old backsplash so to make the countertops level shims we're needed). Edgar came by very happily and addressed my concern and made a slight tweak to trim the shims. I would highly recommend BLG and their team for granite countertops. We choose Bahama White granite and our kitchen countertops look absolutely gorgeous!!

I found Blue Label online. Our project is in an old neighborhood in Buda so it was convenient. We went to the showroom and were greeted by Aaliyah who explained the inventory and helped us to make a selection. Once we submitted a drawing of the top to be produced it took 4 days to have the finished countertop ready. It was small and the shop guys loaded it in the pickup for us. We self installed it and it fits perfectly. We are very satisfied with the result. Blue Label did a great fabrication job for us. They were on time, no surprises, precision work. Koren was super pleasant to work with all around. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. A lot of a great ideas during the initial meeting, for how to keep our project within budget, and where it was worth splurging or dialing back. We had requested a bid on two main projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were shocked by how much of the "bonus" projects we could fit in, and yet felt very confident with Koren's insights that these were realistically within our budget. The formal quote came in REALLY fast after our meeting, and was very easy to follow and extremely fairly priced. Was very impressed with how quickly they were ready to begin the work, and the forethought of asking us if we planned to "live-in" during the remodel vs. get an AirBNB or the like. We hadn't even thought of that. Would have been very confident in moving forward with ATX Remodeling. Terrible quality, terrible coordination with our general contractor…read more We selected T-Square to build cabinets for our remodel after a discussion with the owner assuring us he had experience designing and building the type of laminated modern design we were looking for. Our big mistake was not asking for, and reviewing past work! Cabinets had issues with install such as interference with known adjacent door trim and ill fit into known cabinet space. Design and build of cabinets was very poor, with issues such as inconsistent door gaps and door faces, "racetrack" shelf brackets used vs drilling holes in side frames, inconstant toe kick heights, glass doors being installed with different surfaces out and in, doors that open by themselves, scrap 2x4s used as bracing inside cabinets, etc etc . The result is, after 5 years, our frustration of living with our poor decision daily has resulted in removal and replacement of the kitchen and the cabinets are on their way to Habitat for Humanity. Perhaps they will find a use in someone's garage, and T-Square will remove our project as one of his successful designs from his website.

He creates high quality cabinets, his work is beautiful and his prices are reasonable. Honestly, I do not understand why someone would try to fit prefab cabs from somewhere else into their kitchen when they can just call Duane. I usually take a 1/4" plan to our meetings and work through the kitchen and bath cabinets with him... and we have never had a misunderstanding about what goes where. After meeting with him at a project, I leave knowing that the cabs and built-ins are handled. His website says, "If it's made of wood, he can build it." You are going to touch it every day, you are going to put things on top of it and inside of it, it will become a part of your life... why not get someone who has been handling a lot of wood for 31 years to take care of you... to do it right. His website is fine, but I don't think it showcases his skills as well as it could.
