Would give zero stars if I could. Former employee and yes I…read moream bitter but rightfully so. I Worked there for five months as a 1099 employee but was held to regular employee standards such as two weeks notice so I put my two weeks notice was told I would not be able to work my two weeks notice because they would rather put somebody who's going to stay on the schedule, then proceeded to tell me because I did not work my two weeks notice. I did not get my commission check. My store mgmt Lisa sota sold meth from the store got DEA raided and then bonded out by the floating manager Juanita because they're related. I Called in sick one day and they were going to write me up because I called in but oh girl who got DEA raided at the store on the clock didn't get a write up lol so of course I put my two weeks notice in. One minute it was OK for us to bring our children to work because she did it for seven years and there was no problems (multiple times the owner and different management came in while my child and her child were there unlike her child my child sat still her child ran the store turn the lights on and off broke phones that she claimed were dead on arrival, and proceeded to give the entire store, roaches and ants, because her hot Cheetos and Ramen noodles that she would throw around the back room )but the minute somebody else brings their child to work everybody rains down drama about it very much nepotism at play in this environment. Everything is verifiable and able to be looked up online, including the drug charges Lisa Soto age 32 mugshot extraordinaire got when she was busted onsite. Also The owner, tanim Said that I made more than I did on my 1099 paperwork for taxes, and if I wasn't completely broke, I would hire an attorney to take their asses to court. Juanita drinks on the job does her make up in the back and is so busy fraudulently pulling metro numbers to other services when customers piss her off to know left from right. She over charges and will charge u upwards of 10 dollars more than what the item is supposed to cost to get her commission checks higher and then brags about it after customer leaves. lol. They don't check IDs to make phones or to make a changes to the accounts like they're supposed to. You can go in there and give people money and they will illegally get you into somebody else's account. I was literally taught how to do that and encouraged to do that, I wish somebody would reach out to me in response to this. somebody above tanim who is a franchise owner because I have all of the scoop and I'm willing to give it. T-Mobile should be ashamed This is how they're getting represented through Metro. So I guess if you want some meth to go with your discount, generic phone that you're paying more than full cost for that's the store to go to.

Boost Mobile Premier Store

Boost Mobile Premier Store

Boost Mobile is affordable but really bad at CS. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing here…read morewith this company. I was having issues with my service and went in person to the store and they deferred me to call the CS to who knows where outsourced person answered. Boost has switched to a new app and didn't notify me u rip after the fact for at worst 3 weeks. I couldn't pay my bill because the autopay was disabled and the new app had none of my account information. I was told I now had to wait 6 days or maybe 25 hours to see my account information. The rep had no idea what she was talking about and was giving me false information referring me back to the app which I just told her had t been working. The old app hasn't let me log in for 3 weeks and kept saying network difficulties. The new app isn't working either. When my bill was due, 3 weeks ago, my autopay didn't work and I had to call over the phone and charged an extra fee for paying on line. The store isn't able to to take payments. While the rates are cheap, the CS is extremely frustrating when nobody knows what's going on. Also the service doesn't cover Canada. So once you cross the border the service doesn't work. I'm seriously thinking about ditching g them and going with a different company as this is not how to keep customers since the CS is lacking.

This review is for Boost mobile cell phone service, not for a particular store…read more I have been working on changing my phone carrier, I requested boost to unlock my phone. I had service with them for over one year. The only way the phone can be unlocked is via calling them. I have called them 3 times, they continually tell me it is unlocked, but the phone still notes that sim card is locked by carrier. They will no longer assist me after 3 calls, and the in person store cannot assist at all with unlocking the phone. This is horrible service, and boost can care less if your phone is locked. I may have to buy a new phone, even though my current phone is fine, unless I can find a new company who can unlock it for me. Stay away from boost, if you ever want to unlock the phone and go with a different service.

It was as if we were soul sisters, just laughing about back home. She made the long process very short. She was invaluable. Make sure to ask for her! Also, this was the best part. The phone I originally wanted was not available, and I was okay with that. However, right before I checked out, with 5 minutes to go before closing, her coworker Noah came out, saying their truck of shipping had just arrived and brought the phone I wanted. I was soooo Happy! Teamwork and great customer service at this location! Don't walk.. RUN!! Deals, Great customer service& smooth process

We've used this Verizon store a few times now, and every time we walk away more frustrated than…read morebefore. The customer service is honestly terrible. When we asked why the service barely works across half of Austin, they told us it's because we're on the "basic" plan and need to upgrade to something more expensive. What does that even mean? You either have coverage or you don't, and according to their own map, the area we live in (just 10 minutes from this store) should have great reception. But we barely get any signal. The staff also don't seem to care. You get added to some kind of electronic waitlist, and then they just wander around while you sit there for 30 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. The second time we came in, we had zero service on our phone. They ended up replacing the SIM card just to get it working again. We're beyond disappointed with both the service and the network quality. They even told us there are "too many users in the area" and "not enough towers", which sounds more like an excuse to push people into overpriced plans. On top of that, when you buy a phone, they try to sneak in unnecessary protection plans without fully explaining what they are. Honestly, Verizon feels more like a scam than a phone company at this point. We're switching providers -- we're done.

Although they were backed up with orders, the nice employee accepted my need and allowed me to bring in my phone. My phone was repaired within a couple of hours. Although the total cost was $324, I accepted the cost due to needing my phone. It's so sad that I was dependent on my phone working; like I couldn't function without it. I gave this establishment 5 stars because they repaired my phone where others couldn't. If I ever have another phone problem, I'll definitely return to their shop.

He was unsure about the parts so I looked up the battery for it and gave him the part number. It was about $30-$50. He appreciated the effort, quoted me $150 to get the job done and said to bring it by so they could log it in. I live in Dripping Springs so I told him I'd make time to get it over to them as they were about an hour's drive from me. The next day I get the laptop to their storefront. A guy at the desk looked over the laptop and brought it to the back. He came back and said his manager was going to quote $250. I let the front desk person know that the price quoted was $100 less. He replied that Jacob was "just a tech" and that his manager's price was what they'd honor. I asked for his manager's name and was told it was Joaquin. I wasn't too happy about the "bait and switch" they just pulled on me but they already had me all the way across town at that point in time. I felt like a chump. The front desk person was having trouble getting the laptop logged in to their computer system and had his manager "Joaquin" come to the front to help him. Joaquin wouldn't even look at me or say hello or even acknowledge my presence. I just stood there quietly. I never said one word to this person. I was feeling like this guy was gouging me on the price and that I also felt that he knew full well that $200 was him being way overcompensated, possibly personally, for a battery replacement. Joaquin just snubbed me, turned his back on me and then walked away. I asked Front Desk Person if I would be getting a detailed receipt showing the amount I paid for the battery and how much they were charging me for labor. He told me no. I would receive a receipt for the full price to include labor and parts. Of course this obscures what I'm paying for labor and parts. No mention of going through insurance or anything else. Front Desk Person just kept his eyes focused downward. The guilt at what they were doing was evident. He also proceeded to charge me $60 + tax for an "advanced non-mobile troubleshooting fee totaling $64.94. He said that was just in case I failed to pick up my laptop. What in corn-dog hell? I'm already feeling like a fool getting fleeced and they're just sticking it in and twisting it now. So, I need the laptop and the swollen battery is a fire hazard so I'll go ahead and let them pluck me like a chicken. I paid the $65 and I will pay the rest of their fees IN A MONTH which was the time they said that they could have it ready by. But I will never recommend them to anyone ever. This was a classic BAIT AND SWITCH where everything is all rosy and positive until I (the patsy in this crime drama) makes his drive out to get the job done and then gets stuck with an astronomically high bill after the fact with a take it or leave it attitude. Oh, I'll pay your fees but you've made an enemy out of me. Never again.
