Last week, I placed and paid for an order for $15,000 of exterior paint for a new community in Lakeway. It got delivered today and every bucket of paint was 2 shades off. Not bad, but noticeable. I called the store expecting to have to argue with them all day about what the remedy should be. To my surprise, they said, "we'll send a few delivery trucks right now, pick it up and remake it. No charge." Uh what??? This is how you handle mistakes in business. I'm really pleased. I think I'm more impressed with them because of how they handled this mistake than I would have been if they hadn't messed up the paint in the first place.

The prices are very competitive and they had just about everything I needed. I was able to get several swatches and then come back for sample containers to determine the right color for the wall. I love how the accent wall turned out and it's all because of Rooster's high quality paint and quintessential customer service! One thing to note, they close at 3pm on Saturdays so if you find yourself running out of paint you better get over there before they close or you'll have to wait until Monday to finish your project. Two employees there are paint match experts, and will do a match that is as close as you can get to exact if you give them a couple of hours. I needed something quickly since the contractors were at my house waiting, and he used the computer to get a color match that convinced me, at least, that it was perfect. So imo, even their quick match job is as good as that other paint store that covers the world. They're open 7-5:30 M-S and closed Sunday at this location. Parking is available in the adjacent lot. Time to break out that honey do list and get cracking.
