He honestly looked like a kid at a candy store making notes on how much lights he was going to put up. The next day, we decided to contact him to cancel the free display for the sake of not wasting his time. A week later, we decided to reach out to him and decided we had enough budget to do only the front. His response/behavior was very unprofessional. We called and he sent us straight to voicemail. He displayed immature behavior and decided leave our text messages as "read." He behaves like a toddler and upset that we canceled the first time. There's more lighting companies out there that are more professional. Don't waste your time, look elsewhere. P.S. Message was read Monday morning and gave time to respond until end of day 6 PM before posting the review. He read it early Monday morning and left my message on "read." Only reason why he responded is because he saw the review.

Joey and his assistant came over to check out what I wanted which in fact never heard a word what I wanted . They decided to do what they wanted to do to a already established landscape lighting. I said he quoted me almost a ridiculous price of 13,550.00 which in fact his competitor did an amazing job for only 1000 dollars. Joey did mention people usually give him a blank check like the city of San Antonio did to light up the Alamo. I do have to say they were very nice people but would not recommend very high for what you get.

New frig installed 4 days later, breaker flipped again. I knew it was the breaker but I won't mess with that type of electrical issues. Sent a request through Yelp and was contacted by Russell Electric. He wasn't able to make it until Wednesday. After our conversation he decided to come out that same night. (I had just lost a lot of food with the old frig and was rather frustrated with it all) It was 9:45pm. It took him 45min to an hour. Fixed the issue in like 15 min and made sure all was well before he left. He knew what he was doing and he explained it as he did. He gave me some information about the breaker and put my mind to rest. Friendly, courteous and just all around great guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN! I appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile. He will be who I call if I ever need anything ever again. Thank you again! I slept well knowing this was not an issue anymore.

It made a dramatic difference and I always get compliments on the aesthetic result. Anthony has an amazing artistic eye. Why I wanted to leave a review now is because Anthony comes back every year to check on the lights, reposition them, fix the ones my yard guys broke, replaced the ones the roofers knocked down, and today he replaced a transformer. Most of the materials are still under warranty. Not only is his work beautiful and high quality, the maintenance of it is impeccable. Anthony and Clarissa could not be more responsive and professional. Their company is top notch and I highly recommend them if you are wanting a beautiful transformation of your home and yard.

we have a newer house and the last thing on our "to do" list was back yard lighting. we have dogs…read moreand they like to go out in the evenings when it's cool/dark to play and we could never see them. i put out a few bids, which was interesting. one company was crazy expensive, but never actually got me a bid (after around 2.5 weeks), and the other company told me that "i already knew enough" and decided to no show the bid. fwiw, i have a pretty complicated install that integrates with my home automation system. darren came by to check out the job quickly, gave me good information and was able to recommend products based on our budget and our needs. a few weeks later we now have a fully lit backyard including uplighting for our beautiful live oak trees, and downlighting to cover the yard so we can see the dogs. additionally, he installed downlighting for the deck and side yard that we have. all in all, the install job was amazing, and darren was very receptive to trying new things and letting me help with part of it (the tech side).

The first time they did it they installed a 240 volt outlet in my garage and I plugged a tesla mobile connector into that, worked well. The next time they did it at the new house, I thought they would do the same thing but apparently they stopped installing the mobile connectors. Now they only install the wall connector which is a large sci-fi looking thing that is permanently affixed to the wall. It's also more expensive than the mobile connector. None of this was made clear to me when we started the project with Grayzer. They came to my house, got about 90% done with the job then saw the equipment I had and said "sorry we don't do those anymore". They explained the situation to me but since I didn't have the equipment they wanted they couldn't finish. They did however insist on being fully paid for the job. Stupidly, I agreed to pay them and they left saying "call us when you have the wall connector". That was a mistake. Never fully pay for the work until the job is fully done! So I bought one and scheduled a time to finish at which point they said they would need to charge another trip fee to come back out. I explained that it wasn't made clear to me that I didn't have the right equipment until the job was almost complete but they didn't care. They were insistent that I give them another trip fee before they would come back. Frankly they were pretty rude about it too. Like really rude. Whoever I was emailing was belligerent and completely unprofessional. It was extremely frustrating. I tried to explain that as the professionals in this situation they should be the ones checking that all the equipment is ready to go before the job starts. At the time I didn't know the difference between a mobile connector and a wall connector. I didn't even know that tesla had multiple options for wall chargers. I had what I used the first time so I figured it would work. It's not that the trip fee was so much money but after having to drag this out over two visits, spend another $150 to upgrade to a wall connector, a trip fee on top of all that was a bit much. In my opinion, a reasonable company would just accept responsibility and waive the second trip fee. Or at least offer to split it. But not these guys. They dug their trench and they weren't coming out. It was childish and stupid and I'm embarrassed for them. And to boot, the people they sent out to finish up the job were jerks. One of them was yelling and cussing at somebody on their phone like a crazy person in my garage. Honestly, these guys are like school on a Sunday -- no class. I guess this is what happens when you get to be a popular company. Customer service and basic decency goes out the window because what do you care, you have plenty of business. Right? Yeah right.
