Extra Space Storage is conveniently located near the major routes (SH-130 and US-290) so I had no trouble getting my U-Haul 26' foot truck to the lockers and unloading. Renting two lockers was a breeze with their online portal and I was able to accomplish everything from North Carolina without a hitch. I received my security codes via e-mail so it was easy to access the units. Staff was very accommodating and provided me with my locks upon arrival. Even checking out at the completion of my rental was easy-they took care of me immediately when I stopped by the office. I also appreciate there are clean and modern bathrooms on site; there aren't many public accommodations nearby so it's a nice amenity to have. I really appreciate the customer service here.

This store is pretty large and they have an especially good selection of paints and accessories. They also have an incredibly attentive and helpful staff. Two employees there are paint match experts, and will do a match that is as close as you can get to exact if you give them a couple of hours. I needed something quickly since the contractors were at my house waiting, and he used the computer to get a color match that convinced me, at least, that it was perfect. So imo, even their quick match job is as good as that other paint store that covers the world. They're open 7-5:30 M-S and closed Sunday at this location. Parking is available in the adjacent lot. Time to break out that honey do list and get cracking.

I hate to write negative reviews because I do believe most people are doing their best, but this…read moresituation has cost me a lot of time, energy and money. I arrived as scheduled for headshots, and the place reeks of marijuana, and there are a number of random people (friends? roommates?) at the house/studio. The photographer, Yannik, was high as a kite, didn't expect me, and wasn't wearing a shirt, but proceeded anyway. I should have walked out, but I had paid for professional hair/makeup, so I hoped for the best and didn't want to waste my money on those services. Thank goodness my husband was with me or I would have felt even more uncomfortable. The session was fine - weird, but fine. And the photos looked great! So I figured, well, it's unconventional, but the end result is what counts. Yannik said the photo gallery would be sent to me "right away." That was August 29. One week later, I emailed because I hadn't received the viewing link. No response. Tried calling; no response. Left three voicemails and two more emails across five days. Nothing. Out of desperation, I booked another session - bingo! I got a text message to confirm the new appointment, and I replied that I just needed my photos. Finally got the link and selected photos two days later. Then came two weeks of my contacting him daily with no response. I missed the deadline to submit for an event, which was the whole reason for the photos. And now, more than a month after I took the headshots and paid for them, I still have no photos. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company for fraudulent practices. I hope no one else makes my mistake by going here.
