I was having issues with my cell phone not receiving a good signal so I googled which AT&T store was closest to me. I was greeted by Avril, who was willing to take the time to help me. Not only was Avril quick, knowledgeable, and efficient, but she was also super personable, and we hit it off on a friendly level. She was able to temporarily fix my problem until I could contact customer support. She was also super patient as we had to two factor authenticate my account plenty of times. My husband went to the this service center to get his current carrier's phone # ported to a new phone. The salesman told us it would be quick and easy and the service center would take care of everything. He lied. After 1.5 hours my husband gave up frustrated. The employee (Darius) refused my husband's request to call the back office portal specialists as requested. Husband returned home and called AT&T and they once again told him to return to the service center and have Darius call the back office portal experts. We are so frustrated and regret switching to AT&T, but we are stuck. Darius is incredibly incompetent and unhelpful. read more

I purchased an iPhone 15 and all of the accessories, which were given to me by the employee. I went out of town and took a charging pad. This week I realized he gave me the wrong cord. I took it back and he refused to exchange it because my time was up for exchanges. First of all, the employee gave it to me. I assumed he knew what he was doing. Secondly, he was so rude. He wouldn't let me explain or talk. He just sat, stayed on his computer, and wouldn't help. Choose a different store. read more

Usually have good service, but when I went in to trade my phone in the guy tried telling me my charging port was broken and said it cuts the trade in value by half... turns out the charger in store was broken. I knew this wasn't true, but he was about to cost me about $350 more for something that wasn't even an issue. I took the phone home thinking I had to repair it, and charged it through the charging port with no problem and will have to go in again. read more

Received my Apple Watch in the mail today and couldn't get it powered on. Went to the Mueller store. Luckily arrived when no one else was there. James realized right away it was dead and set it up to charge. I told him I'd just take it home, charge it and finish up the install myself. He was "No way. I'm going to get this up and running for you." Total sweetheart. In short, I was there about 30 minutes and he helped some other customers as we waited for my phone to charge and finally sync. Best AT&T store in Austin! I've been in here several times since this location opened and have been VERY pleased with every experience. The employees at this location are easy to work with, are patient and very helpful. They recognize repeat customers by name. On this visit we were greeted and helped by Philip. His customer service is stellar. AT&T should read this and nominate him for employee of the year. Philip made our experience an absolute delight. After using TMobile services for 15 yrs I recently had to switch when I moved to an area that did not get coverage..The salespeople are nice but while the request to unlock my phone was sent they changed over service leaving me for 3 days without access to phone calls & other necessary features .. when I went back to figure it out they tried to sell me a phone instead.. my experience was definitely negative at that point.. Another Horrible customer service experience at this ATT store! I bought my phone here 2 years ago. When I went there a few months ago to try and switch to or at least inquire about unlimited plan an employee encouraged me not too. he told me that they were closing stores and had laid off his friends. He told me they couldn't help me and I should just contact them online but that he doubted that I could switch plans. He then told me a horror story of people who lost their numbers and all their data attempting to change their plan in this manner. I went there again a week ago because my phone wasnt charging. I told her the phone was paid for and that I have insurance and she told me that I would be better off goping to a fix-it place because the deductible would "probably" be more than the cost to fix (not true btw) She also directed me to a repair center in North Austin (15 miles away) When I went there I found out that this repair center was closed and had been for a long time. Wow. Just incompetent and unhelpful all around. I will e cancelling my att service and I would discourage anyone else from using them. read more

So these are just the facts. I think the folks there are very nice and this is just what happened free of emo: 1.We went in and asked about the iPhone se because we wanted small phone. This was a week before they came out, and the sales person said that was a rumor and there is no such phone coming out anytime soon. He the sold us 2 large iPhone 6s A week later the SE were released 2. During the setup the sales associate was distracted and talking a lot of small talk and not clearly answering our questions. We left never know how much out bill would be dispite asking repeatedly. 3. When we ported our number he added our names to the wrong number, we has to trade SIM card which fixed it, but art still has the wrong name with the wrong number on file. 4. The state discount he was supposed to set us up with never happened. He was supposed to set this up on 2 occasions and it didn't happen. We are now going through a corporate store to do it. But we will be out 3 billing cycles worth of discount at this point. 5. He was supposed to ask his ATT rep if he could at least get my wife into the smaller SE handset. He never got back to us on that. 6. He offered to discount $40 on out next bill for all the inconvenience, that didn't happen. 7. I've left 3 messages at the store for the management there and they have not called me back. There are a lot of things I could say here, but I won't. I'll just let y'all interpret the facts for yourselves. read more

Added a line to an existing account which consistently cost $84/mo, was told new bill would be ~$120/mo... got my first bill (for less than a month of service) and it was $180 The only one time fee was $15, so that puts the recurring charge at least $165... I had a bad feeling about the salesman and should have walked out the door, shame on me. read more

Bought the new S9 plus at this location the day they Arrived in the store. Bought all the accessories as well. Came back 2 months later to purchase another one in the original color that I wanted, Reset the 1st one to give to my husband. Jonathan removed my screen protector (which had several cracks in it a couple days after purchase) As well as my case to place on the new phone. He then puts the otter case on my husband's phone. I leave the store and later on realize that my screen protector was never put back on my phone. Upon returning to the store, as soon as he finds out what I needed, he busies himself with another customer. Casey goes to the back to "call" the mgr then informs me that they cannot help me. She then starts to put the blame in my lap, asking questions like, did I take my screen protector back, why did you let him remove it, etc. Jonathan tells me it "went out" in the trash. Not once did they take responsibility. He even accused me of telling him to take off my screen protector, as though I couldn't do it myself. At this point, I am seriously thinking of paying the small restocking fee and returning all that I can and going elsewhere. LET ME SAY MIKE and his team at this location is AMAZING! it is unfortunate that this review is ALL about their corp customer service.. I have been dealing with a credit with AT& T for over 2months.. I switched from TMobile to AT&T 2months ago.. So yes I have been dealing with this issue as a new customer for the 2month I have had their service. I called and spoke to multiple people about a deposit that I was charged that should have NOT be on my bill.. According to the sales rep I spoke to in Oct when starting my service I did not have to pay a deposit because I have my OWN PHONE!! he did however offered me a table which carried a 445.00 deposit which I declined. I received the SIMS cards and went to the store so that a rep can complete the activation. After the hour long activation everything was fine until I was told by my employer that AT&T offer discounts to our employees. I went to a AT&T store to get assistance with ONLY applying the to my ALREADY contract that I had already for several weeks. During that visit the rep at the store again tried offering me the table once again and again a 445.00 deposit was required. I again declined. I did however agreed to start internet service with them. Anyway I received my first bill from AT&T and notice that I was being charged 445.00 for a deposit.. I called and called about this deposit and no one seems to have a clue what's going on.. I was even told by manager Christoff that I needed to pay this deposit and couldn't tell me what the deposit was for. I called relentlessly to get this issue resolved and NO ONE seems to know what anyone is doing their.. They don't add notes and I had to repeat this same store over and over and OVER again. I then went to the ordering team and had the nice guy look over my entire order and he also stated that I DID NOT need to put a deposit down! per this rep he submitted a credit waver that he stated was approved by his boss. I had my bill push out until the 11th of Dec so that the credit had time to be applied and guess what StILL NO CREDIT and STILL NO ONE has any IDEA of what is going on.. THERE WAS NO NOTES of me calling them and NO NOTES showing a credit waver was sent on my behalf.. I JUST want to pay what I need to pay, NOT FOR SOMEONES MISTAKE that they are blaming the customer for. I WILL NEVER REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE OR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES I have!!! This is effecting my credit that is all because of their screw up read more
