Astound internet service was installed Feb 6, 2026. On Feb 26, 2026 they had to come out again due…read moreto an error message repeatedly saying "no internet". The the original installer apparently didn't complete the job and neglected a step. On March 30, 2026, I started receiving the same error message "no internet". This went on for 2 or 3 hours before internet service resumed without constant interruptions of no internet service. Yesterday April 8, 2026, at approximately 2:48pm I started receiving the same message "no internet". I rebooted, shut everything down and restarted. It worked for about 5 min before saying the same thing. So I called Astound and was told that I was going to need someone to come out because something was wrong AGAIN! I've only had Astound for 2 months and a technician has been required twice within that time frame. So everything I've heard about Astound appears to be true! Very Dissappointed!

Avoid this company and their predatory pricing at all costs. They are charging us way, way, way…read moremore than than is reasonable for the insanely low level of service they are providing and when we try to cancel they want nearly 10K in early termination fees. There are much better options. Edit: I contacted customer service prior to coming here. That's where I got through nearly 10k to cancel figure. I don't know how you can justify $500/month for 100mbps service and then charge that absurd cancellation fee, but others need to be warned about you.

Big job included drilling walls and digging in the yard. Took two and half hours. He answered every question that we had and made certain that the whole house was covered. The ABC Bank decided they will charge $30 for all stop payment so that's a price increase this April. 2026. There $2K minimum Business Account balance in effect and $12 will be charge for any lower amount in the account, so it's my life lesson now. Business Phone from Google is not available for 78701 zip code on 3rd St. Downtown, Austin, TX. One Agent told me Business phone is available but lied, phone with GFiber is only for Residential/home phone that I know of in April 2026. After porting the business phone number that took 15 days they told me Business phone was not available so use GVoice (thanks Abe?) and it was free to link to your cellphone. They charge me for Workspace for two months: March and April after I cancelled GFiber internet with them on 2/27/2026. There is no phone number to call for Google Workspace, and I can only chat with GFiber customer service Live agent named Oscar. The phone number (855) 418-8326 is for GFiber. There is no live support personnel or phone number for Workspace Billing Support to get reimbursement for March and April Standard Tier ( that I did not sign up for but was billed for $12.62 after $14+ in February). I have the invoice but it does not have a phone number or email address for Google Voice Inc.1600 Amphitheatre Parkway. Mountain View, CA 94043. United States. When cancelled, Google deleted the account and I cannot use the old gmail address to sign back in so none of the Chat Bot or prompt can give me a Live Agent. (Learn from me). (Optional) If you have multiple products, in the Chat with Workspace support window, click Product, select the product you need help with, and then click Submit. Describe your issue and click Send . (Optional) Click on any of the suggested sources shown below the reply. To be connected to a Google support representative, enter Contact support and click Send . You might see a message that says you've previously contacted support. If your question relates to an existing case, click Support case and then select the case name. Otherwise, select This is a new issue. Select one of the following: Click Chat to open the Connect to live chat window. Click Email to send an email to Google support. If you selected Chat, in the Connect to live chat window, do the following: Select your support language. In the Provide more details field, enter a full description of your issue.
