I hired Bluewater Pro Service before to service my rental home and they were a joke. Manager never cleaned up after himself and the pool techs did a ludicrous cleaning job. Rashad on the other hand is a great worker with a fantastic work ethic. This is a rental home so he willingly spoke to the tenant and gave a run down on how the care for the pool. If I didn't skim the tassels and empty the baskets at least 3x a day, our pool would get green and mucky very fast. This year we decided to get Secure my Pool to make a cover for us. They gave me an estimate based on pictures and rough measurements. And then they came out with an industrial sized sewing machine on the back of their truck, did their own measurements, and made it on the spot. Every day when I walk past the windows, I heave a sigh of relief that I'm not having to work all day every day to keep the pollen out of the pool. Owner was really nice -- so was his son, who came out and made/installed the cover. No nonsense, communicative people who do what they say they will at a decent price.
