If I didn't skim the tassels and empty the baskets at least 3x a day, our pool would get green and mucky very fast. This year we decided to get Secure my Pool to make a cover for us. They gave me an estimate based on pictures and rough measurements. And then they came out with an industrial sized sewing machine on the back of their truck, did their own measurements, and made it on the spot. Every day when I walk past the windows, I heave a sigh of relief that I'm not having to work all day every day to keep the pollen out of the pool. Owner was really nice -- so was his son, who came out and made/installed the cover. No nonsense, communicative people who do what they say they will at a decent price.

The owner came out to look at my pool rather quickly and gave me a quote. I got the Katchakid installed and I'm very satisfied with the process. I went with a 4 inch tile border, mini pebble plaster, cool decking surround added a tanning ledge with new stairs and more concrete for a bigger patio (not pictured) and it looks great! They also warranty all of their work. So glad that I went with my gut and picked them over the other companies that I met with.

Initially it looked great and they spoke a good game however over the last couple years calcium build up began all over the hot tub and tiles falling off. We tried to contact them for "warranty" work but they never would respond or come out. We had Delgado Elite Pools come out and confirm no barrier was placed under the tiles, concrete was put over materials it shouldn't be, our "waterfalls" were not built correctly causing water to flow unevenly and leave stains. All of it needs redone now and the thousands and thousands of dollars we paid PAY LESS POOLs was a waste. Do NOT use this company unless you plan having the work redone correctly by a reputable company in a very short time. ZERO stars. Let's stop fraudulent businesses with their poor workmanship. Here is a pic our tub having to be redone for almost 8k. Thanks for nothing PAY LESS!

The folks who came to our house, mainly Henry, were wonderful. We asked last Spring aboubt the little shell-looking insect parts that had been appearing in a closet. When they came, they said they didn't know what it was and sprayed again. For our next two quarterly visits, the same thing happened. They didn't know what they were and sprayed. Finally frustrated, I looked on Google. Turns out they were roach egg casings. Roaches have been multiplying in there, and I don't know how long since they didn't even know what I could find on the internet. We called another company, which came out and told us we have a raoch infestation in the wall between the closet and he drawer in the kitchen, where we had always seen them. My husband called and asked for a refund. They told him that a manager would contact him. That didn't happen. He called again. No return call. We had paid the year in full since we thought they were doing a good job. I feel very strongly that we should be refunded for the months when they came and didn't know what the shells were, and didn't explore what we needed. We still haven't received a return call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
