The decking they poured, is all messed up. Water collects in spots when it rains and then goes onto my back porch. Ruined my sod replaced it with mulch crappy mulch. Changed my design after collecting additional funds for concrete, then shorted me concrete. Structures are uneven, stucco work is poorly done. New pool equipment installed had leaks. Told the owner when they installed and they left it. Ended up calling another more experienced and ethical pool company to replace. Issues and concerns have been raised to this company via email and they have failed to do their jobs. When they received all the funds the owner decided to try and force us to sign documents accepting the condition the tiles are in. When we refused to sign he pulled his crew off the job. They was supposed to seal the tiles around the pool and refused to do it and sent an email stating they are finished. This company has caused a significant amount of damage and refuses to fix any of it. Be very weary of this company

This year, I probably had the greenest pool ever seen! I was wrought with sediment from not…read morecovering it 2 years ago and never opening it last year. So this pool was not used for 2 seasons! I tried opening it myself, with too little knowledge and spending too much money on chemicals. The white flag was eventually drawn and a "professional" pool service was called in. They worked on it for 2 weeks with absolutely no change. They too drew the white flag and was never seen or heard from again. I was referred over to Classic Pool Services from a friend. Ben took a look at the pool, smiled and said, "We can turn this around." It was the confidence in his voice that reassured me, when it seemed like a lost cause. His knowledge and expertise was evident as he skillfully assessed the plan of attack and, over time, put that plan into action. Ben was also very courteous in letting us know when he arrived and what he would be doing. And then upon leaving, he always mentioned when he would be back and what the next steps he would take - assuring us that the plan was on track. Classic Pool Services really cares about doing the best job possible, and it shows. It did take a few weeks to get done, but he's helped us reclaim our pool and another summer of pool time memories for the family! Thanks Ben!

We have been in the pool for several months since completion and I wanted to thank the KZP team for…read moreaddressing things. No real big issues and the pool has been a added pleasure for sure. However there are some updates minor things that have occurred since we have been swimming: 1. A pipe cracked after the cold weather and even included the actual pipe for connecting the hoses to it. (Replaced entire components free of charge since having the LLSP coverage/1year warranty-highly recommend!!! 2. The vacuum was not suctioning well-replaced connection and took out extra weights for water tube for vacuum (last week) 3. Pool light flickering-came out to fix right away 4. Assisted with calcium build up-told me what to buy and showed me what to do 5. Check the auto fill due to overfilling-came right out to fix The only negative I have is when doing the quarterly LLSP I haven't seen a report for quality of items, chemicals added, updates on what they've done. However, the last visit with the female and male personnel (last week) were outstanding and was showing me everything in addition to addressing concerns. I appreciated them doing this and hope they get made aware that they did a great job! Overall experience with KZP has been great! No complaints and don't regret any decisions made by going with this company...true to word every step of the way! Yes, may not be cheaper than others but please review the "quality and warranties" when reviewing the contracts. Definitely do some research prior to signing, learn which equipment is one versus another, structuring of the pool (pipe installed) etc. Understand the reputations of companies, Ie, Houzz app, BBB, google reviews etc. We plan to renew warranty as we have had several things happened and want to be covered as we have experienced great service for getting items addressed and can only imagine the cost if not covered.

I called to see what time they were coming out to the house and was told next week. The appointment had been pushed out. Asked why nobody called to tell me this? No response whatsoever. . It took about 10 plus service calls to finally figure out what was wrong with the electrical operating system. It turned out to be bare wire, in plain sight, to fix the problem. These people are not at all what I expected from a pool company that was supposed to be the best in town.
