Changed my design after collecting additional funds for concrete, then shorted me concrete. Structures are uneven, stucco work is poorly done. New pool equipment installed had leaks. Told the owner when they installed and they left it. Ended up calling another more experienced and ethical pool company to replace. Issues and concerns have been raised to this company via email and they have failed to do their jobs. When they received all the funds the owner decided to try and force us to sign documents accepting the condition the tiles are in. When we refused to sign he pulled his crew off the job. They was supposed to seal the tiles around the pool and refused to do it and sent an email stating they are finished. This company has caused a significant amount of damage and refuses to fix any of it. Be very weary of this company

Our Polaris hasn't been working well for a least a year and we had 3 or 4 visits about this concern. We have yet to get to the root of the problem and a sense of urgency seems to be lacking. The last service call we had, the guy told us he would order some new 'tires' and have them delivered to the house so we could replace them. I would assume that if I replace parts in my Polaris, that might void my warranty? I've spoken with the service manager but haven't felt like Zars is giving the level of service they used to.
