I can't recommend Ezekiel at Aloha Pools SATX highly enough!…read more Ironically, Aloha doesn't service my area, but they were recommended to me by another pool company that also couldn't help. Even though there was no opportunity for him to gain my business as a weekly service customer, Ezekiel spent time on the phone asking questions about our pool and quickly diagnosed what he thought the problem was...and he was exactly right. After walking me through several recommendations, he mentioned his "Pool School," where he'll spend 2-3 hours at your home teaching you how to properly care for your pool in about 30 minutes a week. That was exactly what I was looking for. Ezekiel is everything you hope to find in someone you trust with your home: knowledgeable, professional, patient, kind, and genuinely interested in helping people. He never made me feel rushed and was happy to answer all of my questions. As for the outcome...I've officially fired my current pool guy (my husband ) and will be taking over pool duties myself. The former employee is slightly disgruntled, but I'm confident my Pool School lessons will be well worth it! If you're looking for someone who truly knows pools and is willing to help--even when there's nothing in it for him--I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ezekiel and Aloha Pools SATX.

He returned calls and texts promptly and was great to work with. We also hired him to clean and service the pool on a monthly basis. They just came out today and showed me how to work all the equipment and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend his company.

I called numerous places to find out that they were booked for weeks out because of the Winterpocalype of 2021. Lots of people equipment had been damaged and no one was available. A worker at a pool store recommended Jeff and I called him. He was quick to respond, understood my urgency and came by that day. He tried his hardest to get my existing filter working but it was impossible, he says it was likely warped due to the freeze. He went and brought me a new filter and installed it seamlessly. Also gave me some tips on keeping my pool fresh and clear. Jeff is knowledgeable and very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. He saved my pool from becoming a swamp.

And due to acid lock, we were having algae problems. Waterman's came in and in only 12 hours reduced our TDS from 6400 to 1000, the calcium hardness from 7600 to 90, and the CYA from over 250 ( test could not register the amount) to 30. It's like starting all over with a pool full of drinking water. Well worth the cost, and a lot cheaper than refilling. Highly recommended.

Initially it looked great and they spoke a good game however over the last couple years calcium build up began all over the hot tub and tiles falling off. We tried to contact them for "warranty" work but they never would respond or come out. We had Delgado Elite Pools come out and confirm no barrier was placed under the tiles, concrete was put over materials it shouldn't be, our "waterfalls" were not built correctly causing water to flow unevenly and leave stains. All of it needs redone now and the thousands and thousands of dollars we paid PAY LESS POOLs was a waste. Do NOT use this company unless you plan having the work redone correctly by a reputable company in a very short time. ZERO stars. Let's stop fraudulent businesses with their poor workmanship. Here is a pic our tub having to be redone for almost 8k. Thanks for nothing PAY LESS!
