And then they came out with an industrial sized sewing machine on the back of their truck, did their own measurements, and made it on the spot. Every day when I walk past the windows, I heave a sigh of relief that I'm not having to work all day every day to keep the pollen out of the pool. I had recently had some friends have pools built so I did meet with one of their builders. After Zak came out to meet with us to talk about what we had in mind, it was their business to loose. Zak came up with some great ideas and he seemed very knowledgeable about the permitting process here in New Braunfels. He knew of one of the other companies I was waiting on a quote from and very honestly told me his company would probably be higher. He explained some of the reasons why which all made sense to me and seemed legitimate. When meeting Zak I felt this was a local company that knew what they were doing, had their own crews and could be trusted. Pool builders are normally ranked somewhere between accident lawyers and software salespeople. Just a joke. All said and done our new pool is in and more beautiful than the design Zak had created for us. The project stayed on schedule and their crews were very skilled, respectful and cleaned up after them selves. This company is top notch and I highly recommend using them. His knowledge and expertise was evident as he skillfully assessed the plan of attack and, over time, put that plan into action. Blake is always on-time, courteous and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about pools. That may sound funny, but he knows his stuff. I have tried other cleaning services and have not been impressed by their customer service or work ethic. I like that he is the owner/operator, so he knows what's going on with my pool. He doesn't miss the hard to reach areas, like the stairs or around the table like other companies have in the past. He even watches the weather and texts me reminders to keep the equipment running if there is a possibility of a freeze. His communication is outstanding. I can't recommend him enough!
