They worked on it for 2 weeks with absolutely no change. They too drew the white flag and was never seen or heard from again. I was referred over to Classic Pool Services from a friend. Ben took a look at the pool, smiled and said, "We can turn this around." It was the confidence in his voice that reassured me, when it seemed like a lost cause. His knowledge and expertise was evident as he skillfully assessed the plan of attack and, over time, put that plan into action. Ben was also very courteous in letting us know when he arrived and what he would be doing. And then upon leaving, he always mentioned when he would be back and what the next steps he would take - assuring us that the plan was on track.
