Long story short he installed a balboa controller that would only handle 4 pumps, problem is I have 5 pumps and a blower motor so I would have to have no blower motor and one of my seats not working or the wave on the lounger. Told me I had a blown #2 pump only to find out after Bell Pool and Spa actually repaired everything Mike didn't have power to the pump, thus not working. End result was he gave up removed the balboa controller and reimbursed my money for the new controller and left me with a NON working spa. All this after I think 5 different visits to the house to try to get the controller working. I would recommend Bell Pool and Spa that actually fixed my spa.

The last service call we had, the guy told us he would order some new 'tires' and have them delivered to the house so we could replace them. I would assume that if I replace parts in my Polaris, that might void my warranty? I've spoken with the service manager but haven't felt like Zars is giving the level of service they used to.
