Let me start off w/saying I called a total of 8 companies, yes 8, and I chose David (Pool Leak…read moreOperator) because of his response time to my questions/calls (numerous) and his up front and transparent policies. He stated his rate, minimum rate, experience, background, and channels f/further services if needed such as further in-depth repairs, pool features, resurfacing, and bonding. Between Justin and David, they got to work right away, and as promised, did not stop once they found the first leak. David continued to verify there were no further leaks detected to avoid multiple trips/repair work. Lucky for my wife and I, David was able to not only isolate where the leak was, but corrected it w/supplies on hand. This may not be typical just to be up front to future readers, however in our case it was and we are very thankful. If you want to do research and find a company that is honest, up front, transparent, quick and to the point, look no further. As stated, I did shop around and yes you get what you pay for (David wasn't the most expensive or the cheapest), but you get quality workmanship w/the Pool Leak Operator. Thank you from our family to yours David & Justin.

Robbie was the technician on the job and he did a fantastic job on replacing our valves. He also went above the call of duty by making sure it was done correctly (which the original plumbing was not done correctly). As long as we own a pool, they will be the first to call if any other issues arise. I highly recommend Pool Pro's Leak Detection for all your pool repairs.

First of all, let me say that our experience with Pool Concepts was absolutely fantastic! We did a…read morelot of research on pool companies before we got started and ultimately, wisely chose Pool Concepts. From the very first day when we were getting quotes, Jason came out to our home and and started working on a design, with our budget in mind. I shopped around a bit and never felt nearly as comfortable with others in town. You won't find a nicer, hardworking and wanting to please it's customers, company. Once we finalized the deal and construction started, the entire crew was out to meet with us, introduce themselves, their roles and their contact info. From that point on, Ryan was our project manager and was on site overseeing progress on a very regular basis. Group text messages were sent throughout the entire process as to when crews would finish and the next phase would start. Ryan also went above and beyond standard customer service and made sure that our neighbors were taken care of. We had to remove a large section of fencing that we share with our neighbor and Ryan made sure to coordinate how we could temporarily secure the fence so that their dogs could still roam freely in their backyard during our construction. When it was discovered that the gate the neighbor was going to use didn't work properly, Ryan took it upon himself to go fix their gate so that our construction wouldn't interfere with their day to day lives, or at least as little as possible. Each and every crew that showed up to do their specific job was very courteous, professional and above all, skilled at their trade. This was very evident because they were getting their jobs done in a very timely manner with consistent quality. Ryan and the quality control personnel were here checking the progress at multiple stages of construction and making changes as necessary or having any minor issues found, corrected immediately. Even our neighbors on the street have complemented our choice because of how professional, timely and beautiful the job went. If you're looking for a quality, local family owned company that cares about their customers and builds the highest quality pools for the money, you need look no further than Pool Concepts. Look into the fine print and details of the craftsmanship, you won't find this anywhere else. They also took great care in not disrupting the surrounding yards, neighbors, etc... And that meant a lot to us. The construction is solid, using the larger steel to adhere the concrete. The flagstone is perfectly matched so that it's an even size all around. They even sanded the edges of the flagstone along the edge of the pool so that you don't feel the sharp edges entering and exiting the pool. You won't find this level of quality for the money anywhere else. Having a pool built is a stressful and a time consuming job no matter what. But I can tell you that from the multiple people I talked to that have had this done, our experience was by far the best. Thank you Pool Concepts, our family is enjoying the new pool on a daily basis!

I can't recommend Ezekiel at Aloha Pools SATX highly enough!…read more Ironically, Aloha doesn't service my area, but they were recommended to me by another pool company that also couldn't help. Even though there was no opportunity for him to gain my business as a weekly service customer, Ezekiel spent time on the phone asking questions about our pool and quickly diagnosed what he thought the problem was...and he was exactly right. After walking me through several recommendations, he mentioned his "Pool School," where he'll spend 2-3 hours at your home teaching you how to properly care for your pool in about 30 minutes a week. That was exactly what I was looking for. Ezekiel is everything you hope to find in someone you trust with your home: knowledgeable, professional, patient, kind, and genuinely interested in helping people. He never made me feel rushed and was happy to answer all of my questions. As for the outcome...I've officially fired my current pool guy (my husband ) and will be taking over pool duties myself. The former employee is slightly disgruntled, but I'm confident my Pool School lessons will be well worth it! If you're looking for someone who truly knows pools and is willing to help--even when there's nothing in it for him--I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ezekiel and Aloha Pools SATX.
